Specifically, hypotheses were established and a research model was established that behavior-focused strategies, natural reward strategies, and constructive thought pattern strategies have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, self-efficacy among these variables. In order to analyze this, 239 copies of survey data were collected from general domestic companies and analyzed through SPSS 25.0. The mediating analysis was conducted in the manner proposed by Baron & Kenny(1986). As a result, among the sub-factors of self-leadership, behavior-focused strategies and natural reward strategies had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, but constructive thought pattern strategies had no causal relationship with organizational commitment. In addition, in the relationship between these variables, self-efficacy showed a partial mediating effect. On the other hand, in the relationship between self-leadership and job satisfaction, only the natural reward strategies among the sub-factors of self-leadership showed a significant positive (+) effect, and behavior-focused strategies and constructive thought pattern strategies showed no causal relationship. Among these variables, self-efficacy was found to show partial mediation. Details and implications of the analysis results were dealt with in the conclusions and discussions of the study.

  • This study was conducted to clarify the mediating effects of self-efficacy and organizational commitment on the level of depression associated with emotional labor and occupational stress of call center representatives. The survey subjects were 486 representatives working in four call centers in D city. Data collection was conducted using structured, self-addressed questionnaires from January 5th to 25th, 2017. The results showed that the depression level of the representatives was significantly higher in the emotional labor and occupational stress groups and higher in the low self-efficacy and organizational commitment groups. The correlations between variables revealed a positive correlation between depression, emotional labor, and occupational stress, but a negative correlation between self-efficacy and organizational commitment. Path model analysis revealed that emotional labor and occupational stress had positive effects on depression, while self-efficacy and organizational commitment was negatively influenced. In addition, self-efficacy and organizational commitment had a mediating effect on emotional labor and depression, while organizational commitment had a mediating effect on occupational stress and depression. Therefore, to reduce the depression level of call center representatives, it is necessary to reduce the emotional labor and occupational stress factors, as well as to have a mental health mediation plan to increase self-efficacy and organizational commitment.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the best structural model among CEO's entrepreneurship(innovation proactiveness and risk-taking) in small and medium enterprises, group goal orientation(learning and performance goal orientation) and collective efficacy of employees. The result of verifying the best structural model is as follows. First. it indicated that innovation proactiveness of CEO's entrepreneurship positively affected group learning goal orientation and group performance goal orientation of employees while it did not affect risk-taking. Second, it indicated that group learning goal orientation and group performance goal orientation of employees positively affected collective efficacy. Third, it indicated that CEO's innovation proactiveness positively affected collective efficacy through group goal orientation of employees(learning and performance goal orientation). In this study, we targed 162 CEOs and 486 employees in small and medium enterprises located in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Jeju and applied the reponses of employees to 162 enterprises by using the average value measured in three divisions of each enterprise. We conducted a survey as a study method and conducted covariance structure analysis to verify the study model. Implications of the research are as below. First, we provided academic discussions by expanding the study category of goal orientation with an individual level into a group level. Second, we expanded the study category with individual goal orientation and collective efficacy into group goal orientation. Third, we suggested the possibility of another mechanism's effect between entrepreneurship and collective efficacy.

  • The purpose of this study was to provide hotel bakery organizations with useful information for human resources management based on a substantial clarification of the relationship and correlation of hotel bakery employees' self-leadership, self-efficacy, and organizational commitment. Resources were gathered from June 20, 2015 to July 10, 2015 by distributing a total of 500 surveys, from which 377 were collected. Excluding 23 survey forms not suitable for the analysis, 354 survyes were processed through factor analysis, reliability test, and multivariant structural analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 to verify the hypotheses. The findings of the analysis can be summarized as follows: first, behavior-centered strategies, natural compensation, and constructive thinking strategies had a significantly positive impact on self-efficacy. Second, in the analysis of impact of self-efficacy on organizational commitment, it was significant for emotional immersion, but did not have a significantly positive impact on normative immersion. Third, in the relationship between self-leadership and organizational commitment, behavior-centered strategies and natural compensation did not have a significant impact on emotional immersion. However, constructive thinking strategies had a significant impact. The following implications can be derived based on the above findings: this study implies the possibility of future studies on the variables of self-efficacy as it set behavior-centered strategies, natural compensation, and constructive thinking strategies as the preliminary factors under hotel bakery employees' self-leadership; and it analyzed the causality of each factor with emotional immersion and normative immersion as the subordinate factors of self-efficacy and organizational commitment to show that self-leadership and self-efficacy of hotel bakery employees based on emotional immersion and normative immersion can stably improve the organization of hotel bakeries.

  • This study was performed to analyse aroma patterns of Nagaimo, Ichoimo and Tsukuneimo by the electronic nose with 32 conducting polymer sensors. Response by the electronic nose was analysed by the principal component analysis(PCA). Sensory evaluation also for organoleptic taste and odor of Nagaimo, Ichoimo and Tsukuneimo was performed. Nagaimo was very crunchy and sweet. Tsukuneimo was roasted nutty, hard, viscid taste and sticky. Ichoimo had intensive unique yam flavor and moderate hardness between Nagaimo and Ichoimo. Intensity of Ichoimo for unique yam flavor by the electronic nose was the strongest. The quality factor(QF) of PCA for normalized pattern by thirty two sensors showed less than 2, and so aroma pattern of three yam cultivars had no difference. But when the PCA was performed for normalized pattern by eight selected sensitive sensors, the QF for Nagaimo and Tsukuneimo is 2.057. Thus aroma pattern between Nagaimo and Tsukuneimo could be distinguished.
