군사과학기술이 발전하고 안보위협이 다양화됨에 따라 해양에서의 안보환경이 변화되고 군사작전의 범위가 확대되고 있으며, 군사작전 개념도 변화하고 있다. 따라서 변화하는 해양안보환경 속에서 군사작전을 완벽하게 수행하기 위해서는 민간분야를 포함하여 다양한 요소들과 유기적인 네트워크체계가 구축되어야 한다. 본 논문은 안보환경 및 작전개념 변화에 따라 해양에서 성공적인 작전수행을 위해 네트워크체계가 어떠한 방향으로 구축되어야 하는가를 제시하였다.

This study was aimed to define the predicting factor account for the Korean Dental Hygienist Licensing Examination (KDHLE) by analyzing the academic grade score and the KDHLE score. The subjects included 185 graduates (2007, 2009, 2011~2014 graduates). The ratio of successful applicants of the subjects was 99.2%. The academic grade scores were calculated to grade point average, the KDHLE was scoring marks out of 300 (200 of written examination score and 100 of performance evaluation score) for correlation and regression analysis. The graduation grades and comprehensive examination scores correlated significantly with the KDHLE written examination scores (correlation coefficient=0.612), and KDHLE total score (correlation coefficient=0.258). First~third grade score and comprehensive examination scores correlated significantly with KDHLE total scores (p<0.05). Especially, there are the highest correlated between second comprehensive examination scores and KDHLE total scores (correlation coefficient=0.455), the last score in time sequence is the important factors account for the KDHLE total score. But there is no correlation between academic grade score and KDHLE performance evaluation scores, therefore it is necessary to study for determine the reason. The results of multiple linear regression analysis, second grade score and the average score of comprehensive examination were the main predicting factors account for the KDHLE total score, the explanatory power was 31.6%. Our results show that KDHLE total and written examination scores are predicted by the academic grade score reliably, but not the KDHLE performance evaluation scores. Further studies are needed to determine relationship between dental hygiene education and KDHLE.

This study is to develop school library Policy model in accordance with guidelines suggested in policy science theories and to evaluate school library policy with application of "Activation Agenda for School Libraries". The guidelines on the evaluation of school library Policy were based on the models suggested in education policy and school library Policy theories. Selected guidelines were examined through survey distributed to evaluators and telephone interviews. Although overall evaluation results on school library policy were positive, it is suggested that more efforts for Policy improvement are needed.

The purpose of this study is to improve the evaluation system of school libraries in Korea. Major issues to improve the evaluation system were identified through school library evaluations and an analysis of the existing evaluation system of the Committee on Library and Information Policy. The issues include evaluation organizations, purposes of evaluation, selection of objects, evaluation period length, systems of evaluation, and ways to receive results. Alternatives for improving the evaluation system were selected through surveys and professional consultation. Finally this study proposed a more effective evaluation system which emphasizes the self-regulation and responsibility of provincial education offices in Korea.

협회는 지난 3월 11일 농림수산식품에 낙농부분의 정책제안으로 '낙농산업 발전 종합대책(안)'을 제출하고 그 제시방안에 대해 농림수산식품부와 협의를 갖고 추진방안에 대해 논의를 갖는(4.17) 등 정책반영을 위한 활동을 지속적으로 전개하고 있다. 대책(안)의 내용에 따르면 현재 낙농산업의 현황과 문제점을 제기하면서 낙농산업의 안정적인 발전대책 수립을 위해 3가지 개선방향을 제시하고 있는데, 첫째, 낙농정책에 대한 비전을 수립, 국가 비전 아젠다를 설정하여 지속가능한 낙농산업으로서의 기반유지 당위성을 마련하고, 둘째, 전국단위 수급조절을 위한 계획생산제 실시 및 기구개편, 국내 유제품 시장 형성을 위한 가공원료유 한도수량제의 확대, 국산우유의 차별화를 위한 우유표기의 개선, 군급식 우유용량의 확대와 학교급식과 학교우유급식 통합(17대 대선 한나라당 정책공약), 북한어린이(학생) 우유지원 등 그 실질적인 정책마련에 해당하는 원유수급 안정화를 위한 제도 개선이 바로 그것이다. 셋째, 사료가격 안정을 위한 대책 및 목장시설 현대화 지원 확대, 낙농단지 조성을 통한 안정적 낙농생산 기반 유지, 유업체 경영합리화 방안 및 시설자금 지원, 유제품 수출지원 등을 통해 낙농.유업의 경쟁력 향상이 이뤄져야 함을 강조하였다. 월간낙농육우는 본고를 통해 낙농산업 발전 종합대책(안) 중 개선방향에 해당하는 자료를 소개코자 하니, 많은 관심을 바란다.

The purpose of this study was to compare the stress from nursing care between nurses in cancer unit and nurses in the general unit. A total 114 of nurses were recruited from a general hospital. The job stress level of the nurses and the somatic symptoms level of the nurses working in cancer unit was significantly higher than the level of the nurses working in general unit. It is important to eusure the methods that contrive to perform care efficiently by generating hospice nurses.

The purpose of this study is an overall valuation about propriety study of school facilities BTL(Build-Transfer-Lease) by means of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The search point includes these questions. Is BTL of school facilities a reasonable project for school, or is the former government financial project on the position of comparative superiority? And, is a partial BTL possible as an alternative plan? The result of this study shows that preference rate about BTL is 39%, that of former government financial project is 32%, and that of partial BTL is 29%.

네트워크보안에서 네트워킹기능과 정보보호기능을 분리하여 관리하지 않고 연계하여 종합 메커니즘을 구성 및 적용할 경우 종합적인 정보보호 효율은 시너지효과로 나타난다. 본 연구는 네트워킹 기능과 정보보호기능을 연계하여 정보보호기능을 적용했을 경우의 연동메커니즘 구현방법을 제안하기 위한 것이다. 연동 메커니즘에 의한 보안차단성과는 분리상황의 성과보다 증대되어 나타나므로 네트워크 인프라상에서의 정보보호기능 구현은 반드시 네트워킹기능과 정보보호기능을 연계하여 구성하고 그 성과를 측정, 관리하는 것이 정보보호 성과 관리에 효율적 방법임을 본 연구를 통해 제시하고자 한다.

초등학생관련 자료의 유별 현황 및 어휘분석을 바탕으로 초등학교도서관을 위한 KDC 간략판을 개발하고자 시도되었다. 즉, 분류표의 수정 전개 범위는 최대한 KDC 4판의 기본 틀인 유, 강, 목을 그대로 유지하면서 자료의 유별 분포도를 분석하여 분류항목을 세분하였으며, 초등학생의 특성을 반영하기 위한 구체적인 방법으로 KDC 분류명사를 추출하여 초등학생을 대상으로 설문조사한 결과 및 초등학생관련 자료의 실증적인 어휘분석을 종합하여 분류항목의 수정전개에 반영하였다. 이 연구에서는 초등학교도서관을 대상으로 하였지만 중등학교도서관에 대해서도 이와 같은 실증적인 유별 현황 및 어휘분석 방법을 적용하여 주기적으로 분류표의 개정 작업에 반영한다면 KDC가 학교도서관을 위해 보다 실공적인 분류표가 될 것이다.

7차 개정 교육과정은 컴퓨터교육에 있어서 기존의 컴퓨터 활용 중심의 교육을 넘어서 컴퓨터과학과 더불어 정보통신윤리교육을 강화하고 초등교육과정의 틀 내에서 컴퓨터교육에 대한 기반을 마련하는 또 다른 계기를 제공하였다는 점에서 그 의미를 찾아 볼 수 있다. 그러나 초등학교에서의 컴퓨터교육에 대한 정체성에 대해서는 아직 풀어야 할 문제들이 산재해 있다. 컴퓨터교육에 관한 정체성의 혼란은 초등학교 컴퓨터교육에 대한 다양한 논쟁을 일으키고 있다. 기존의 연구들도 컴퓨터교육의 목적과 내용 그리고 교육과정 편제와 운영 등에 대한 문제점들을 지적하고 있다. 이에 본 원고에서는 초등학교 컴퓨터교육의 정체성 확립을 위하여 선행연구를 분석하고 내적.외적인 측면에서의 문제점을 고찰함으로써 보다 종합적인 관점에서 컴퓨터교육이 지향하여야 할 점에 대하여 탐색하고 나아가 컴퓨터교육이 초등학교에서 어떻게 정착되어가야 하는지에 대한 방향을 정립하고자 한다.
