This empirical study is to investigate the influence of MMORPG player's social as well as individual characteristics on the emergent party play. First, we have tested our research model by surveying 231 active players of Lineage 2. The results demonstrate that both the personal values, such as self-efficacy and job satisfaction, and also the organizational values, such as task interdependence and trust, have significant influences on the organizational citizenship behaviors among the party players. This study suggests both theoretical and practical implications on how to encourage gamers' altruistic concern and organizational adaptation in MMORPG.
Since the Korean retail industry was made accessible to the big conglomerates and foreign retail companies, local traditional markets have faced serious problems. To sustain the local traditional markets' survival, the Korean government established various remedial policies for addressing, and many scholars published articles to suggest how to find solutions to, the problem. Unfortunately, the results have not been satisfactory. The purpose of this study is to find another way to help the Korean traditional retail market, from the view point of the Green Growth Policy, an initiative designed to address environmentally balanced economic growth in Korea. In order to survive and to maintain sustainable growth, it is incumbent upon retailers in the traditional market to understand the concept of the Green Growth Policy. A survey was conducted as a means of testing the degree of awareness of the Green Growth Policy, as well as determining the relationship between the degree of awareness and the degree of organizational commitment by the retailers in the local traditional markets. Interestingly, we were able to detect some of the features (e.g., they were distinguished by the elderly and the young, as well as low level of education and high level of education) in the traditional market retailers' demographic characteristics. We utilized the analysis of variance (ANOVA) statistical method to simultaneously compare the differences in retailers' demographic characteristics; the results were as follows: Overall, the results showed that the awareness of the Green Growth Policy, the degree of trust in the government's policy, levels of self-efficacy, and levels of organizational commitment were higher with the older traditional market retailers than the younger traditional market retailers. Specifically, the degree of trust in government policies (F=9.964,p < .05), levels of self-efficacy (F=5.532,p < .05), and levels of organizational commitment (F=5.697,p < .05) were statistically significant. Moreover, in the portion of the study that addressed the difference between education levels, all the variables were averaged in the higher education category of the traditional market retailers. Specifically, awareness levels of the Green Growth Policy (F=8.564,p < .005) and levels of self-efficacy (F=6.754,p < .005) were statistically significant. These results revealed that the traditional market retailers' demographic characteristics should be considered important factors in order to realize their policy. The results of the study showed the following: 1) The degree of awareness of the government's Green Growth Policy was statistically significant as it related to traditional market retailers' organizational commitment. 2) The degree of trust of the government's policy was significantly moderated between the awareness of the government's Green Growth Policy and the traditional market retailers' organizational commitment. This result demonstrates that the traditional market retailers' awareness of the government's Green Growth Policy will show more organizational commitment with higher levels of trust of the government's policy. 3) It also revealed that traditional market retailers' self-efficacy was fully mediated between the awareness of the Green Growth Policy of the government and traditional market retailers' organizational commitment. The results suggest that the government should show an interest in showing traditional market retailers how to enhance their traditional markets. Implications and future research directions are also discussed.
This paper aims to confirm the effect of self-control and organization-control on information security attitude. The research method is composed of a cross-design of locus of control and tightness culture. The measurement variables used in the assessment are information security actual attitude, compliace behavioral attitude, and information security efficacy. As a result, the locus of control had a significant effect on information security actual attitude, information security efficacy, information security efficacy, and it was found that influence of the internal-based condition was greater than the external-based condition. The tightness culture had a significant effect on compliace behavioral attitude, information security efficacy, and it was found that influence of the tight culture-based condition was greater than the loose culture-based condition. In addition, the discussion contatins the implications of information security direction that reflect these research results.
This study aims to figure out the effects of dental hygienists' professionalism and self-efficacy on job satisfaction using structural equations. This research conducted a survey to 616 study subjects. According to the analysis using SPSSWIN 18.0 and AMOS 20, the results are as follows : 1. It was shown that the dental hygienists' professionalism gained 3.34 points, self-efficacy was 3.76 points, and job satisfaction received 3.36 points. 2. It was found that as their age was higher, educational degree was higher, they were married, and working experience was more, their professionalism, self-efficacy, and job satisfaction were higher, which showed statistically significant difference. 3. Regarding the study model, there was positive effect as the correlation coefficient of professionalism and self efficacy was .69, that of professionalism and job satisfaction was .33, that of self-efficacy and job satisfaction was .59. In other words, there was correlation between professionalism and self-efficacy. When self-efficacy was higher than professionalism, job satisfaction also increased. Job satisfaction is affected by various environments within an organization and each individual's internal factors. The reason why job satisfaction is important is that along with the medical service quality and productivity, it is also associated with dental hygienists' individual life quality. In order to cope with this changeful time, it is needed for an organization to make efforts for change to enhance dental hygienists' job satisfaction, and also it is necessary to make endeavors so that dental hygienists can have confidence in their job and their professionalism and self-efficacy can be improved.

This Study is to Analyze the Positive Psychological Capital(self-efficacy, optimism, hope, resilience) on the Organizational Identification and the Loafing Behaviors with Job Satisfaction as a Mediator. By doing this, it is also to Comprehensively Understand how Positive Psychological Capital Affects the Organizational Identification and the Loafing Behaviors. An Empirical Analysis has been Conducted through the Covariance Structural Equation Model Targeting the Financial Industry in Busan. The Results of this Empirical Analysis are as Follows. Firstly, Self-Efficacy, Optimism, hope, and Resilience Among the Positive Psychological Capitals are Found to have a Positive(+) Significant Effect on Job Satisfaction, of Which hope is Found to have the Greatest Effect on it. On the other Hand, Optimism is Found not to have a Significant Effect on Job Satisfaction. Secondly, job Satisfaction is Found to have a Positive(+) Significant on the Organizational Identification. Thirdly, job Satisfaction is found to have a negative(-) significant on the loafing behaviors. Fourthly, the results of investigating the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relation of positive psychological capital, organizational identification, and loafing behaviors show that all have a mediating effect except for the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relation of hope and loafing behaviors. Finally, the summary, suggestions, limit, and the direction for future researches are presented.
Due to the recent transition to a non-face-to-face society, many organizations are quickly adapting to foster a smart work environment. The introduction of smart work does not simply end with incorporating ICT systems or solutions into business models since fundamental factors such as forms of employment and work styles need to be in line with the progression of technological advances. However, previous studies regarding smart work focus on improvements in productivity and efficiency from a technology acceptance perspective. Therefore, there is a lack of discussion on innovation resistance from employees and management control when ICT systems are introduced into the workplace. This study empirically analyzes the moderating effects of the organizational control method for employees and innovation resistance within a smart work environment. Additionally, this study aims to identify the structural characteristics that employees resist from an innovation resistance perspective when organizational innovation occurs. The empirical analysis of this study suggests that when smart work such as ICT technology is introduced into the workplace the level of innovation resistance decreases when there is a high level of relative advantage and self-efficacy, whereas the level of innovation resistance increases when there is a high level of use complexity. Moreover, this study revealed that the level of innovation resistance increases when the employees' behaviors were controlled. The results of this study intend to contribute to improving business management by suggesting factors worth considering when incorporating smart work into work places through a thorough case analysis.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between factors affecting the quality of life (QOL) of call center representatives by applying the PRECEDE model to structural equation modeling. The subjects of the survey were 695 consultants engaged in inbound work at four call centers in D metropolitan city. Data collection was conducted using structured, self-administered questionnaires from November 15th to December 5th, 2016. The results of this study show that the QOL of the reps was significantly negatively correlated with mental health and emotional labor but significantly positively correlated with work environment, self-efficacy, organizational support, and organizational commitment. The results of structural model analysis show that mental health had a negative influence on QOL, whereas work environment and self-efficacy had a positive influence. In addition, emotional labor had a negative effect on mental health, but organizational commitment and work environment had lowered emotional labor level. In addition, organizational support had enhanced employee self-efficacy and organizational commitment, and organizational commitment had mitigated emotional labor. Therefore, it is necessary to implement a health promotion program to improve the QOL of call center reps.
Press ham were manufactured to investigate the effects of ginseng powder on quality characteristics of press ham. Each treatments added pork loin basis with ginseng powder(0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and $2.0\%$) were stored until 28 days at $4^{\circ}C$. The changes in physico-chemical properties, texture and chemical composition of each treatments were measured during 1, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days at $4^{\circ}C$. There was a not significantly difference in chemical composition between control and ginseng treatment groups. pH value of ginseng treatment groups were decreased significantly than those of control(p<0.05). pH of control and ginseng treatments were increased significantly as the storage period passed(p<0.05). Meat color(CIE $L^{\ast},\;b^{\ast}$) of ginseng treatment groups were increased significantly than that of control(p<0.05). Meat color(CIE $a^{\ast}$) of ginseng treatment groups were decreased significantly than those of control(p<0.05). It was not clearly changed by the passage of storage time. There was a not significantly difference in texture between control and ginseng treatment groups. It was not clearly changed by the passage of storage time. Summing up the a forementioned result, press ham manufacturing with ginseng powder was not affected in physico-chemical properties and texture characteristics. Also, it may be assumed that the high quality press ham can be manufactured with saponin accumulation.
This study investigated the processing characteristics of soybean (HaePum) sprouts based on temperature (5, 15 and room temperature), period (0, 6 and 12 mon) and relative humidity (20, 40, 60, and 80%) during storage. The initial germination rate of soybean sprouts was 76.02±6.32%, which significantly reduced to 57.18±8.51%, and 0% as the storage temperature of soybean increased for a period of 12 mon. The germination rate of soybean sprouts with 30 ℃ and 80% RH decreased after 4 mon of storage to 4.94%. The yellowness of cotyledon of soybean sprouts was not significantly changed during the 12 mon period of storage at 5 ℃, whereas, soybean sprouts stored at 15 ℃ and room temperature demonstrated decreased yellowness. However, the stress of cotyledon decreased with an increase in both storage temperature and time, and the hardness of hypocotyl decreased with an increase of storage time. The stress of cotyledon affected by high temperature (30 ℃) and humidity (80%) during 4 mon was reduced to 44.39±9.38 g/㎟. The asparagine content of soybean sprouts showed a similar result with the germination rate due to the amount of hypocotyl. Therefore, lower temperatures and shorter storage times are suitable for soybean sprout processing. The first order kinetic model and Arrhenius equation (activation energy =29.56 kJ/mol) were able to predict the yield of sprout at various storage temperatures and periods.

The purpose of this study was optimization of the conditions for mixing different amounts of red radish (Raphanus sativus L.) sprout powder, butter, and sugar when baking domestic wheat cookies prepared using red radish sprout powder. Response surface methodology, with a central composite design comprising 5 levels and 3 variables, was used to identify the best possible combination of amounts of red radish sprout powder ($X_1$), butter ($X_2$), and sugar ($X_3$). The physical and mechanical properties of each of the 20 samples analyzed, including color L (p<0.001), color a (p<0.01), color b (p<0.001), spread ratio (p<0.001), and hardness (p<0.01), differed significantly. The results of sensory evaluations, including color (p<0.001), appearance (p<0.001), texture (p<0.001), flavor (p<0.01), taste (p<0.001), and overall quality (p<0.001) also differed significantly among the samples. The optimal compositional ratios were 5.15 g for the red radish sprout powder, 64.84 g for the butter, and 47.18 g for the sugar.
