지난 1월 28일부터 2월 1일까지 서울 대치동 서울무역전시컨벤션센터에서 제23회 MBC건축박람회가 열렸다. 건축박람회인 만큼 건축자재, 인테리어, 건축정보, 건축 리노베이션, 조명, 전원주택 및 펜션산업 등이 주력으로 전시되면서 총 330여 업체 3천여 아이템이 선보였다. 건축전문 박람회라는 한계성에도 불구하고 인테리어 벽지 및 광고물기자재 등을 비롯한 부문에서는 인쇄산업과 접점을 찾을 수 있는 몇몇 아이템이 출품되어 관심을 끌었다. 그 가운데 관람객들의 시선을 끈 주요 업체들을 소개한다.

Currently, there is database for per unit requirements of major construction materials in terms of energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission based on the input-output table published by the Bank of Korea in 2000, but no database for per unit requirements based on input-output tables was published in 2005 and 2007. The purpose of this study was to calculate the unit requirement values of major construction materials in terms of energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission generated by using the input-output tables published in 2005 and 2007. To estimate the unit requirement values, a database building method with the input-output tables was adopted by selecting 16 types of construction materials in wide use on construction sites. When the study results were compared with existing unit requirement values based on the input-output table of 2000, there were small discrepancies, from which it can be interpreted that the method used in the study is reasonable. Unit requirement values estimated based on input-output tables of 2005 and 2007 tended to decrease, and the highest value of energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission were found in the materials using cement and rebar.

아파트공사 아파트 공사가 15층 레벨에서 20층 이상 고층 레벨로 건축되고 있다. 여기서는 그 배경을 언급하지 않지만 이들 공사 진행을 위해 조달되는 자재는 각 회사 본사에서 주요 자재를 일괄 구매하여 현장에 분배 공급하는 마치 정부의 조달청 역할을 갖는 경우가 많은 것으로 알려지고 있다. 현장 소장 권한 하에서 구매 조달하여 공사가 이루어지도록 하는 비율이 3%이하가 대부분이다.(중략)

대한건설협회가 시멘트 레미콘 철강재 골재 등 주요 건설자재의 2013년도 수급전망을 발표하였다. 2013년도 건설경기는 정부의 SOC 예산 증가 등으로 토목수주가 다소 증가하겠으나, 지방의 주택수주 및 비주거용 건축수주의 감소가 예상된다. 이에 건설수주는 전체적으로 부진할 것으로 보여 건설자재 수요도 안정세를 유지할 것으로 전망된다. 이에 따라 레미콘 수요량은 1억 979만$m^3$으로 전년도에 비해 4.9%하락하고, 시멘트 수요량도 4,430만톤으로 지난해에 비해 0.5%로 소폭 상승에 그치는 등 전반적으로 안정세를 나타낼 것으로 전망된다.

The ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport announced that they launched the pilot project to offer Happy House built with modular construction as part of the major projects of incumbent government in 2013. The market size of modular construction is getting increasingly enlarged together with strong will of government. The major challenges that current modular construction encounters can be summed up as lack of standardization of material on the stage of design and fabrication. The portion of material costs in modular construction marks 16 to 17% higher than the existing other construction method, and account for 60 % of total construction cost, which is why material management is the most important factor. However, the imperfect standardization and specification on design causes high loss of materials on fabrication, which makes the construction wastes and total construction cost increasing in accordance with the increase of material costs. This study has been conducted to verify major modules by developing optimization algorithm on gypsum board material among wall finishing materials. It is expected that this paper contributes not only to eco-friendly construction by minimizing the waste factors of materials through these efforts, but also to removing high cost issues which had been recognized as a setback of current modular construction.

그동안 많은 논란이 있었던 석면문제가 또다시 도마 위에 올랐다. 최근 아기에게 바르는 파우더를 비롯하여 화장품 등에까지 석면공포가 확산됨에 따라 환경부는 석면이 주로 건축자재(80% 이상)에 사용된 만큼 국민건강 보호를 위해 건축물에 사용된 석면의 안전한 관리가 무엇보다 중요하다고 판단, 가이드라인을 제정, 시행에 들어갔다. 가이드라인의 주요 내용은 $\Delta$건축물에 사용된 석면함유 설비 또는 자재를 조사하여 석면지도 작성 및 6개월마다 훼손 여부 평가 관리 $\Delta$석면 해체 제거작업 과정에서 석면이 비산되지 않도록 주변 대기 중 석면농도 0.01개/cc(실내공기질 권고기준) 기준 설정 $\Delta$석면 해체 제거 작업 및 폐석면 처리 시 안전한 석면관리를 위한 준수사항 등이다. 이번 가이드라인은 건축물 사용단계부터 철거 폐기까지 전 생에에 걸친 석면 관리 방법 및 기준 등을 포함하고 있어 건축물 이용자, 철거지역 인근 주민의 석면 노출 차단에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 환경부는 가이드라인을 자치단체, 다중이용시설 관리자, 건축물 철거업체 등을 통해 널리 알리는 한편, 노동부 등 관계부처와 함께 관련제도 보완 등 건축물 석면관리 개선방안을 오는 6월까지 마련할 계획이다.

최근 건설 분야의 정보화 기술이 발달함에 따라 건설생애(Life Cycle) 과정에서 파생되는 방대한 양의 정보를 수집·가공·축적·제공 하는 시스템이 급증하는 추세이다. 특히, 건설공사의 주요요소인 자재 정보를 제공하는 Web 기반 온라인 시스템만 현재 110여개 이상으로 토목·건축·설비·소방 분야에 이르기까지 매우 다양하다. 그러나 이러한 시스템에서 제공 중인 정보가 표준화 및 정형화 되지 않아 건설현장 실무자들의 정보 획득에 있어 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 정형화되고 표준화된 건설자재정보를 제공하기 위해 건설자재 분류체계를 정의하고 건설자재 속성정보를 정형화하여 자재별 분류체계검색, 통합검색, 카테고리검색 뿐만 아니라 전자카탈로그로 변환 및 생성이 가능한 건설자재정보 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현 하였다.

건축공사의 적산은 제시된 설계도나 기지 시방서에 의하여 공종별로 수량을 산출하고 그 명 수량에 소요단가를 정한 금액을 합산하여 공사비를 적출하게 된다. 공사량을 적출하고 공사비를 계산하는데 있어 기본 지침서가 되는것은 정부(건설부)제정 건축적산비율 및 건설공사 표준품셈이 있다. 공종별로 주요하다고 생각되는 1981적용 건축적산비율의 내용과 적산하는데 필요한 자재의 규격 및 1981적용 건설공사 표준품셈을 근간으로한 일위대비표를 건축사 여러분이 실용함에 있어 다소나마 도움이 되지 않을까 생각되어 본지를 통해 소개한다. 본지의 지면관계상 상세하게 또한 전공종을 다 소개하지 못하는 것을 아쉽게 여기면서 지면이 허락하는데로 또한 자료가 정리되는데로 계속해서 소개해 드리고자 한다

The purpose of this study is to develope BIM Template according to major building material for efficiently and quantitatively evaluating greenhouse gas emission at the design stage. Template users consider various environmental impacts without connecting simulation tools for analyzing environmental impact and Template users who have no prior knowledge can Life Cycle Assessment by using The green template. For this study, Database which was reflected in template was constructed considering environmental performance. and 6 kinds of environmental impact categories and PPS standard construction codes were analyzed by major building material derived from literature. Based on this analyzed data, The major Material Family according to the main building material was developed. When users conduct modeling by utilizing Family established, evaluating result can be confirmed in the Revit BIM Modeling program by using the schedule function of the Revit. Users through the modeling, the decision-making environment performance possible. In addition, we propose to create a guideline for the steps required to build an additional established family.
