The aim of this study was to confirm for relationship between national exam stress and oral health status on allied health students. For this, 829 of allied health students were surveyed in four college and university located in Chungbuk and Kyungbuk. Survey tool were constituted general characteristic(4 items), national exam stress(16 items) and oral health status(34 items). The result of study, national exam stress of female were higher than male and that of department of dental hygiene, nursing, emergency medical service students were higher than other students(p<0.05). Subjective oral symptom were higher on high stress group than other groups(p<0.05). Relationship between stress and subjective oral symptom were related each other(p<0.01). Therefore it is necessary to education for manage oral symptom affected national exam stress.

In this paper, we describe simulation results of subjective assessments with bit rate variation of multi-channel audio codec system for the services of HDTV satellite broadcasting services. Based on this experiment results, we also describe the specification and subjective performance results for 4-channel audio codec. For multi-channel, bit rates are 384,320,256,128kbps and the results show that 320kbps bit rate is needed to compare with the original and the reproduced signal. Based on this, for 384kbps for 4-channel audio codec, three items that achieve a diffgrade worse than -0.5 are due to the noise of analog output module. This system is satisfied for the audio codec of the HDTV system.

As a remarkable reduction of the vehicle noise, the important of tire noise which is generated from the vehicle and the necessity of the research for the noise reduction is being emphasized. In this study, the road noise which is excited by the interaction between tire and road has been studied. The subjective test(feeling test) according to SAE J1060 rating scale is applied to the evaluation of the road noise. The combination of the several tires and vehicles are made to consider the effect of the vehicle suspension and the tire structure for road noise. The vehicles with 3-different suspension system are applied to road noise test and the eight kinds of tires are selected. As the results, the effects of the vehicle suspension and tire structure which affects on road noise are investigated.

차량 주행특성을 규명하기 위한 연구방법에 대한 일반적 고찰을 토대로 주요 개방회로시험과 관련 평가기준들이 소개되었다. 그러나, 차량의 주행상 안전도 연구를 위한 종합적인 척도는 이제까지 설명된 평가기준들로부터 아직 명확히 귀결지을 수 없음을 강조하여야 한다. 이유로 서는, 한편으로 응용되어진 연구방법들이 실제 교통사고 발생상황을 포괄하기에는 아직 불충분 하며, 또 한편으로는 주어진 한 시험방법에서 주행안전도 판정을 위해 제기된 특성치가 절대적인 값으로 확정지을 수 없기 때문이다. 따라서 전체 시스템 '운전자-차량-환경'에 있어서 주행특 성의 완전한 평가를 내리기 위해서는, 객관적으로 서술될 수 있는 차량의 주행특성-안정성 및 조절성과 운전자에 의한 주관적인 판별 또한 환경요소에 의한 영향들에 대하여 상호 연관관계가 복합적으로 해석. 규명되어져야만 할 것이다.

When providing MPEG-2 video service through the ATM network, the degradation of QoS caused by cell losses and cell errors occuring from ATM netwok was assessed by the end-users subjectively and then the relation between CLR, CER and subjective QoS of MPEG-2 video was analyzed. Cell losses and cell errors occuring from the ATM network were generated according to the normal and exponential distribution by NEM module. Video sources were divided into sports and drama by moving feature and were tested. The results of our experiments show that the excellent quality of subjective QoS grade 5 was achieved for a cell loss rate of $2{\times}10^{-7}$ and for a cell error rate of $2{\times}10^{-7}$ and the good quality of subjective QoS grade 4 was achieved for a cell loss rate of $2{\times}10^{-6}$ and for a cell error rate of $2{\times}10^{-6}$ When providing MPEC-2 video service through the ATM network, the results of our experiments will be used as valuable information to determine the network performance objectives for satisfying the QoS required by the end-users and to design the network.

스피커나 앰프 등의 음향기기의 음질을 평가한다는 것은 전기(electric)적인 신호와 음향(acoustic)신호의 종합적인 측정, 분석으로 이루어진다. 또, 이러한 대상에 대한 객관적인 평가 외에 청취자의 심리상태와 관련하여 음질을 분석하는 주관적 음질 평가 역시, 계측기에 의한 측정의 한계와 귀의 탁월한 센싱능력에 힘입어 보편적인 음질 측정법으로 인정받아왔다. 그러나, 주관적 음질 평가법의 경우 개인적 취향이나 음에 대한 숙련정도에 따라 평가가 다를 뿐 아니라 개인의 심리상태에 따라서도 평가가 달라지는 등 그 재현성이나 객관성이 논란이 되어 왔고 이에 대한 연구도 계속되고 있다. 본 연구는 대상으로서의 음향기기(여기서는 스피커)와 청취자의 심리를 포괄하는 시험법인 주관적 음질 평가법에 재현성이나 객관성을 부여하기 위하여 청감에 영향을 미치는 음색인자를 스피커의 특성과 인간의 청각에 근거하여 8가지로 분류하고 이를 평가할 수 있는 Test용 Reference CD를 제작하였다.

본 논문에서는 음성파형 부호화기의 성능을 실시간 측정하기 위한 시스템의 구현에 관하여 연구 하였다. 본 장비는 "bit slice" 마이크로프로세서로 설계되었다. 개발된 시스템으로 세 개의 codec의 성능 을 측정하였으며 이 결과를 distortion analyzer로 측정한 결과와 비교하였다. 개발된 장비는 음성 부호 화기의 성능시험을 위한 주관적 청취시험 과정을 피할 수 있게 되었다.

Basic and transmission video quality testing was performed in real-time mode using hardware video codec based on MPEG-2 MP@ML standard including subsequent transmitting and receiving satellite simulator unit. The double-stimulus Impairment scale method and the double-stimulus continous quality scale method based on CCIR 500-5 were used as an evaluation method. The whole digital broadcasting satellite system consisting of MPEG-2 codec, system mux/demux, channel codec, channel, modem, antenna, etc. was put into the overall video quality testbed and the basic and transmission error quality assessment was performed at various bitrates and BER for an integrated system performance evaluation. In transmission error video quality testing, transmission error video quality maintained on average above 3.9 point on the 5-point scale. The low-bit rate quality such as film mode(@2Mbps) highly depended on the statitical characteristics of video source and maintained on average around 2.7 point.

In this paper, an improved EUT(Equipment Under Test) evaluation method using image monitor for power frequency magnetic field immunity test was proposed and development of an automated real time image monitoring program was described. The proposed power frequence magnetic field immunity test detects automatically the change between the affected and unaffected image of EUT under the influence of electromagnetic wave. The proposed method for real time decision supplements shortcomings of the currently used method which is subjective to tester´s decision by ensuring the repeatability of the test. The change detection of EUT image provides a possibility of the immunity decision for PC monitors. In addition, the method to draw quantitative value in EUT immunity decision is suggested in accordance with the international standards and domestic trends.

항공교통관제사와 조종사 사이의 의사소통은 항공기 운항 안전에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 국제민간항공기구(ICAO)는 민간항공운송산업의 발전과 안전 도모를 위해 조종사 영어자격능력 시험을 의무사항으로 규정하고 있다. 왜냐하면 조종사의 우수한 의사소통능력은 비상상황 또는 비정상상황을 즉각적으로 대응할 수 있는 매우 필수적인 능력들 중 하나이기 때문이다. 대한민국 국토교통부는 2006년부터 ICAO EPTA 시험을 민간항공운송에서 조종사 의무자격시험으로 법적으로 규정하고 산하기관인 교통안전공단을 통해 시험을 주관하고 있다. 본 연구는 EPTA 시험에 응시하는 응시자의 시험에 대한 신뢰성을 증진시키고 시험제도의 발전방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 첫째, EPTA 시험제도와 관련한 이론적 배경을 고찰하였다. 둘째, EPTA 시험제도의 국내에서 정착 및 발전과정을 살펴보았다. 셋째, EPTA 시험제도의 신뢰성증진 및 발전방안 모색을 위해 총 15명의 항공전문가들을 대상으로 질적 연구를 수행하였다. 본론의 질적연구를 통해 연구자들은 국외 ICAO 공식 인증 EPTA 시험결과와 국내 교통안전공단이 주관하는 EPTA 시험결과를 바탕으로 교차응시에 따른 EPTA 등급을 비교·분석할 수 있었으며 시험응시자들에 대한 인터뷰를 통해 국내 EPTA 시험 발전을 위한 개선방안을 도출하였다.
