  • In this paper, authors performed improvement of control characteristics of an attraction type magnetic levitation system. The attraction type magnetic levitation system has an inherent instability in the system, therefore its controller must have not only proportional-integral gain but also differential gain additionally. In this paper, authors were proposed control algorithm using disturbance observer(DOB) on feedback signal. The computer simulation and experiments were performed for its verification.

  • There are many information objects and users in a large company. It is important issue how to control users access in order that only authorized user can access information objects, Traditional access control models do not properly reflect the characteristics of enterprise environment. This paper proposes an improved access control model for enterprise environment. The characteristics of access control in an enterprise are examined and a task role-based access control(T-RBAC) model founded on concept of classification of tasks is introduced. T-RBAC deals with each task differently according to its class, and supports task level access control and supervision role hierarchy.

  • According to the way of the robot control, the robot systems of all the teams which participate in the MIROSOT can be divided into three categories : the remote brainless system, the vision-based system and the robot-based system. The MIRAGE I robot control system uses the last one, the robot-based system. In the robot-based system the host computer with the vision system transmits the data on only the location of the ball and the robots. Based on this robot control method, we took part in the MIROSOT '96 and the MIROSOT '97.

Equivalent Error Model for Spacecraft Attitude Determination System (인공위성 자세결정 시스템을 위한 등가 오차모델)

  • We introduce the error models for an attitude determination system(ADS) with gyroscopes and stellar sensor. The ADS error models are derived according to the definition of the reference frame and of the attitude error. The equivalent error models applicable to the attitude determination system with large attitude errors are presented. The simulation results show that the proposed error models improve performance of the attitude determination system.

  • 본 논문에서는 사용자가 제공하는 2차원의 캐릭터 스케치를 3차원의 시각적 이야기 저작 시스템의 아바타로 활용하기 위해, 어린이들이 종이 인형을 가지고 굽히거나 펴서 동작을 만들며 놀이를 하던 방법을 입력 매타포어로 사용하는 것을 제안하였다. 2차원 영상을 3차원화 하는 기존의 연구들은 카메라 파라미터의 복원 등 복잡한 시스템을 필요로 하며 일반 사용자가 이야기 저작시 쉽게 적용하기 어려운 데 반해, 본 메타포어를 기반으로 한 시스템은 정교하지는 않으나 일반인이 쉽게 이해할 수 있는 아바타 제어 방법을 제공한다.

Adaptive Filter Design for Radar Aided SDINS (레이다 보정형 스트랩다운 관성항법시스템을 위한 적응필터 구성)

  • A new adaptive filter is proposed for an aided strapdown inertial navigation system(SDINS). The proposed filter can be used to effectively estimate the time-varying variance of the measurement noise. Then, the in-flight alignment for the radar aided SDINS is designed using the additive quatermion error model. Simulation results show that the proposed adaptive filter effectively improves the performance of the radar aided SDINS.

  • In this paper, a fuzzy precompensated PI controller for inverter-type air-conditioner is presented. The presented control scheme is composed of a fuzzy logic precompensator and PI controller, in which two control schemes are serially connected. The rules of the fuzzy precompensator is designed to improve the performance by considering the nonlinear characteristics of a temperature dynamics. The experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed controller.

  • In order tominimize fixing error of workpieces, circle, prismatic, sphere, cylindrical and sculptures types. Modification Rule by Indexing Table and Modification Rule by NC Program are developed for machining centers by using touch trigger probes. The Modification Rule by Indexing Table meas the alignment of workpiece to NC program through degree of freedoms of indexing table. The Modification Rule by NC Program is the alognment of NC program to workpiece ste-tp condition via the generation of NC progarm. A postprocessing module is alos developed for generating NC-part program(User Macro) to compensate for machining errors in end milling and boring processes. Developed method are verified by experiments.

  • In this study, it is developed the interactive DNC(Direct Numerical Control) system, in using RS-232C cable and auxiliary computer, through the diagnosis of planning process and information evaluation. this DNC system recognize the Manufacturing planning and control it. This DNC system has a different notation. It can be done by an operator who hasn't knowledge about personnel computer. It is operated with automatic planning and measurement tec. by operator, using part program on the NC(Numerical Control).
