Recently, the housing problem has been recognized as a matter of housing supply with a certain environmental level and not simply a matter of handing as a quantitative problem, and the demand for pleasant residential environments and requirements for residential environments are increasing more and more. However, it is necessary to establish the directions for improvement of the residential environment according to the house type, as the requirements and levels of satisfaction differ. This study aimed to deduce the level of resident satisfaction with the residential environments according to house type, and determine the direction for improvement of the residential environment. To achieve this, the difference between the house types was analyzed through ANOVA analysis and T-Test, and the major factors on the improvement direction of the residential environment were derived through Action-grid analysis.

현대 사회는 모든 분야에서 다양한 분야들의 기술들이 융합되는 사회이며, 이로 인해 각종 환경적 위험 요소 등이 존재한다. 그중 한가지는 유해 가스에 의한 피해이다. 산업이 발전하고, 편의 시설등이 늘어나면서 다양한 시설들이 설치되고 있다. 하지만 이와 함께 시설물들이 가지는 위험도 또한 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 센서를 이용한 위험요소 탐지와 환경측정 자료를 기반으로 일상 생활에 접할 수 있는 위험요소를 파악하고 개선하고자 하였다. 진행은 유해성분을 측정할 수 있는 센서를 이용한 시스템을 구성하고, 자료 분석을 통한 개선사항를 도출하는 방식을 취하였다.

The purpose of this study is to suggest that dwelling site planning of residential improvement district is to make in the point of sustainable improvement. The methods of this study are as follow, first, introduce the concept of sustainable improvement and research possibility of adaption of the concept. second, make a survey of the Nanminchon II District in Jeonju as a sample of residential improvement district and make a comparative study of the before and after the development. third, research adaptable elements of sustainable residence concept to Nanminchon II District to dwelling site planning. Progress and result of residential improvement district affects dweller to character of place and habitation and will gain summits of architecture.

The housing environment improvement of the middle size cities is getting emphasized due to the decentralization. But, the way to improve the housing environment should be in progress without any consideration for citizen's lives or their own culture. Especially, in rural village, government has continually made political supports but extremely skeptical about the result, that is, they made improvement on living environment but failure in the living quality. This institute intends to find out cultural elements of traditional architecture are. Tradition has to make effects on the present age. It has to have great influence on the entire housing environment in addition to each architecture.

This paper digests the residential environment of row-income households in South-East Asia, and governmental endeavor to the squalid dwellings from the perspective of residence welfare. Two projects related to residential environment improvement, UCDO in Thailand and KIP in Philippines, are chosen for deeper study. Some findings in South-East countries' experiences are expected to instructive clues for Korea situation.

센서를 이용한 산업은 다양하게 존재하며 그 범위는 점점 넓어지고 있다. 각종 생산 장비에서부터 각종 소비 장치까지 다양한 환경에 여러 종류의 센서들이 활용되고 있다. 그중 헬스 케어 분야는 응용분야가 다양하게 발전하고 있다. 헬스케어의 목적은 이용자가 가질 수 있는 위험 요소를 미리 측정 제거하여 건강한 삶을 살도록 하는 것이다. 이에따라 다양한 방면에서 활용되고 있으며, 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어의 여러 분야 중 사용자 관리 측면에서 센서를 이용한 주거 환경 개선 프로그램의 일환으로 사용자가 소지할 수 있는 휴대용 물품을 통하여 사용자의 신체 정보를 입수한다. 또한 사용자가 위치한 공간의 환경정보를 센서를 이용하여 측정하고, 이후 센서가 감지하는 사용자의 데이터를 근거로 미리 설정한 환경에 맞게 주변 환경을 제어하는 시스템을 구성하고 연구한다.
