  • 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트가 복잡, 대형화되어 프로젝트 품질이 매우 중요해짐에 따라 소프트웨어 개발 업체의 개발 능력 수준을 객관적으로 평가하기 위하여 CMM모형이 참조되고 있다. 소프트웨어 개발 업체들은 과다한 비용을 투자하며 CMM등급을 인증받기 위하여 노력하고 있으나 CMM 인증의 신뢰성에 대하여 문제가 제기되고 있는 상황에서 CMM등급 인증이 프로젝트 품질 성과에 차이를 나타내는지의 연구와 CMM등급 인증과 기업 문화의 적합이 프로젝트 성과에 차이를 나타내는지에 대하여 적합 구조 이론을 참조하여 연구하였다. 연구 결과, CMM인증 등급별로 해당 조직에서 수행한 프로젝트의 품질 성과에 유의한 차이가 존재하고, 특히 CMM인증과 기업 문화 수준이 적합되어질 때 프로젝트의 품질 성과에 유의한 차이가 있음이 밝혀졌다.

Performance Prediction Model for Public-Private Partnership Projects Considering Stakeholders' Profitability (참여자별 수익성을 고려한 민간투자사업 성과예측 모델)

  • The market of public-private partnership (PPP) projects has reduced from 9.4 trillion won in 2007 to 4.5 trillion won in 2012. However, the need of PPP projects is brought up by a massive down scale of government financial business. Previous studies regarding PPP projects mostly evaluate profitability from the financial perspective or analyze risk factors as a whole. Although PPP projects generally have complex structure involving diverse stakeholders, such as contractor, financial investor, and special purpose company (SPC) operators, existing studies have rarely considered the different viewpoints of PPP project stakeholders. Therefore, purpose of this study is to develop a structural equation model (SEM) considering the diverse stakeholders of PPP projects. To this end, the authors first reviewed the organizational structure of PPP projects. Next, the identification of the factors affecting project profitability are done via comprehensive literature reviews. After that, we conducted in-depth interviews and questionnaire surveys to reflect stakeholders' perspectives (contractors, financial investors, and SPC operators). As a result, a SEM model is developed to analyze direct and indirect effect on the PPP project performances. Finally, using the analysis results, relevant implications and directions for improvements are discussed. The prediction of the business performance of contractor, financial investor, and SPC operator is expect to be possible through the model developed and supports the strategy deduction that is appropriate for the participants.

  • As more than 80 percent of tasks within corporations are performed through information systems, they have become large in scale and complicated, which make the range of the system users diverse and specialized. and as recent corporate strategies focus on the real-time environment in businesses, the organizational structure within companies tend to show frequent changes. In order to ensure the business continuity in this environment, the most important aspect is to prevent incompleteness of business by narrowing the gap of understanding of business process between the system users and the maintenance managers. In order to address this problem, this study suggests a modeling method that utilizes business scenarios reflecting actual business rules and procedures which ultimately transforms the optimized and standardized form of business scenarios into the actual software maintenance activities. This modeling method improves reusability and usability through the repeated feedback mechanism for modified software by leading to gradual fine-grained process. The feasibility of this is to be proven by applying the modeling method to the real business environment.

  • 클라우드 시스템에서는 데이터 소유자가 아닌 클라우드 서비스 제공자가 각 개인의 데이터에 대한 저장과 관리를 책임진다. 따라서 클라우드 서버 상의 사용자 데이터에 대한 보안을 보장해 주는 것이 가장 중요한 이슈이다. 데이터 보안 문제는 안전하고 효율적인 접근제어 기술을 통해 해결 할 수 있다. 기존 시스템에서 많이 이용되고 있는 RBAC(Role based access control)은 접근제어의 형태가 주로 수직적이고, 데이터 접근가능 여부를 역할이라는 고정적인 값에 따라 결정하기 때문에 동적인 클라우드 환경에 적합하지 않다. 반면 HASBE(Hierarchical attribute set based encryption) 모델은 ABAC(Attribute based access control)를 통해 유연하고 탄력적인 접근제어를 제공한다. 또한 HASBE 는 인가자(Authority)와 사용자의 관계 모델이 계층적인 구조를 갖고 있기 때문에 큰 조직에서 수많은 사용자들의 데이터 관리와 키 분배를 좀더 효율적으로 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 위의 계층적인 모델에서 더 나아가서, 실제 클라우드 환경에서 데이터가 가질 수 있는 복잡한 속성과 인가자의 관계를 고려해 다중 인가자의 개념이 더해진 모델을 제안한다.

Tissue Failure of the Low-Profile lonescu-Shiley Pericardial Valve in Mitral Position (승모판에서의 단고형 이오네스큐판막의 조직실패)

  • The structural failure of the glutaraldehyde-treated xenograft valves has been the primary concern about the limited durability as predicted from the begimling of clinical use, and long-term follow-up has shown a significant incidence of primary tissue failure(PTF) from both biological and mechanical reasons. Twenty-seven patients with the low-profile lonescu-Shiley valves explanted from mitral position for PTF(Group III) were studied on the patient characteristics and valve pathology, and the results were compared with the matched observations of the Haycock(Group I) and of the standard-profile lonesiu-Shiley valves(Group II). Patients were aged 16 to 56 years(mean, 38.0$\pm$ 11.0 years), and the size of the failed mitral bioprosthesis was 30.8$\pm$ 1.3 mm. The hemodynamic consequences were stenosis in 29.6%, insufficiency in 44.4%, mixed steno-insufficiency in 14.8%, together with normal function for the rest of patients of prophylactic re-replacement. Pathology revealed calcification with or without tissue damage in 63.0% and tissue damage with or without calcification in 58.l%, in contrast with the observations of predominant tissue damage(76.8%) over calcification in Group I and of calcification(76.1%) over tissue damage in group II. Although dystrophic calcification has long and repeatedly dealt with patient's young age as a determinant of valve durability, such a characteristic evidence was not reached even in patients with calcified valves. Moreover, the prolonged explantation p riods from the studied on the previous report suggested strongly yet possibly evolving destructive processes among the valves in the remaining patients, and awaits further follow-up. In conclusion, PTF of the xenograft valves seems to result from more complicated biologic and metabolic reasons as well as more complex mecharical factors than the reported, and newer generation prostheses, with tissue preservation with glutaraldehyde, do not likely to provide decisive improvement in the occurrence of structural failurebioprostheses is generally limited to the highly aged.

  • 산업경제구조의 변화로 경험이 풍부한 전문가들이 은퇴하고 경험이 적은 직원들이 그들의 업무를 대신하는 구조로 조직이 변화하고 있다. 동시에 녹색성장시대의 도래로 화석연료를 사용하는 설비에 대한 투자가 줄면서 점차로 노후화되는 경향을 보이고 있어 불필요한 운전 과도현상에서 기인된 극단적인 손상은 설비자체 및 전력공급계통 전체에 치명적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 석탄화력발전소 제어 시스템은 이러한 사안들을 안정적으로 이끌어 나가기 위한 중요한 요소로 저비용 고효율 발전소 유지를 위해 중점적으로 발전시켜 나가야 할 부분이다. 본 논문은 석탄화력발전소의 주구성요소인 보일러와 터빈을 제어하는 마스터 제어기의 복잡한 로직을 모델 기반의 간단한 로직으로 개발하여 시뮬레이션 한 결과를 실제 발전소에 적용하기 위한 내용을 기술하였다. 실제 발전소는 많은 위험요소들을 안고 있기 때문에 시뮬레이션에서 나타나는 급격한 제어동작을 수용할 수 없을 경우도 있으며, 실제 다른 많은 변수들이 제어불안정 요소로 작용할 수 있다. 차후 실제 적용한 결과는 예측제어의 사용과 같은 제어시스템 향상을 위한 개발과 운영효율 향상에 사용될 것이다. 튜닝 과정에서의 연구결과는 시간절약과 제어부분 결함제거 등 직원들의 전문지식 향상 등에 도움을 주게 될 것이다.

Effect of Leadership Style of CEO on Self-leadership and Organizational Effectiveness (상사의 리더십 유형이 셀프리더십과 조직유효성에 미치는 영향)

  • This research recognizes the importance of the study on leadership for the management of enterprises. Among the financial institutes, the employees at the banks were targeted in this study to empirically analyze the effects of superiors' leadership (transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and servant leadership) on the subordinates' self-leadership and organizational effectiveness (organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior). In particular, this study analyzed the influencing relationship between the superior's leadership style and the subordinates' self-leadership, to identify the leadership style most suitable for enhancing the subordinates' self-leadership and to further determine if it can lead to the enhancement of organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The employees at approximately 50 branches of domestic large corporate banks located in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were targeted, and the survey was conducted in the form of self-response questionnaire. The statistical analysis was conducted on a total of 338 valid data by using structural equation modeling analysis. The result of the analysis was as follows. The transformational and servant leadership of the superior had a positive effect on the self-leadership of the subordinate, and transactional leadership did not show a significant effect. Furthermore, self-leadership was shown to have a positive effect on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior.

  • In spite of the size and complexity of software becomes large and complicated, the demand of rapid development, cost reduction, good productivity and good quality software is increasing in these days. Many methods were proposed for efficient software development such as various Case tools. Metrics, Process improvement model (CMM, SPICE, ISO9000) and etc. However, most of them we useful to manage the whole projects rather than an individual programming. In this paper, we introduced a system for quality assessment and complexity metrics for Java programs to assess the individual programmer's quality rather than team's quality. This system shows not only the metrics value for quality assessment but also the source code and the soucture of classes simultaneously.

  • MRI signals are significantly reduced by the magnetic field inhomogenity result from human body itself being consisted of various materials like air, fat, muscle, bone and blood vessels. In this study we used silicon which is tissue equivalent to compensate wound body shapes. Objects were eight adults who do not have any special symptoms. Feet were scanned because of their complicated structures and consequently signal reduction occurs a lot. Thirty images were acquired from the middle of arcus pedis longitudinalis including five distal phalanges parallel to the line connecting metatarsal bone and phalanges. SNR data from bones and soft tissues were compared before and after sticking silion between toes and paired t test was performed. It was came out that SNR data from bone and soft tissue were both significantly higher after applying silicon on both T1 and T2 weighted images and it was statistically meaningful having positive corelation. As a result, this study dramatically increases SNR without affecting object by increasing the object volume inside the surface coil.

A Survey of DEA Applications in Measuring the Efficiency Performance of Construction Organizations (비모수 분석방법에 의한 국내 건설조직 성과 측정 방향에 관한 연구 - DEA를 이용한 국내 연구 문헌 고찰을 기반으로 -)

  • Data envelopment analysis (DEA) measures the relative efficiency of decision making units (DMUs) with multiple performance factors that are grouped into outputs and inputs. DEA has proven to be superior to simple aggregation of performance measures, and is also useful for evaluating the performance of construction companies for comparison with competitor performance. The purpose of this study was to survey literatures on the application of DEA methodology and to propose a methodological scheme to measure the performance of construction organizations. Articles on previous studies were surveyed and examined as part of a comprehensive review. The survey revealed that the application of DEA in the construction industry was li mited. Further, the survey indicated that there is a need for the development of a methodological framework on the special goals and subjects of performance measurement, methods of data structure and collection, selection of appropriate DEA models, analysis of results, and post-test. Based on the survey, this study identified and discussed the types of major issues and topics for future studies from a methodological perspective, which could be helpful to researchers interested in using DEA to study performance issues in construction organizations.
