A Study on Chinese Characters Play of Edo Period in Japan by Comparison with the Pattern of Tungp'o(東坡体)'s Characters Play and Paza(破字), the Method to Make an Analysis of Chinese Characters; Focused Nanji and Iruiimyo (동파체(東坡体)·파자(破字)와의 비교를 통해 본 일본근세 한자문자유희 - 난지(難字)·이루이 이묘(異類異名)를 중심으로 -)

  • In this study, I examined the relationship between the pattern of Tungp'o (東坡体)'s characters play, Paza(破字) and Nanji(難字), Iruiimyo(異類異名) the Chinese characters play, developed in the Edo period in Japan. I found out the following. First, Nanji and Iruiimyo's method of Chinese character transformation is like Tungp'o(東坡体)'s characters play and Paza(破字), that is to make an analysis of Chinese character. For example, to extend or shorten to character's length, and to increase or reduce the character's size. And, I also found out there is no block type characters play in Nanji and Iruiimyo. Second, I also found that the similarity of the method of Chinese character transformation between the pattern of Tungp'o(東坡体)'s characters play, Paza(破字) and Nanji(難字), Iruiimyo(異類異名). The method of to flip character (180 degrees) and to letting character lie down (90 degrees) is very similar each other. But there is no method to make incline of character (45 degrees) in Nanji and Iruiimyo. Third, I found that the method to extract part of character also exists in Chinese and Japanese characters play. And, I also found that the method to decompose characters in half from the pattern of Tungp'o(東坡体)'s characters play, but I can't find this method from Nanji and Iruiimyo. To decompose characters in half is very like the method of paja. So, we can understand that Nanji and Iruiimyo is located in the middle stage of the pattern of between Tungp'o(東坡体)'s characters play and Paza(破字).

A FEM comparison study about the force, displacement and initial stress distribution on the maxillary first molars by the application of Asymmetric Head-Gears with the different traction forces (Asymmetric Head-Gear의 견인력의 차이에 따른 상악 제 1 대구치에 나타나는 힘과 변위 및 초기 응력분포에 관한 유한요소법적 비교 연구)

  • One of the various mechanics used to treat unilateral Class II malocclusion is head gear with asymmetric face bow. We made the finite element models of unilateral Class II maxillary dental arch and power arm asymmetric face bow. We designed this experiment to observe stress distribution of periodontal ligament, reaction force, and displacement and to understand force system, so to predict the therapeutic effect. On the basis of computerized tomograph of maxillary dental arch of 25 years old male with normal occlusion without extraction and orthodontic treatment history, we made finite element models of maxillary dental arch and periodontal ligament. Then we modified that model to unilateral maxillary Class II malocclusion model of which maxillary left molar displaced mesially. Also, We made finite element model of asymmetric face bow of which right outer bow shorter than left by 25mm(RMO, Penta-FormTM/Medium size, 0.045 inch iner bow, 0.072 inch outer bow). After that, retraction force of 250g, 300b, 350g were applied to maxillary first molar. We concluded as follow. 1. The Net force that both maxillary first molars were received increased as the retraction force increased. Mesially positioned tooth received more force than normally positioned tooth. But, both tooth were received distal force, so distal movement occured. 2. Both tooth received buccal lateral force. In analysis of force element, as the retraction force were increased, force of X-axis at mesially positioned tooth decreased, and force of X-axis at normally positioned tooth increased. so lateral force component moved to the side received less force from more force. 3. There were rotation, tipping with distal movement in maxillary first molar. As retraction force were increased, rotation and tipping also increased. More tipping and rotation occured at the side received more force, that is, mesially positioned tooth. Though it Is small change, displacement of same pattern occur in normally positioned tooth

  • 무동력 복합작업기는 치즐쟁기와 디스크의 배열에 따라 작업성능이 좌우된다. 프레임과 디스크, 치즐쟁기에 가해지는 기본적인 힘의 상태를 확인하기 위한 정적 구조해석을 수행하였다. 복합작업기는 디스크는 $18^{\circ}$가 경사진 형태로 전면9개 후면9로 총 18개, 치즐쟁기(Chiselplow)는 4개로, 디스크는 모두 18개이다. 정적인 상태에서 끄는 견인력은 100마력, 150마력, 200마력으로 하였으며 Inventor의 해석 시스템은 힘을 N으로 사용하기 때문에 각 마력에 부가되는 하중을 N으로 치환하여 사용하였다. 구속조건은 frame과, disc, chisel plow에 맞닿는 면을 구속하고, 힘의 방향은 프레임과 트랙터의 연결면, 디스크 날과 땅의 접촉면에 적용했다. front /rear 디스크는 이론상으로는 양 디스크가 쌍으로 마주하고 있어서 스캔데이타를 중심으로 모델링한 결과를 바탕으로, 전후면 디스크해로우의 해석을 수행하였다. 조립 또는 사용상의 문제점이나 자연적인 유격에 의해 어느 정도 대칭이 되지 않을수 있으나 그 정도에 따라 진동과 내구성에 문제가 될 수도 있기에 한쌍에 대해 모델링을 통한 해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과에 따르면 디스크에 작용하는 폰미세스 응력은 극한강도에 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났으며 Frame의 최대 폰 미세스 응력을 제외하면, 대부분의 응력은 항복강도에 현저히 미치지 못하는 수치이고, 프레임의 경우는 150마력, 200마력으로 힘을 가할 때 항복강도는 넘는 수치이지만 극한인장강도에는 미치지 못하는 수치인 것을 알 수 있었다. 100마력에 폰 미세스 응력의 최대값은 0.161918 MPa이고 프레임 강의 항복강도인 207MPa와 디스크의 항복강도인 250MPa에 못 미치는 수치이다. 150마력과 200마력의 힘으로 회전할 때의 폰 미세스 응력의 최대값은 0.286425MPa과 0.381921 MPa로 항복강도인 250MPa에 크게 못 미치는 수치이다. 그 이유는 디스크해로우 방식의 복합작업기는 견인저항력이 작게 설계되고 작업속도를 개선하기 위한 목적으로 사용되기 때문으로 사료된다. 벤치마킹 기대의 Rear 디스크도 마찬가지로 각도는 $18^{\circ}$이며, 동일한 구속조건을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며 해석결과는 모두 항복강도 이내로 예측 되었다. 디스크에 최대로 응력이 미치는 부분은 디스크와 프레임이 연결되는 허브 부분이다. 각도가 커짐에 따라 응력이 증가하므로 이를 감안한 설계인자 도출이 가능하다. 마력과 각도가 증가함에 따라 디스크 해로우에 작용하는 폰미세스 응력과, 접촉압력이 증가하므로 이에 대한 검토와 동적하중인 로드프로파일을 적용한 해석을 수행하여 내구수명 특성에 대한 연구를 수행할 계획이다.

A Study on the Comparison and Analysis of Debris Reduction System on Small Bridge (소교량 유송잡물 저감시설의 비교 분석 연구)

  • Damage to structures, such as bridge piers, are increasing rapidly due to the debris moving along rivers at the time of flooding. Therefore, the debris fin, debris deflector and debris sweeper, which are debris reduction systems, were produced in this study and an accumulation experiment was carried out on the experimental channel according to the existence of the reduction system. The debris fin is the reduction system that creates parallel flow on debris accumulated on the bridge to pass through the bridge, which was produced using wood. In addition, the debris deflector was produced using steel pipes and it has the type of detouring the direction of debris. The debris sweeper passes the debris using the magnetic force rotation of a screw-shaped cylindrical structure by water flow and it was produced using acrylic material. The experiment was carried out by analyzing the level of accumulation according to the hardness and dropping method of the debris and comparing the accumulation rate of reduction systems, and the experiment was carried out 5 times. According to the experimental results, there was a difference in the accumulation rate according to the type of reduction system and the shape of debris, and it often depended significantly on the initial shape of debris accumulation. The direct debris reduction effect on the bridge was higher in the order of the debris deflector, debris sweeper and debris fin, but in case of the debris deflector, damage, such as stream turbulence, changes in water level and river bed, and the loss of deflector can occur due to debris accumulated directly on the debris deflector. Therefore, it is necessary to design the debris deflector considering these issues.

Verification of Target Position in Stereotactic Radiosurgery Based on Photon Knife System (Photon Knife 시스템에 근거한 뇌정위 방사선수술에서 표적위치 확인)

  • This study was performed to prepare the verification film for localizing beam-target position with the Photon Knife radiosurgery system (PKRS) using linear accelerator(Mitsubishi, Model ML-15MDX). We developed a laser calibration system using a reticle of transparent lucite to detect Inlet and outlet beams. We verified fixation of the second collimator with film mounted on a holder in the shape of an octagon block 5cm apart from the isocenter. The film was exposed to photon beams of linear accelerator at an interval of 45 degrees during the gantry movement. There were no shifts in the beam of the second collimator during gantry movement. We used a position marker which is designed a head-shaped small lead block and a 10 mm in diameter of steel bead in the plastic tube. The position marker helped to verify the beam directions with patient position in multi-arc and trans-multi-arc of PKRS The verification of beam alignments showed an average 0.8$\pm$0.26 mm discrepancy in LINAC-gram images of PKRS. In our study, the couch movement was $\pm$5 mm laterally, while it shook $\pm$ 2 mm toward the couch axis. The couch, however, was immediately returned to the initial site after shaking. Thus, we postulate that the beam-target position(s) should be verified with LINAC-gram in a stereotactic radiosurgery system to achieve the accuracy of beam-target alignment.

Trend of the welding technology for surface modification (표면개질을 위한 오버레이용접 기술개발 현황)

  • 오버레이용접에 의한 표면개질기술(Weld Surfacing or Hardfacing Technology)은 내식성, 내 마모성, 또는 내열성을 갖는 합금의 용접재료를 모재 표면에 균일하게 용착(오버레이:Ovedayer)시킴으로써 목적하는 재료의 표면성질을 향상시키는 표면처리의 한 방법이으로써 1922년 Stoody가 Steel Tube에 Cr합금 분말을 충진한 용접봉을 제조하여 석유시추용 회전드릴의 선단 표면을 오버 레이 용접시켜 내마모성을 획기적으로 개선시킴으로써 이루어 졌다. 초기 오버레이 용접기술은 발전설비I 제철설비I 시벤트설비, 그리고 제지설비 등 주로 설비 부품들의 표면부 내마모성을 개선시키는 방향으로 주로 연구 개발이 이루어졌으나, 기술개발의 진전으로 탈황설비 둥의 표면부 내식성 향상, 연속주조롤 표면부의 내산화성, 내열피로성, 내마모 성 향상 둥을 위해 점차 산업전반에 널리 이용되고 있으며, 설비의 고도화 및 장수명화가 요구되 면서 본 기술의 중요성 또한 점차 부각되고 있다. 그림 1은 연강의 모재 위에 셀프쉴드플럭스코어드와이어(Self-Shield Flux Cored Wire:SS-FCW, 이하 55-FCW라 기술함)를 사용하여 오버레이 용접올 하는 장면을 도식적으로 나 타낸 것이다. 모재와 전극재인 용접봉(S5-FCW) 사이에서 아크가 발생되고, 아크열에 의해서 용접 봉 및 모재 일부가 용융되면서 모재 표면에 새로운 오버레이 표면층이 형성된다. 통상 오버레이 층의 1층 두께는 2-6mm 내외이며, 단층 혹은 다충 오버레이를 자유롭게 실시한다. 오버레이층의 물성은 아크열에 의한 모재로의 용입정도에 따라 1층부에서는 모재의 영향을 크게 받지만 오버레 이충 수가 증가된 3층부에서 부터는 전적으로 용접봉의 성분에 좌우된다. 사진 1은 연강(55-41)의 모재위에 크롬탄화물이 다량 함유된 고크롬 탄화물형 내마모재가 오버 레이된 내마모 복합강판 (wear plate)의 단면 미세조직 사진으로써 모재부와 오버레이충을 함께 보여주고 있다. 모재와 오버레이 충간의 경계면은 모재 일부가 용융된 후 웅고하면서 형성됨으로 인해서 도금이나 용사층과는 달리 매우 견고하게 결합되어 있다. 따라서 계면부의 탈락이라는 문 제점은 거의 없어 심한 응력을 받는 기계구조물 및 부품에도 본 기술은 널리 적용되고 있다. 그리고 사진 1에서 알 수 있는 바와 같이 모재와는 전혀 상이한 재료를 자유로이 선택하여 표면 유효층 일부만 오버레이시키며I 주조 및 단조가 불가능한 재료까지도 표면부에 오버레이 시킴으로 서 부품 및 설비의 제조에 있어 재료비의 절감과 제품의 수명이 획기적으로 개선될 수 있다. 그리고 최근에는 도금 빛 용사 둥과 같은 표면처리를 할 경우임의 소재 표면에 도금 및 용 사에 용이한 재료를 오버레이용접시킨 후 표면처리를 함으로써 보다 고품질의 표면층을 얻기위한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 국내, 외의 오버레이 용접기술의 적용현황 및 대표적인 적용사례, 오버레이 용접기술 및 용접재료의 개발현황 둥을 중심으로 살펴봄으로서 아직 국내에서는 널리 알려지지 않은 본 기 술의 활용을 넓이고자 한다.

The Relationship between the Behavioral Characteristics of Elderly and Fatal Pedestrian Accidents (고령보행자의 행동특성과 보행사망사고의 관계)

  • This study examines the characteristics of traffic accidents involving elderly pedestrians by analyzing relevant data vis-à-vis fatal pedestrian accidents and proposes solutions to reduce such accidents. We analyzed 3,853 cases of fatal accidents involving elderly pedestrians and 1,786 cases involving younger pedestrian (these cases reflect accidents that occurred from 2005 to 2008). The results show that accidents involving the elderly occur more frequently in rural areas than urban areas, especially in autumn; this condition applies even in situations where the elderly exhibit compensation behaviors such as walking on safer roads. We found that elderly pedestrians exhibit a defective behavior in crossing roads, especially in complicated road conditions where intersections and turning/reversing vehicles represent a menacing threat. These characteristics could be explained by the degenerated physical/mental ability of the elderly and by psychological factors such as reduced level of self-confidence.

Analysis of the Kinematic Characteristics at Entrance to the Straight Course from the Curvilinear Course in the 200m-Track Game (육상 200m 경기의 곡선주로에서 직선주로 진입 시 운동학적 특성분석)

  • This study sought to identify the kinematic characteristics at entrance to the straight course from the curvilinear course in the 200m-track game. For this purpose, this study was conducted for 4 sprinters by setting the 10m-section combined from the curvilenear track to the straight course and shooting them with the camcorder. It was set up to include all the sections of analysis by using the framework of the control point knowing the coordinate of the space and actual analysis was conducted on the motion showing the best records by conducting it for each subject five times. As a result, the following conclusion was drawn: It was found that the subjects showed the average stride of 4.5${\pm}$0.41 times at the 10-meter section and the required time of 1.42${\pm}$0.04sec. They showed the ratio average stride to height of 1.25${\pm}$0.20% and the average speed of 7.06${\pm}$0.19m/s. The displacement in the center of gravity of the human body at the section combined from the curvilinear course to the straight course was moving along the inward course of the curvilinear course, and the displacement of the leg located at the outward direction(right) was found to be larger than that of the leg located at the inward direction(left). In the speed of the left and right hand segments, it was found that the speed of the right hand located in the outward direction was faster than that of the left hand located at the inward, and it was found that the subjects progressed in the curvilinear course. The subjects showed the larger angle of the shoulder joint when the upper arm was located in the forward direction than when the it was located in the backward direction. In the curvilinear course, they showed the lower value of the lateral angle of the trunk when the right foot located at the outward direction left the ground than when the left foot located at the inward direction left the ground. And it was found that the lateral angle of the trunk became lower with approaching the straight course.
