Immunization of layers against Salmonella gallinarum(S.G.) which causes fowl typhoid resulted in production of anti-S.G. IgY rich eggs. Water soluble fraction was obtained from egg yolk using various gum solutions such as 0.1%(Sigma C-3889) λ-carrageenan; 1% and 2% cold water soluble carrageenan; 1% and 2% hot water soluble carrageenan; and 1% cold water soluble carrageenan with 1% hot water soluble carrageenan. Among them, λ-carrageenan 0.1% treatment showed a high recovery rate, possessing high IgY contents. In the range of pH 5-9, more than 70 percent of IgY was existent. Moreover, Anti-S.G. IgY was relatively heat-stable. This study revealed that immunoglobulin against fowl typhoid could be produced successfully by layers and the IgY was sustainable to further processing due to its pH and heat stability. IgY is promising to be utilized for prevention and treatment of fowl typhoid in industrial scale.
The international sale contract is the central contracts in export-import transactions. A good sale contract or set of general conditions of sale will cover all the principal elements of the transaction, so that uncertainties are avoided. The parties' respective duties as concern the payment mechanism, transport contract and insurance responsibilities, inter alia, will all be clearly detailed in the contract. The following key clauses should be included in international contracts of sale and general conditions of sale: ${\bullet}$ preamble ${\bullet}$ identification of parties ${\bullet}$ description of goods ${\bullet}$ price and payment conditions ${\bullet}$ delivery periods and conditions ${\bullet}$ inspection of the goods - obligations and limitations ${\bullet}$ quantity or quality variations in the products delivered ${\bullet}$ reservation of title and passing of property rights ${\bullet}$ transfer of risk - how accomplished ${\bullet}$ seller's warranties and buyer's complaints ${\bullet}$ assignment of rights ${\bullet}$ force majeure clause and hardship clause ${\bullet}$ requirement that amendments and modifications be in writing ${\bullet}$ choice of law ${\bullet}$ choice of dispute resolution mechanism Under most systems of law, a party can be excused from a failure to perform a contract obligation which is caused by the intervention of a totally unforeseeable event, such as the outbreak of war, or an act of God such as an earthquake or hurricane. Under the American commercial code (UCC) the standard for this relief is one of commercial impracticability. In contrast, many civil law jurisdictions apply the term force majeure to this problem. Under CISG, the standard is based on the concept of impediments to performance. Because of the differences between these standards, parties might be well advised to draft their own force majeure, hardship, or excusable delays clause. The ICC publication, "Force Majeure and Hardship" provides a sample force majeure clause which can be incorporated by reference, as well as a hardship clause which must be expressly integrated in the contract. In addition, the ICC Model provides a similar, somewhat more concise formulation of a force majeure clause. When the seller wishes to devise his own excusable delays clause, he will seek to anticipate in its provision such potential difficulties as those related to obtaining government authorisations, changes in customs duties or regulations, drastic fluctuations in labour, materials, energy, or transportation prices, etc.
The purpose of this study was to understand phytosociological characteristics and changes, providing basic ecology informations based for heronries. We investigated the 25 heronries sites to have more than a hundred nests in the country. The vegetations of heronries were arranged 8 plant communities that consisted of 60 families, 129 genuses and 167 species including 17 species of exotic species. The communities of heronries were composed of high NCD (Net Contribution Degree) of plants, such as pokeberry (Phytolacca americana), japanese chaff flower (Achyranthes japonica), asiatic dayflower (Commelina communis) including diagnosis species, that was heliophilous and tolerance of eutrophic and/or acidic soil condition, and had the highest composition with the annual plants. As locational condition, they were distributed a favorite feeding place (rice field, stream etc.) inside 0.5 km radius, and located on the eastern slope of the mountain. The vegetative composition among plants in the heronries didn't have plant sociological characteristics for environmental conditions of the sites. But generally, they had trends in floristic composition like the areas of polluted soil, open canopy and disturbance.
This study is to propose the improvement of security related regulations to reinforce security activity and actualize constitutionalism in the National Assembly. For the purpose, some improvements could be considered as followings; First, legislating of regulations including some articles on the scope of security activity such as order preservation at assembly hall, facility security, security agents' right and protection of personal is necessary. Second, changing the organization and command system of security management is necessary for the unification of security activity and efficiency of the job. Also clear definition of terminology on the security job is need. For the shake of above object, one officer in charge of situation management and three section such as the personal protection section, facility security section and order preservation section could be substructured under security department. Third, elimination of unnecessary article on the arrest of red handed criminal in the assembly hall and on the physical checkup of audience by security agent is need. Also legislating of regulations on the hoarding of person who could disorder is necessary. Forth, legislating of regulations on the cooperation with government branch, judicial police power, carry and use of weapon and uniform and equipment to reinforce practical efficiency of security activity. For the proper legislating of the regulations, comparition with other public organizations such as presidential security Service, police, private security could be considered.
Immunotherapy has been used in support of trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole treatment for Pneumocvstis corinii pneumonia. The present study investigated the therapeutic or preventive effects of heterogeneous hyperimmune IgG antibody (HIA) in experimental rats. Their immunity was suppressed by steroid injection, and they were also injected peritoneally with HIA which reacted with 40-55, 92, 116, and 200 kDa bands of the crude antigen. All rats were infected by p. ccrinii and the cystic forms on lung impression smears were counted. The count was 20.5-76.5 (mean 52.5 ± 19.)1 in those which received steroid only, but decreased to 6.0-21.0 (mean 13.5 : 10.6) in those of group 3 which received HIA for the same duration. In other groups, the mean count ranged from 29.9 t 32.9 to 54.1 t 47.7, and in those which received 13.7 mg HIA the reduction effect was greater than in those which received 6.8 mg or 20.5 mg HIA. The present finding confirmed that in rats during the early stage of infection, the heterogeneous HIA to MSG antigen bands had a partial effect on p. cori, nii pneumonia, both prophylactically and therapeutically.

Yearly mean temperature in the 29 lakes surveyed ranges from 12.6 (Suncheon) to 13.9℃ (Mokpo), the lowest in −2.7℃ (January) and the highest in 25.9℃ (July). Monthly mean the amount of rainfall recorded the highest of 336.7 mm in August and the lowest with 4.9 mm in January. A total of 424 species of phytoplankton were identified. They were 157 Chlorophyceae, 161 Bacillariophyceae, 39 Cyanophyceae, and 67 other algal taxa. The phytoplankton diversity were low in stream type reservoirs such as Guemho, Youngsan and Youngam. The population density of phytoplankton ranged from 19 to 53,161 cells/ml. Annual mean of total zooplankton abundance in 45 sites was 369±827 ind./L (n=180). Rotifers were the most common taxa and their relative abundance was high (65~77%). The benthic microinvertebrate fauna of 10 reservoirs of Jeonnam province were 71 species of 61 genera of 44 families of 16 orders of 7 classes of 4 phyla. Aquatic insects of Phylum Arthropoda were 50 species of 44 genera of 28 families of 6 orders. The number of individuals was 6,132. Diptera was highiest (41.3%), and Ephemeroptera (31.0%), Trichoptera (17.5%), Anellida (3.8%), Mollusca (3.3%), Crustacea (0.4%). Large hydrophytes were identified 32 taxa, 2 varieties 30 species 26 genera and 20 families. Especially, Jijung and Juam lakes require management such as physical remove of this ecosystem disturbance field plants. Fishes were identified total 44 taxa, such as 25 Cyprinidae (56.8%), 8 Cobitidae (17.0%), 3 Gobiidae (6.4%), 2 Bagridae (4.3%), 2 Osmeridae (4.3%), 2 Odontobutidae (4.3%), 2 Centrachidae (4.3%), 1 Siluridae (2.1%), and 1 Centropomidae (2.1%). A pale chub was dominant species (18.9%).
"Act on Remedies for Injuries from Medical Malpractive and Mediation of Medical Disputes)" has been enacted to solve medical dispute. In addition, mediation and arbitration procedures have started since April 8th, 2012 from the Establishment of Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency. The average initiation rate of mediation for the past three years turned out to be 43%. Hereupon, Establishment of Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency has created a solution for automatic initiation if relevant to particular conditions to improve initiation rate of mediation procedures and passed it through the Assembly plenary session in May, 2016 and promulgated on the 30th of the same month. However, even if mediation procedure initiation rate is increased, there is no guarantee for mediation establishment rate to be improved according to current law. If Establishment of Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency intends to increase aforementioned value, automatic initiation is not the only solution. Instead, it seems to be a major assignment to identify fundamental reasons for why major health care facilities have not participated in it and to restore reliability on them. In addition, among crimes specified on the Article 268 of Criminal Act in the Article $51^*$ of "Act on Remedies for Injuries from Medical Malpractive and Mediation of Medical Disputes)", revision must be made so that the clause of clue and death by occupational or gross negligence is applied. Furthremore, it is suggested to supplement previously insufficient policies with the operation so that mediation procedures created by Establishment of Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency are stably settled in the perspective of medical institutions including the establishment of new conditions for medical institutions founders or health and medical service personnel to claim the proxy payment for damage.

Silica in primary system combines with an alkali grammatical particle metal and forms the zeolite layer which is hindering the heat transfer on the surface of the cladding. Zeolite layer becomes the cause of the damage in this way. The problems of the NPP's primary system have been issued steadily by EPRI. Through a series of experiments of the laboratory scale, we confirmed the applicability of NF membrane for silica removal, as silica rejection rate of NF membrane is about $60\;{\sim}\;70\%$ and boron rejection rate is about $10\;{\sim}\;20\%$. We accomplished a site experiment about four NF membranes manufactured by FilmTec and Osmonics Inc. In experiment using 400L of SFP water, when operation pressure is $10kg_{f}/cm^2$, we confirmed that the silica rejection rate of NF90-2540 manufactured by FilmTec Inc. is about $98\%$, boron rejection rate is about $43\%$. The silica rejection rate of NF270-2540 is about $38\%$, boron rejection rate is about $3.5\%$. Afterward, through additional experiments, such as long term characteristic experiments, we are going to design a optimum NF membrane system for silica removal.

Digital Textile Printing(DTP) is appropriate for quick response system(QRS) and is closely connected with high value added fashion industry. Fashion products of high price are mainly silk and cotton. For high quality DTP products, it is important to optimize the parameters of media, pre and after-treatment, ink, printer, etc. DTP for these two fiber materials is also accompanied certainly with steaming as after-treatment process for coloration. Role of steam is like water in exhaustion dyeing. Steam can diffuse dye or ink in printing paste to fiber. Quality of DTP products depend on after-treatment processes such as steaming, washing, drying. Current production amount of DTP is smaller than one of conventional textile printing. However conventional after-treatment system has been using so far. This is mismatched with DTP in terms of process efficiency, spot work of small lot, quality control. In this study, continuous after-treatment system has been suitably designed for DTP that washing and drying are available after steaming. So, It is possible to improve efficiency of DTP process. Especially, the effects of after-treatment process, such as temperature of heat drum, steaming time on printability, color difference, color fastness were examined. Two types of samples(cotton knit and silk fabrics) were used. The results were obtained as follows : First, there is no a wide difference between the K/S values of cotton and silk treated with continuous after-treatment system and those of sample treated with conventional printing after-treatment method. So it is more effective to use the continuous after-treatment system than conventional printing after-treatment system in case of the daily throughput of 1,000 yards below. Second, after continuous after-treatment for DTP, K/S values were increased and lightness($L^*$) values were decreased. ${\Delta}E$ values were below 2.3. Third, DTP samples treated with continuous after-treatment system were tested for fastness(washing, light, rubbing). Grades of fastness(washing, light, rubbing) were above 3 grade.
This study was carried out to understand the spatial distribution and conservation, restoration plan for vegetation in the Hwaeom wetland protected area. Total 29 phytosociological releves consisted of 117 plant species (unidentified species contained) was made during field studies conducted at 2008 and 2013 applying Braun-Branquet method. The collected vegetations were arranged 8 plant communities and thus divided hydric types (Drosera rotundifolia-Eleocharis congesta community, Carex forficula-Molinia japonica community) and xeric types (Miscanthus sinensis community, Rhododendron yedoense var. poukhanense community, Tripterygium regelii community, Carex gifuensis-Quercus mongolica community) under moisture conditions. The hydric types growing in hydric conditions distributed along hollowed out ground or the water channel that have a key qualification to protect. In the wetland protected area, the hydric vegetation types were mostly covered about 3.8% and the xeric types dominating by Miscanthus sinensis were most wildly distributed about 51.5%. Various woody plant species invaded the place. In 2008, invasion plants observed with total 14 species - 8 tree species (227 individual), 6 shrub species (51 individual) and alders (Aluns japonica) found in 2013. We suggested finding out that the sustainable conservation and management in Hwaeom wetland should be setting up plan focused on activity and variability such as continuous monitoring (changing vegetation types, spatial distribution, invasion plants) and zonation management (core zone, buffer zone, transition zone).
