For the proper tree management of Taxus cuspidata, distributed in the High 1 Ski Slope construction area in Baekwoonsan, Jeungsun-gun, Kangwon-do, the growing states of 323 trees(including transplanted 57trees) are investigated. Tree height, rootcollar diameter, D.B.H., stem condition, apical shoot, dead branch, needle growth condition, 2-year-old needle loss, root condition, tree form are investigated. Taxus cuspidata are mainly growing at the sites, high elevated mountain ridge or slopes facing north. Growing states of Taxus cuspidata, distributed in Baekwoonsan are relatively better than those of Taxus cuspidata and Abies koreana at other subalpine zone in Korea. Damaged trees are mainly due to root-removal through transplanting, root-damages by raising the ground level and digging. Several methods of Taxus cuspidata conservation were suggested.

문화콘텐츠가 우리나라를 세계에 알리고 위상을 높이는데 중요한 역할을 하면서 그 근본이 되는 문화유산에 대한 사회적 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이에 따라 우리의 문화유산을 보존하고 알리기 위하여 과학기술을 융합하여, 활용하는 다양한 연구가 진행 되고 있지만, 우리나라의 문화유산 콘텐츠 개발은 아직 초보 단계에 머물고 있다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 화두가 되고 있는 4차 산업혁명에서 주목 받고 있는 가상증강현실(Virtual Augmented Reality : VR/AR) 기술을 통해 문화유산의 활용 보존 계승에 도움을 주는 방안을 탐색하고자 한다.

Libraries and Museums have used archiving systems to preserve digital contents. Especially, university libraries mainly archive research resources including research papers. To the best of our knowledge, we proudly propose an educational repository oriented to archive overall educational process for the first time. To design the repository, we choose educational resources which need to be archived. Then, digital formats appropriate for long-term preservation are heavily discussed. Based on the design, we have practically implemented the system using representative repository software : DSpace, EPrints, Fedora, Omeka. Finally, educational resources of the specific subject are archived on each system, and the result of comparison is presented.

This study analyzed on the characteristics of vegetation structure, species composition and DBH class distribution in order to conservation and effective management for Taxus cuspidata community in Mt. Seorak, Mt. Balwang, Mt. Taebaek, and Mt. Odae. The vegetation in upper, subtree and shrub layer was consist of 11, 22, 33 species in Mt. Seorak, 15, 21, 33 species in Mt. Balwang, 10, 23, 36 species in Mt. Taebaek, and 14, 30, 32 species in Mt. Odae. As a result of importance value at all study sites, T. cuspidata and Abies nephrolepis in upper layer, T. cuspidata, A. nephrolepis and Acer komarovii in subtree layer, and Tripterygium regelii in shrub layer were high, respectively. Species diversity in upper and subtree layer at all study sited were ranged 0.834~1.234 and 1.125~1.329, respectively. According to the DBH class of major three species, T. cuspidata in Mt. Odae site showed a reverse J-shaped curve, which was estimated that T. cuspidata community of this site might be maintained continuously as a stable state.

Although most medical institutions in Korea use electronic medical records (EMR), there are many problems in the management and preservation of records when such medical institutions are closed. Records of closed medical institutions need to be systematically managed; however, the rate of closed medical institutions transferring records to public health centers is significantly low. Given that each medical institution has a different system and format, public health centers often cannot access records. In addition, there are no management standards that suit the reality of public health centers and the specificity of EMR. Recently, a strengthened Medical Law has been passed wherein records of closed medical institutions should be kept by health centers; therefore, this study focused on drawing up measures for efficient records management by public health centers. To this end, the relevant laws and management status were identified and an interview was conducted. After analyzing the problems, improvement plans in institutional, technical, and administrative aspects were proposed.

This article was prepared for the purpose of reviewing maintenance plans and strategies for designating the celadon kiln site in Banam-ri, Gochang, a monument designated by the city and province as a historical site. Prior to the discussion, the high academic potential of this site, which is attracting attention as a main point of early celadon main point, was explained, and expectations for the future designation of the monument were reviewed. Next, the current status of preservation and maintenance plans of the celadon kiln site in Banam-ri, Gochang were examined. In particular, the current preservation situation was reviewed through an on-site survey on how the ruins, which have not been designated as a monument, should be maintained for historical designation in the future. Above all, it was argued that it was necessary to conduct excavation and literature surveys to clarify the characteristics of the ruins, investigate the surrounding areas, improve information facilities for visitors, and carry out promotion in connection with them. Finally, the definition of historical sites and the status of historical designation of ceramic kilns, along with the strategies necessary for designation, were presented. In particular, the examples of the existing historical designated celadon kiln site in Dotong-ri, Jinan, and Buncheong Kiln Site in Undae-ri, Goheung were reviewed, and three types of excavation surveys, literature surveys, and academic conferences were presented as the target directions for historical designation. The result of the excavation survey is the basis for suggesting that it has cultural property values with completeness, authenticity, and identity. The literature survey is the basis for supplementing the historical and cultural character of the remains that have not been revealed by excavation. The academic conference explained that it is an opportunity to understand the nature and value of cultural assets, such as the location of cultural assets, the status of relics, and events related to relics.

Led by the Cultural Heritage Administration, studies on the cultural heritage of railways have merely focused on modern registered cultural heritage and on excavating the cultural heritage of modern rail transportation. Endeavors of institutions relevant to railways to protect the cultural heritage of railways were not sufficiently made. Only the internal guideline to protect the cultural heritage of railways made by the railway corporation is being implemented. This study aims to assert the need to examine the protective measures of the heritage of railroad cars and to vitalize plans of conserving the heritage of railroad cars. Also, plans to protect the heritage of railroad cars and methods to invigorate schemes of protecting the heritage of railroad cars will be suggested. The current situation of protecting the heritage of railroad cars was investigated via a field trip. Through exploring overseas examples of protecting the heritage of the railroad cars, ways to vitalize plans of widely publicizing the heritage of the railroad cars with their historical values were suggested. Results showed that first, the way of openly exhibiting conserved railroad cars by setting up stands other than the way of exhibiting and conserving in one site was necessary. Second, in order to properly preserve and manage the cultural heritage of railways, railroad cars, much like natural monuments or intangible cultural properties, need to be perceived as cultural properties. Also, it is necessary to amend the Cultural Properties Protection Law to include railway heritage. Third, the perception of the cultural heritage of railways should be heightened, and SNS, blogs, and cafes need to strategically promote this heritage in order to increase the public's interest. Fourth, in addition to enacting legislations and gaining institutional support for the cultural heritage of railways, the budget to operate the responsible department, and employing staff for the heritage of railroad cars should be resolved as a priority in order to enhance the capability of managing this cultural heritage. In order to rationally protect the cultural heritage of railways and invigorate plans to protect the cultural heritage of railways, it is necessary to garner administrative and financial support, and enact the appropriate legislation. The heritage of railroad cars is priceless and has a social value in terms of regional icons, historic marks, and the record of life. It is considered that in this situation, the standard of amending both policy and the Cultural Properties Protection Law for the heritage of railroad cars should be urgently established.

시청각기록물은 기존 문서기록물과 달리 생생한 현장감을 전달할 수 있고 사용자들의 관심을 끌 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 전자시청 각기록물은 원본과 똑같은 품질의 사본들이 많이 만들어지게 되어 위변조가 쉽고 불법복제 및 배포가 가능하기 때문에 기록물관리에 주의를 기울여야 한다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안들로서 DRM과 워터마킹기술이 주목을 받게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 시청각기록물 중에서 동영상 시청각 기록물에 적용 가능한 워터마킹 기술을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 워터마킹 기술은 원본영상신호의 복제신호를 추출하여 워터마크 정보를 삽입하는 방법을 취했다. 전자시청각 기록물 출처확인 및 무단배포에 따른 저작권 권리 추적을 위한 기술로서 다양한 실험을 통하여 가능성을 점검하였다. 원본 신호에서 추출된 신호를 이용하여 워터마크 정보를 삽입하기 때문에 화질훼손이 적고 압축알고리즘에 강인한 특성을 갖고 있다. 실험결과를 통해서 원본보존을 중요시하는 시청각기록물관리 분야에서 적용 가능성을 제시하였다.

최근 국내에서는 공연예술의 문화적 가치 향유와 보존에 주목하고 있다. 국가단위 움직임은 물론 민간단위에서도 공연예술 관리 기관이 속속 등장하고 있어 그 관심의 정도를 말해준다. 하지만 관심의 정도에 비례하여 공연예술자료가 지닌 고유한 특성과 맥락을 온전히 수집 정리 서비스되고 있는지는 의문이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 대표적 공연예술자료관리 기관인 한국문화예술위원회 예술자료원, 국립극장, 국립국악원 세 곳을 사례로 하여 국내 공연예술관리 기술 정리 현황을 조사 분석해 문제점을 알아보고 이 결과를 바탕으로 바람직한 정리와 기술을 위한 시사점을 도출하려 한다.

최근 들어 유전자원의 보존과 효율적인 관리에 대한 요구가 증가함에 따라 이러한 요구에 적합한 무선 인식기술로 RFID가 주목 받고 있다. 기존의 바코드 기술에 비해 RFID 시스템은 주파수를 이용하여 마이크로 칩이 내장된 태그의 정보를 비접촉식으로 원거리에서도 인식할 수 있으며 대량의 태그 인식 및 판독, 정보의 수정도 가능하여 이러한 장점으로 인해 여러 산업분야에서 사용되기 시작하였다. 이 논문은 축산, 유통 및 동물과 관련된 IT 산업에서 신속 정확한 정보 획득 및 정보보호의 방안으로 특정 그룹에 포함되는 객체들에 대한 접근이 가능한 태그의 구조를 제안하고 RFID 태그에 저장되어 있는 ID의 불법적인 유출을 방지하기 위한 프로토콜을 제안한다.
