The aim of this study is to provide a direction for future research by examining research trends on women in social welfare field in recent years. This study has theoretical significance in terms of expanding the horizon of social welfare knowledge by accumulating new research results based on previous research results on this topic. Using content analysis, we analyzed 37 studies on women published in Korean Journal of Social Welfare during 2009 ~ 2017 focusing on research subjects, research topics, and methods. The results of analyzing the research subjects indicated that women were described as client, family, and worker. In terms of the research topics, the results revealed a total of thirteen themes. In addition, the results showed that empirical research methods were dominant. It is suggested that more efforts should be made in future studies to broaden the scope of research subjects, topics, and methodologies in this filed.

Given that reviewing domestic articles on dating violence since 2009 has not been produced in Korea compared to the seriousness of dating violence, this study aimed to suggest research directions for future studies by exploring trends of recent domestic academic literature on dating violence. For this, the study searched for domestic articles in academic data base using key words related to dating violence. Using content analysis, 70 articles selected were analyzed according to year of publication, research subjects, themes, and methods. The results showed that steady academic effort has been made on this topic and university students were studied the most. The theme of analyzing factors affecting dating violence behavior appeared the most and empirical research was more frequent than non-empirical ones. The results suggested a need to extend the scope of research themes, subjects and methods in this field.

This study was conducted to examine trends in research about nurse educators in Korean hospitals. The methodological framework consisted of previous work by Arksey and O'Malley. A literature search was performed of electronic databases (RISS, KISS, CINAHL, and PubMed) from January 2000 to June 2022. Each study was collated and analyzed, and the studies' data were abstracted into the following categories: publication year, study design, study participants, and education program details. Eight studies were reviewed. Most of the studies were published after 2020 (87.5%). The most frequently used design was quasi-experimental (50.0%). There were three studies whose subjects were nursing educators and five studies were conducted on programs in which nurse educators participated. In Korean medical institutions, clinical nurse educators have various roles, including the development and operation of programs and serving as facilitators and evaluators. In most studies, knowledge and skills were measured as outcome variables of educational programs led by nurse educators. The roles of nurse educators were diverse in Korean medical institutions. Therefore, a program to enhance the competency of nurse educators is needed. Judging from the effects of nurse educators in Korean medical institutions, it is necessary to expand the nurse educator system, and additional research on nurse educators should be conducted.

Purpose: This study investigated how interprofessional education (IPE) related to medication for undergraduate healthcare students, including nursing students, has been designed and conducted. Furthermore, the outcomes of these IPE programs were evaluated. Methods: A scoping review was performed to understand the content and methods of IPE on medication for undergraduate healthcare students, including nursing students. A literature search was done using PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Embase, Research Information Sharing Service, and Korean Nursing Database in English between January 2000 and December 2022. In total, 14 papers were selected and reviewed. Results: Eleven research studies were conducted on the implementation of one-time IPE on medication safety or errors. Among them, six studies focused on providing IPE to nursing students alongside medical and pharmacy students, while three studies targeted nursing and medical students, and two studies focused on nursing and pharmacy students. The most commonly employed educational method was simulation, which was utilized in 12 studies. All studies consistently reported a positive impact on attitudes toward IPE and effective communication. Additionally, five studies evaluating medication knowledge reported improvements in participants' understanding of drugs. Conclusion: The effects of IPE related to medication for undergraduate nursing students have been confirmed. It is necessary to introduce IPE in the field of pharmacology.

Purpose: Fire response education is critical for healthcare providers working in hospitals to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. However, a comprehensive review that thoroughly examines the contents, methodologies, and outcomes of fire response education in hospitals is currently lacking. Methods: We conducted a scoping review by adhering to the framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley. We searched five electronic databases for literature published after 1990, using the key categories of "hospitals," "fires," and "education." As a result, we identified 15 relevant articles that met our inclusion criteria for the review. Results: Of the 15 articles, 12 had adopted a quasi-experimental design and the remaining 3 had employed a true experimental design. The majority of these studies (11 out of 15) were conducted in the United States, with 4 studies forming committees or teams dedicated to education. Simulation methods were used in 13 studies, while 2 studies had employed a combination of methods. All studies focused on first-response procedures based on RACE (Rescue, Alarm, Contain, Extinguish/Evacuation). Outcome measures included the learners' overall experience, performance in the educational settings, and performance in the field, with all studies reporting positive results following the educational interventions. Conclusion: Our review highlights the importance of multi-professional and multi-departmental educational strategies based on institutional-level initiatives for healthcare providers to create a safe hospital environment.

With the rapid development of digital technology and the growing trend to integrate it into the medical field, recent studies suggest language rehabilitation for people with aphasia using virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR) and mobile applications. This study conducted a scoping review to summarize the features of digital technology-based language rehabilitation for aphasia in the last four years (2018-2021) and draw implications for future research. A total of 20 papers met the selection criteria among the documents retrieved from the Web of Science, CINAHL, and RISS. This review demonstrates that digital technology could offer unique treatment content by gamification, individualization, and creating a realistic communication environment, and by utilizing them in various ways. Therefore, we expect digital technology-based language rehabilitation for aphasia could supplement the limitations of conventional language rehabilitation and provide a novel perspective on development of treatment content.

우리나라의 물 관련 정책 방향이 환경 중심의 수자원 관리에서 친수공간 및 정보의 확보와 같은 안전한 물관리로 확대되면서 정책추진에 기초가 될 수 있는 신뢰도 높은 수문자료의 생산이 보다 중요시되고 있다. 국가 수문조사사업은 이러한 정책기조에 맞춰 제도적인 뒷받침과 함께 조사의 범위와 기술, 품질관리 등의 영역을 넓히며 그 기능을 활발히 하고 있으나, 물관리 정책의 경향에 따른 수문조사사업의 방향성과 특징을 구조적으로 살펴본 연구는 부족한 것으로 파악된다. 따라서 본 연구는 친수·친환경적 물관리가 강조된 시기('97~현재)를 중점으로 하여 물관리 정책과 관련 계획의 변화가 수문조사사업에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 물관리 여건의 변화에 따라 달라진 관련 정책별 주제어의 분포와 수문조사사업과 연관된 주요어의 출현빈도 및 경향을 살펴보고, 주요 연관어와 연계한 사업의 방향과 구조를 분석하였다. 분석자료로는 물관리 관련 법령 등의 제도와 언론기사자료, 정책별 추진방향을 활용하였다. 정책의 추진방향은 1) 수자원의 종합적 개발에서 친환경적 측면과 지속가능성이 강조된 수자원장기종합계획(3-1차~4-3차)과 2) 사람과 자연이 함께 고려된 맑고 안전한 물, 통합물관리 등의 전략이 수록된 국가물관리기본계획(1차), 3) 정책의 기조에 따라 수립 및 보완된 수문조사 기본계획(1~2차)을 바탕으로 하였다. R프로그램을 통한 텍스트 마이닝을 활용하여 각 자료에서의 주제어 분포와 출현빈도를 분석하고, 정책별 추진방향과 수문조사사업의 연계성을 나타내었다. 연구의 함의를 담은 결과로서 물관리 여건이 변화된 시점별 주요연관어를 중심으로 한 정책동향과 수문조사사업의 특징 및 방향을 요약·비교하여 제시하였으며, 이는 물관리 분야에서의 국정운영 목표와 연계하여 국가 수문조사사업의 사업성을 고찰하는 연구의 기반이 될 수 있으리라 생각된다.

Purpose : This scoping review was designed to identify gaps in knowledge and guide future directions for clinical nursing practices and research on oral hygiene care for endotracheally intubated patients in Korean intensive care units. Methods : We conducted a scoping review using the methodological framework proposed by Arksey and O'Malley. PubMed, CINAHL, RISS, Science On, and DBpia databases were searched. Two reviewers independently selected the studies and extracted data. A total of 445 studies were identified, of which 17 were included in the final analysis. Results : No research has been conducted from 2021 to the present. A total of 12 instruments were utilized in 13 studies to assess the effectiveness of oral hygiene care. All studies investigating the effectiveness of oral hygiene care have consistently documented that chlorhexidine has the most significant effect. The frequency and time of oral hygiene care were each examined in one study. Conclusion : A research study is necessary to develop a measurement tool for assessing the effectiveness of oral hygiene care suitable for endotracheal intubated patients in intensive care units. Interventional studies should be conducted to determine the effects of chlorhexidine and the appropriate frequency and time of oral hygiene care. Thereafter, revision of domestic evidence-based clinical practice guidelines by integrating these results will be necessary.

Purpose: This scoping review aimed to synthesize the characteristics and effects of interventions designed to prevent unintentional home injuries in older adults in Korea. Methods: The review was conducted following the Joanna Briggs Institute protocol. A literature search was performed for studies published between 2001 and 2022 in the DBPia, RISS, KMBase, and NDSL databases. A total of 1,620 studies were identified, and 27 studies were included in the final analysis. Data were analyzed for characteristics of the literature, intervention-related unintentional injury mechanisms, and safety areas. Results: Most selected studies utilized a quasi-experimental design and targeted elderly women. In terms of injury mechanisms, 21 of 27 studies focused on falls, 2 on fire/disaster, 3 on drugs, and 1 on food. The most common preventive intervention for falls was exercise, and its effectiveness was verified using physical safety variables. Interventions in the fire/disaster, drug, and food domains were all educational, and changes in knowledge, behavior, and attitude were verified. Conclusion: This study confirmed the effectiveness of interventions for preventing unintentional injuries in the homes of community-dwelling older adults. These findings can serve as a foundation for developing and implementing unintentional injury prevention interventions at home for community-dwelling older adults. Multidisciplinary research is needed to address multifaceted safety issues by considering the home environment and injury risk factors.

In this study, "Young Architects Program" pavilion architecture, where many formal, material, structural challenges were examined, was selected for an analysis of the regional expression of various culture in five countries in different continents. For comparative analysis, five criteria of evaluation, symbolic, tectonic, contextual, tactile, environmental, were set through an analysis of previous studies. Through these five criteria, the methods of regional expression of architectural concepts in five different countries were compared to indicate the characteristics of the different culture in same theme and type of pavilion architecture.
