The purpose of this study is to evaluate the official medical tourism websites in several countries. We compared the websites of three countries using the 4 criteria(e.g.,contents, convenience, design, interactivity). The evaluation of accessibility and subjective perception were conducted by websites users. Total 77 cases were used for the analysis. For the statistical analysis of data, MANOVA was used. According to the MANOVA analysis, The Malaysia website received the highest mark in accessibility and subjective perception. Each of the evaluations showed a significant difference among countries.

본 논문에서는 주관적 3D quality of experience (QoE) 평가에 적합한 IACQE (Interactive Assistance Continuous Quality Evaluation) 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 크게 3D 평가 영상이 재생되는 디스플레이와 평가 도구사이의 device interaction, 평가 도구와 평가 참여자사이의 human interaction process로 구성된다. Device interaction process는 무선 네트워크 프로토콜 (WLAN and WiFi)을 통해 3D 디스플레를 동작시키는 서버와 평가 도구 사이의 정확한 동기화 및 평가결과 기록 등의 작업을 수행하며, human interaction process는 평가 도구로 사용하는 tablet-pc의 촉각, 시각, 청각적인 자극을 통해 기존의 주관적 3D QoE 평가에서 나타날 수 있는 문제점들을 최소화 한다.

디지털방송, DAB 등과 같은 디지털 오디오 방송 서비스를 위한 디지털 시스템을 설계하기 위해서는 오디오 음질을 평가하기 위한 방법이 필수적이다. 기존의 방식은 인간의 귀를 이용한 주관적 방식을 이용함으로서 많은 시간과 비용을 들이게 되며, 음질평가를 하는 사람의 주관적 의견에 많이 좌우하게 된다. 그러나 최근 ITV-R에서는 오디오 음질의 객관적 평가를 위한 BS.1387(PEAQ)를 제안함으로 많은 시간과 비용을 절감하고 신뢰할 수 있는 결과를 얻게 되었다. PEAQ는 인간의 귀에서의 신호의 처리과정과 인식과정을 심리음향모델과 인식모델로 분리하여 구성함으로써 주관적 평가의 SDG(Subjective Difference Grade)에 대응하는 ODG(Objective Difference Grade)를 구하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 PEAQ의 심리음향 모델과 인식 모델을 원리와 과정을 평가 분석하였다.

본고에서는 ITU-T P.910 권고사항을 이용하여 영상 화질의 주관적 평가를 실시하였다. 최악의 평가 결과의 경우를 고려하더라도 스마트폰 등의 무선단말기에서는 500kbps 이상으로 부호화할 경우 원본의 영상과 뚜렷한 차이를 인지하지 못하는 것으로 분석되었으며, 원본영상 대비 테스트 영상의 주관적/객관적 화질평가 결과는 시각적으로 원본 영상과 테스트 영상 간의 품질 차이를 인지하지 못하는 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 점을 고려할 때 입력 영상 및 출력 영상 그리고 대역폭 관계를 고려하여 타깃 비트 레이트(target bitrate)를 적절하게 설정하는 것이 필요하다. 비트 레이트가 증가함에 따라 느끼는 이용자들의 주관적인 만족도는 점차 감소하지만, 네트워크 비용은 체증하기 때문에 적절한 수준의 비트 레이트 설정이 사회적으로 바람직할 수 있다.

In the present study, a new Real Time Subjective Evaluation (RTSSE) system was developed. The system is composed of two parts: a sensibility input part and sensibility evaluation part. The sensibility input part receives values, which are recorded on an input board using a stylus and digital tablet, from each subject's evaluation of his/her own subjective sensibility towards a particular stimulus. The sensibility evaluation part displays the level of pleasantness and arousal on one or two dimensions in real time. An experiment was conducted in order to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of the RTSSE system. The present study compared Galvanic Skin Response (GSR) with the RTSSE by presenting 28 subjects in their 20s with pictures arousing either positive or negative sensibility. Following the experiment, an off-line subjective assessment using a questionnaire was given to the same subjects. According to the correlation coefficients, changes in subjective sensibility caused by the positive visual stimulus were related more closely to GSR, from the positive visual stimulus, and changes in subjective sensibility caused by the negative visual stimulus were related more closely to GSR from the negative visual stimulus. The questionnaire results showed marked similarity to the average responses of the RTSSE. In conclusion, the most remarkable characteristic of the present system is that it not only assesses the average sensibility when stimuli are presented, but also shows the changing strength of sensibility over time.

The purpose of this study was to analyze longitudinal effect of physical education activity (PEA) score on self-rated health evaluation change (SHEC). This study used hierarchical linear and nonlinear models to investigate of the SHEC during the transition into adolescence (from middle school 1st to high school 2nd grade). Using the Korea children and youth panel survey (KCYPA), data were collected over the course of five years (from 2010 and 2014). HLM 6.8 computer program was used to analyze the data. The result were as follows. First, boys' SHEC increased across the five years, and girls' SHEC decreased across the five years. Second, boys' the self-rated health was increased across the three years and decreased across the two years. Third, girls' the self-rated health was increased across the two years and decreased across the three years. Fourth, the PEA score of 1st grade of high school showed a significant positive association with the boys' SHEC. Fifth, the PEA score of 1st grade of middle school showed a significant negative association with the girls' SHEC.

디지털 방송을 채용한 무궁화 위성방송 시스템은 스튜디오, STI, 지구국, 위성, 수신기, RSMS로 구성된다. 새로운 방송방식의 품질을 주관적 평가방법과 객관적 평가방법을 사용하여 측정하였다. 주관적 평가는 ITU-R BT, 500-5[1]에 근거하여 최종 수신된 화상에 대해 실시되었다. ITU-R Rec. 567-3[2]에 근거한 객관적 평가가 각 구간별로 실시되었다. 이 측정결과를 토대로 STL이 교체되었으며, 각 시스템 파라미터가 조정되었다. 또한 국내 7개사에서 제작된 수신기 성능을 평가하였다.

본 연구는 청각적 감성을 만족시키는 의류소재의 개발을 위해, 직물 마찰음에 대한 인간의 감서을 생리반응측정과 심리적·주관적 평가를 통해 파악하고, 직물 마찰음이 갖는 음향특성과의 관련성을 고찰하였다. 이를 위해 직물 마찰음의 음향특성을 분석하고, 직물 마찰음에 대한 감각·감성 표현어(부드러움, 시끄러움, 유쾌함, 날카로움, 맑음, 거침, 높음)를 이용하여 주관적 평가를 실시하였으며, 생리적 반응으로서의 뇌파 및 혈류량, 심박변화율, 피부전도수준 등을 측정하였다. 주관적 감각·감성은 대부분 직물 소리의 크기와 관련이 깊은 것으로 나타나, loudness(Z)와 총음압 LPT가 증가할수록 시끄럽고 거칠며 딱딱하고 불쾌하며 탁하다고 지각하였다. 생리적 반응과 관련하여서는, 부드럽고 조용하며 맑다고 지각할수록 slow alpha파가 증가하였고, 유쾌하고 매끄럽다고 평가할수록 혈류량은 증가하였다. 또한, 높다고 지각하는 소리에 대한 LF/HF는 증가하였다. 마찰음의 음향특성이 생리적 반응에 미치는 영향으로서, LPT가 혈류량의 감소에, Loudness(Z)가 피부전도수준의 증가에 각각 영향을 미치며, sharpness(Z)가 높고 ΔL이 작을수록 LF/HF는 증가하는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 기가비트 네트워크 테스트베드인 JGN상에서 대표적인 스트림형 트래픽인 DV와 MPEG2에 대한 전송 품질의 주관적 평가를 통하여 전송지연과 패킷 손실에 따른 영향이 최종 사용자에게 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 조사한 것이다. 스트림형 데이터에 대해 음질 측정은 ITU-R BS.1116-1을 기반으로 하고 화질 측정은 ITU-R BT.500-1 을 기반으로 하여 측정하였다, 또한 최종 사용자의 주관적 평가를 얻기 위한 방법으로는 DSCQS 5 단계 평가 방법을 채택하였다. 그 결과 MPEG2 스트림의 경우 네트워크 트래픽 파라미터가 급증하는 54%의 부하율에서 화질과 음질의 평가 등급이 급격히 하강한다는 것을 알 수 있었고 DV의 경우 화질은 MPEG2 와 마찬가지로 54%의 부하율에서 평가 등급이 감소하기 시작하였으나 그 변화정도가 MPEG2 에 비하여 완만한 변화를 보였다. DV 음질의 경우 트래픽 파라미터(RTT, 패킷 손실)와는 큰 연관성을 보이지 않았고 대부분의 측정자들이 보통 수준의 평가등급을 보였다.

There have been considerable standardization works to measure subjective video quality. However, these standardization methods are based on the situation where they have original or reference video sequences, and measure the video quality by looking the sequence during short time duration, e.g. 10 seconds. Since people's TV watching time durations in IPTV services are very long (e.g. more than 30 minutes), the quality measurements by the standards are not practical. In this paper, we analyze the effect of video quality rating period to MOS (Mean Opinion Score), and suggest a proper rating duration of subjective video quality for IPTV services.
