u-City(유비쿼터스 도시)는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비쿼터스 정보서비스를 도시공간에 융합하여 도시생활의 편의 증대와 삶의 질 향상, 체계적 도시관리에 의한 안전보장과 시민복지 향상, 신산업 창출 등 도시의 제반기능을 혁신시킬 수 있는 차세대 정보화 도시를 의미한다. 이를 통해 도시거주민에게는 쾌적한 도시생활을 제공하고, 도시관리자에게는 효율적인 도시 운영을 통한 편리성을 제공할 것이다. 따라서, 국토의 균형있는 발전이 이루어지고 도시 거주민의 복지는 향상되어질 것이다. 또한 국가의 성장동력원으로 크게 기여할 것으로 기대되어 진다. 본 연구에서는 국내 u-City 산업 활성화를 위해 u-City 사업전개 방향, 사업자별 시장동향, 국내외 u-City 추진 현황과 추진정책방향 등을 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고, 이를 통한 통신사업자 관점에서 시사점을 도출하도록 한다. 또한, 향후 직면할 문제점들을 사전에 예방하고 대비하는 데 도움이 되고자 몇 가지 제언을 하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality of life for the people living in Kyungsan areas and to suggest welfare policies for the improvement of their quality of life. The research was based on the quality of life model including 10 domains such as community environments, community services, housing , family, social network, education, health, employment and household labor, leisure, and economic security. The survey was carried out in Kyungsan city and its neighboring areas. Using 686 cases, the regional differences were examined with regard to the important variables from 10 domains. Based on the findings, policy implications were suggested to improve the quality of life for the people living in Kyungsan city and its neighboring areas.

목포항은 과거부터 서남권 도서를 연결하는 여객선 교통의 충추적인 역할을 담당해왔다. 최근 국민의 삶의 질 향상과 여가시간 증가로 섬을 찾는 관광객이 증가하고 있다. 이에 목포항 연안여객터미널의 이용객 만족도를 조사하여 어떤 시설, 서비스를 중요하게 여기고 있는지 조사, 분석하였다. 그 결과 다양한 연령층이 목포항 연안여객터미널을 이용하고 있었으며, 그 가운데 20대와 50대의 이용객이 많았다. 연안여객터미널 접근성은 좋다고 했으나 타 교통수단에 비해 다소 비싸게 느끼고 있었다. 연안여객터미널 시설의 중요도와 만족도에 있어서 매표소 시설, 대기실 공간, 화장실 여건은 중요하다고 인식하고 있었고 목포항 연안여객터미널의 만족도도 대체로 높았다. 그러나 상업시설과 주차장은 중요하게 인식하고 있었으나 만족도는 낮게 나타나 이에 대한 보완이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 연안여객선의 운영서비스에 있어서는 운항간격, 출항시간 준수, 운항 소요시간 준수, 편의시설 관리, 안전관리 수준, 이용서비스 대비 운임, 차도선 이용 편의성에 있어서 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 이 연구는 향후 목포항 연안여객터미널 운영에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

21세기를 불과 몇 년 앞둔 우리 사회는 컴퓨터와 통신 등 정보통신기술의 발달로 인하여 정보사회로 급격히 이행하고 있으며, 우리나라도 정보화의 물결에 대응하기 위하여 국가적 차원에서 정보화 정책을 적극 추진하고 있다. 정부에서도 2000년까지 국가사회 전반의 획기적인 정보화 촉진을 위하여 '정보화 촉진기본계획'을 수립하였는데 그 중에는 지역정보화를 통한 지역균형발전과 지역격차해소, 나아가 지역주민의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 방안도 포함되어 있다. 지역정보화에 대한 연구는 '80년대 말부터시작이 되어 '90년대에 들어오면서부터 본격적인 연구가 시작되었은데 지역정보화가 도입된 초기에는 해외 선진국의 지역정보화 현황을 주관심사로 하여 지역정보화의 정책 및 지역정보화의 성공사례를 국내에 소개하는 것이 대부분이었으나 그 이후 국내 지역정보화의 현황, 지역정보화의 방안·추진전략, 그리고 지역정보시스템 구축 등 보다 구체적인 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 본 연구는 국내지역정보화의 연구동향을 분석하기 위하여 학술지, 세미나 및 학회, 그리고 연구과제 등으로 발표된 논문은 수집하여 연도별, 주제별, 그리고 연구 방법별로 분류하여 지역정보화의 연동향을 분석하였으며 연구동향 분석을 토대로 하여 장래의 연구방향에 대한 의견을 제시하였다.

사회적기업이란 영리기업과 비영리기업의 중간형태로서 사회적기업육성법에서는 취약계층에게 사회서비스 또는 일자리를 제공하여 지역주민의 삶의 질을 높이는 등의 사회적목적을 추구하면서 재화 및 서비스의 생산 혹은 판매 등의 영업활동을 수행하는 기업으로서 고용노동부 장관의 인증을 받은 기업을 말한다. 현재 사회적기업은 2019년 3월말 기준 2,154개의 기업이 활동하고 있다. 사회적기업의 양적증가에 따라서 사회적기업가 리더십과 조직의 존재가치를 설명하는 조직유효성이 중요하다. 조직유효성의 증가하기 위해서, 조직유효성에 미치는 다양한 영향요인들 중에서 어떤 요인이 더 많은 영향을 미치는 가에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 기존연구는 사회적기업 조직유효성에 대한 조직문화, 리더십 등 조직 관련 개별요인과 조직유효성과의 관계 파악에 한정하고 있으나 본 연구에서는 소셜미션을 추구하는 사회적가치와 지속가능성을 위한 경제적가치를 추구하는 사회적기업의 특성에 따른 역할 스트레스가 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 뿐 아니라 리더십, 의사소통, 조직문화의 개별적 요인 뿐 아니라 통합적인 적용을 하고자 한다.

U-City의 U-Service 솔루션들은 주민생활의 편의증대와 삶의 질 향상이라는 목적을 가지고 꾸준한 연구와 노력으로 개발되고 있다. 본 논문은 U-City의 포탈사이트 구축시 고려해야할 컨텐츠서비스 구성내용을 제안하고, U-City의 포탈사이트 구축 시 제공할 컨텐츠서비스 항목의 정의하며, U-City에서 거주민 생활편의서비스를 위한 포탈사이트 컨텐츠의 U-서비스를 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

도시에서의 쓰레기 무단투기는 주민들의 삶의 질에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중요한 사회 문제이다. 환경 및 공기 오염이 큰 문제로 나타나며, 시민들은 시각 및 후각적 불편을 겪는다. 무분별한 쓰레기 투기는 해충의 서식지가 되어 다양한 질병의 유발 가능성을 증가시키며, 정상적인 분리수거 시스템을 방해하고 환경을 더욱 악화시킨다. 따라서 무단투기 쓰레기는 사회, 환경, 건강 측면에서 다양한 불편함을 초래한다. 이 연구는 서울시 자치구를 대상으로 쓰레기통의 개수, 무단투기 건수, 거주 인구수, 무단투기 감시 CCTV 개수, 전체 CCTV 개수, 주택 수 등의 다양한 변수 간의 상관관계를 분석하여, 도시 환경에서의 쓰레기 처리와 무단투기 감소에 대한 개선방안을 도출하고자 한다.

The research examine countermeasures of community welfare center, total welfare service provider in the local, to establish of identity and revitalization in the rapidly changing social circumstances. It examine countermeasures of the community welfare center in institutional and practical environment of welfare environment. The community welfare center has to provide welfare service which is improvement the quality of life in local, to be as methodical casework facility and to solve the community matters throughout organized residents. Also, comparison with specific welfare center and similar welfare facilities, the community welfare center has to provide differentiation services from totally welfare services. Finally, in privatized and market economic welfare environment, the community welfare center has to have policy countermeasures strategies to survive in competition not only welfare service provider.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine social capital and health-related quality of life (HRQoL) of residents who were living in the three regions(Masan, Jinhae, and Changwon) of integrated Changwon and to analyze the effect of social capital on HRQoL. Methods: This study used the Masan, Jinhae and Changwon data of the 2013 Community Health Survey. The social capital questionnaire consisted of three subdomains (trust, participation, and network). HRQoL was measured with the Korean-version EQ-5D. The effect of social capital on HRQoL was analyzed using multiple regression with controlling for general characteristics and health behavior. Results: The trust level of Masan citizen was highest among the three regions. Jinhae citizen showed the highest level of participation and network out of the three regions. Trust was not a significant influencing factor in any of the three models. Participation was a significant influencing factor in all of the three models. Network was a significant influencing factor only in the Masan model. Conclusion: Participation was the most important factor for health among the three social capital subdomains. Strategies for encouraging social participation are needed for health promotion for the residents of integrated Changwon.

This survey is to increase the quality of life by improved oral health. Total 572 Youngnam area residence joined the survey and answered for the subjects of general aspect & health activity, self-determined oral health status, oral health knowledge, oral health activity, food behavior, OHIP-14,THI, QOL. Survey was analyzed by SPSS (Ver. 12.0). Result of the study is summarized as follows; 1. Among total 572 residents, women were 58% and 20~29 aged were 35.5%, highest. In academic background, High school graduated were 59.6%. In average monthly income view, Lower than 1.5 million KRW was 43.5%, 49.3% replied drinks 1~3 times a month. No smoking group was 73.1%. No exercise group was 35.5% and every day exercise group was 11.4%. In self evaluating about oral health status question 40.4%(231) replied as bad, which was highest. 2. Women have higher score about oral health knowledge. Woman and Every day exercise group have better score about oral health practice. Man, 40~49 aged, more than 2.51 million KRW avg' income, every day exercise groups has good score about diet related question. 3. OHIP-14 has lower score as age is older, as more income. THI shows higher score from woman, 20~29, more income group and QOL has higher score from more than college educated, every day exercise groups. 4. Similar correlation indexes on QOL are OHIP-14, diet, oral health knowledge, oral health practice listed in order of effect size. Self-determined oral health index is important to improve quality of life along with health activity, especially oral health recognition index is different depends on age and monthly income that addresses it is necessary to deliver training with carefully designed oral health training program development.
