Due to the recent changes in residential value, user needs for various spaces in residential space are increasing. However, it is not easy to change and reconstruct the first residential form according to the needs of the user due to the characteristics of the residential space where movement and deformation are difficult. Therefore, this study aims to derive a plan to meet user needs according to changing residential value by using fully autonomous vehicles with a concept of space that can be moved. First, the existing residential space was classified through literature research, and based on this, the space type of the fully autonomous vehicle for the residential was derived through user research. Then, through the survey method and statistical analysis, user needs analysis for residential space, usefulness analysis of derived space type and type specification were carried out. Finally, based on the results of the study, the design direction of the fully autonomous vehicle for residential purpose was presented. Based on the user's perception, it is meaningful that it categorizes the space of the fully autonomous vehicle for residential purposes and suggests the design direction.

Regardless of the size, the role and meaning of the space required for human daily life are the same. Especially, as the spatial design is small and the size is small, the careful design and problem solving are needed to enable comfortable and convenient life even in a narrow space. The purpose of this study is to design a convergence model that utilizes the advantages of BIM, which can simulate actual design based on a new one-person housing space design plan optimized for one person. This study applied the BIM design technology to one-person housing 2D design, and the suitability examination and the space optimization design of the interior design were carried out. As a result of the study, utility of space improvement, consideration of housing environment, interference check, application of eco-friendly housing system, and MEP design item were derived. Therefore, BIM space design in interior space has been confirmed as a way to overcome limit and inefficiency of 2D design which is applied to actual space by various space design elements. Based on the results of this study, the One-person housing space model, which is applied to the study, is a pure creation designed based on various one-person housing of social and cultural peculiarities derived from previous research. This design example was applied to BIM technology to confirm the detailed and practical design possibility.

욕실이라는 특수한 공간은 경제발전과 사회기반시설의 확충, 주거형태의 변화에 따른 생활양식의 변화에 따라 발전해왔다. 즉, 욕실은 그 자체가 별도로 존재하는 공간이라기 보다는 주거공간, 생활공간의 일부로써 발전해왔고, 따라서 이와함께 다루어야만 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 근미래의 욕실 디자인 트렌드를 예측하기 위해서 정치/경제, 사회/문화, 기술환경, 주거환경 등의 추세를 살펴보고, 이에 따른 욕실환경의 변화를 정리하였다. 그 결과, 근미래의 욕실 디자인 트렌드는 (1)주거공간에 완전히 편입된 밝고 건조한 실내휴식공간으로의 변화, (2)기술의 발전이 적극적으로 반영되어 부가기능이 설치된 편리한 공간, (3)건강을 위한 환경친화적 소재와 기능, (4)절제된 직선 위주의 미니멀한 디자인과 고급화, (5)다양성이 반영된 개성적 공간으로의 연출 등을 예측하게 되었다. 트렌드 예측은, 사회/문화 및 정치경제 현상을 폭넓게 반영하고 비교적 긴주기를 가지는 확실성만을 바탕으로한 결과를 내놓게 되므로 너무나 당연한 이야기들의 반복이 될수도 있을 것이라 사료된다. 그러나 이 트렌드 예측이 향후 새로운 욕실환경과 그에 적합한 욕실기기를 제안하는데 도움이 되는 기초연구가 활용할 수 있었으면 한다.

This study aimed not only to analyze the trend of housing environment design through the advertisements for sale of apartments to be completed after 2006 but also to discuss the future trend of housing environment on the basis of the results of analysis. Building companies used to collect data were limited to those that ranked within the 30th place in the Construction Association of Korea's Contract Ranking from 2001 to 2004. The contens of advertisements appeared on their websites were used. The contents analyzed were also limited to 1) concept and method of design and 2) main advanced systems.

이 연구는 고등학교 $\ulcorner$기술ㆍ가정$\lrcorner$주거 공간 꾸미기 단원의 교수-학습을 위한 WBI 프로그램을 개발하고 평가하는 데 목적이 있다. 이 연구는 WBI 프로그램을 개발하여 주거 공간 꾸미기 단원의 교과 내용을 학습하고 HOME DESIGN 응용 프로그램을 이용하여 실습함으로써 제 7차 교육과정에서 강조하는 웹 기반 수업과 개별학습을 하는 데 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 프로그램은 ADDIE 모형을 중심으로 학습 내용 선정, WBI 프로그램 설계, WBI 프로그램 개발 수업 적용, 평가 과정을 거쳐 개발하였다. 우선 $\ulcorner$기술ㆍ가정$\lrcorner$6개 교과서의 주거 공간 꾸미기 내용을 정리하고 그 내용을 바탕으로 HTML과 PHP, MySQL로 데이터베이스를 구축하여 학습자와 컴퓨터와의 역동적인 상호 작용이 이루어지도록 설계하였다. 또한 온라인의 개별 학습이 가능하도록 주메뉴를 교과서 연구실, 3D 홈 디자인 실습실, 자료 공유실, 종합 평가실의 네 부분으로 구성하여 이론을 약 6시간 동안 학습하고 나서 3시간 동안 실습을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 수정 보완하고 프로그램의 질을 높이기 위한 목적으로 청주시 C고등학교 1학년 학생 35명과 가정과 교사 3명을 대상으로 시범 적용한 결과를 바탕으로 프로그램의 작동 여부를 화인하고 오류를 고쳐 프로그램의 문제점을 개선하였다. 본 프로그램을 이용한 회원은 4월 20일부터 6월 1일까지 2개 고등학교 학생 70명, 11개 고등학교 교사 11명이었다. 평가 결과 교사들은 본 프로그램에서 가장 유용하게 이용한 부분으로 ‘3D 홈 디자인 실습실(63.6%)’, ‘교과서 연구실(18.2%)’, ‘게시판. 자료실, 묻고 답하기 등(18.2%)’ 순으로 답한 반면 학생들은 ‘3D 홈 디자인 실습실(47.8%)’, ‘교과서 연구실(34.3%)’, ‘게시판, 자료실, 묻고 답하기 등(17.9%)’의 순으로 답하여 유용한 부분에 대한 순서는 일치하나 비율에 차이가 있어 교사들이 ‘3D 홈 디자인 실습실(63.6%)’을 더 유용하게 이용했음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 프로그램을 사용하는 데 있어 교사는 ‘쉬운 편이다’라는 응답이 63.6%로 학생의 24.2% 응답과 차이가 있었으며, 제시된 학습 내용의 양이 ‘적당하다’에 교사가 63.6%, 학생이 48.4%로 답하여 차이가 있었다. 그리고 교사들은 화면 구성이 ‘잘 구성된 편이다(72.7%)’,‘평상시 수업보다 이해에 도움이 되었다(81.2%)’로 답하여 교사들이 학생들보다 본 프로그램에 더 긍정적인 반응을 보였음을 알 수 있었다. 프로그램에 대한 장점과 개선할 점에 대한 개방형 평가는 교사들의 평가와 유사하여 ‘재미있어서 시간이 부족했다’, ‘잘하지는 않았지만, 직접 디자인해서 재미있었다’, ‘어른이 되면 주거 공간 활용을 잘 할 것 같다’, ‘새로운 경험이라 재미있었다’, ‘흥미롭고 재미있었다’, ‘쉽게 되어 있어 좋다’, ‘가구 배치가 잘 되었고. 흠 디자인한 색상이 잘 맞는다’라는 의견이었다. 그러나 주거 공간 꾸미기 WBI 프로그램을 이용한 수업이 컴퓨터에 대한 소양이 부족한 학생과 집중력이 떨어지는 학생에게는 다소 어려움이 있으므로 학생들의 개인차와 학교 실정에 따른 시간 배당 등을 고려하여 학생의 개별학습과 아울러 학교에서 교사의 설명과 함께 수업 시간에 활용할 것을 제안한다.

본 연구는 현대 집합주택의 개발의 실험적 토대가 되었던 1960년대 이후 1990년대 초반까지의 서울지역 아파트단지들을 중심으로 단지의 측면과 단위평면의 측면에서 시대적 변천과 유형별 특성을 분석하여 국내 집합주거의 양상이 어떻게 전개되어 왔는지를 인식하고, 국내 집합주거의 질적 향상을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 하는 추후 연구의 한 준거를 제시토록 한다. 이를 위하여 집합주거의 생성과 현황에 대하여 일반적인 고찰을 진행하여, 국내 주거양식이 점차로 고층, 고밀화되어가는 과정을 살펴보고, 이러한 주거양식의 집합화가 점차로 정책적인 차원에서 더욱 고려되어지고 있음을 현대에 이르기까지의 시대적 틀 속에서 고찰해 본다. 이와 함께 집합화되는 주거양식이 단위평면속에서는 어떻게 변천해 왔는지를 규모와 제실구성, 설비 및 구조방식, 내부공간 구성방식등으로 나누어 분석한다.

As the quality of our life has improved, residential complexes have become more diverse now. Modern residential complexes function as a place for meeting and communication between families and neighbors, including parks, lakes, and promenades, and exhibiting sculptures in residential spaces has become an important component. This study was conducted for the purpose of researching the design development method for the sculptures displayed in the residential space in accordance with these changes and demands of the era. Through the process of visualizing the figurative arts with metal and stone used as materials, the artist's thoughts and messages were put in the sculpture and the arts were completed as the shape of the sculpture that viewers could sympathize with. This design and formative research shows the possibility that various visual elements for sympathy with the creator's thoughts can be formed in a place with the specificity of living space by using a figurative visualization method. Therefore, further researches on figurative art of sculptures are required.
