현대 전투기 조종실 계기 및 조작기의 기술 현황 및 발전추세

  • 대부분의 현대 항공기 조종실은 유사한 형태인 HUD, 2개 이상의 MFD, UFC, HOTAS 등으로 구성된다. 앞에서 언급한 바와 같이 최근에는 전투기에도 HMD와 DVI(Direct Voice Input)를 적용하고 있다. 미래의 조종실은 빠르게 발전하고 있는 평면 시현 기술로 인해 HDD는 2010년대에는 15 X 20인치 크기까지 지원이 가능할 것으로 예상되며 HUD가 없어지고 높은 해상도가 넓은 시계영역을 가진 HMD가 없어지고 높은 해상도와 넓은 시계영역을 가진 HMD로 다중 운용(Joing Service Operability) 및 다중 임무 수행이 가능한 조종실이 될 것이며 2025년대에는 레이저 운용에 적합한 조종실로 변화되어 캐노피가 없는 조종실(Windowless Codkpit) 또는 불투명 HMD를 사용한 설계개념으로 발전할 것이다.

  • The work of VLCC SPM mainly is accomplished on the open sea. On the open sea as a result of meteorological condition and the ocean wave influence, When the weather condition is get bed, peremptorily moving to the safety place, bemuse of the gale and the billow, almost happened frequently, the pilot is unable to go on board and the tug is also unable to be used Now bemuse of the bad weather the VLCC SPM moving to the other safety place frequently happened in the ulsan port. the construction of new harbor, it constructed many break water around SPM. So that it is necessary to propose the new standard about how to maneuvering area actually. Now our country is at the blank stage about the establishment of SPM research Most of the situations refer to overseas standards. But these standards lack consistency and clarity. So when moving to the another safe place from SPM, we must Carry through the research and study on the ships using sailing through AIS Data We must put forward a new standard about maneuvering area of ships moving at SPM.

  • The ship's maneuverability is the important factor to avoid ship's collisions. The ship's maneuverability is usually measured in a deep water, and the turning ability is decreased and the course stability is improved in a shallow water. The variation of the turning ability could cause the risk of collision. In this paper, we proposes application technique of Variable Safe-Guard Ring to consider the shallow water effect and to be simple to estimate the grade of collision risk simultaneously. Through the mathematical simulation, the availability of new method was varified. Therefore this method is expected enough to support a maneuver for collision avoidance.

  • 조종실은 항공기-조종사 시스템에서 항공기와 조종사간의 긴밀한 상호작용이 이루어지는 유일한 공유영역으로서, 조종사의 인간성능 특성과 조종업무 특성의 체 계적 반영이 요구되어 진다. 인간공학적으로 설계된 조종실은 조종 편이성, 운용성 및 비행 안정성의 향상을 가져올 수 있다. 항공산업 육성의 초기 단계에 있는 국내 에서는 항공기 장비성능 개발 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 조종실에 대한 인간 공학적 분석 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 조종사의 인간요소특성에 적합한 조종실 공 간을 체계적으로 설계하기 위하여, -조종실 공간 설계요소의 체계적 추출 및 계층적 구조 설정 -공간 설계에 적용될 인체측정요소의 정의 및 계층적 구조 설정, -설계요 소의 특성 파악을 위한 설계요소간 연관관계 분석, -설계요소와 인간요소간의 연관 관계 분석, -기존 전투기, 훈련기의 설계 제원 현황 및 설계지침 파악, -한국인 인체 측정자료의 Data Base화, -인간공학적인 조종실 공간 설계제원 분석을 수행하였다. 조종실 공간 설계요소로는 143 항목이 정의 되었으며, 설계요소들 간의 연관관계 Matrix 분석을 통하여 선행/병행/후행 설계요소 및 설계요소의 중요도가 파악되었다. 조종실 공간 설계에 적용될 인간 측정요소로는 133개 항목이 정의 되었으며, 설계요소 와 인간요소간의 연관관계 분석을 통하여 설계요소별로 고려되어질 인간요소를 분석 하였다. 또한 설계요소와 관련된 다른 설계요소, 인간요소 및 인체측정치, 설계지침을 종합적으로 적용함으로써 인간공학적인 조종실 공간 설계제원을 제시하였다.

  • 해상물류는 대형 선박일수록 톤당 수송비가 절감되므로 선박의 대형화 트렌드는 불가피한 반면 기존 항구의 항로와 부두의 확장은 현실적으로 어려울 뿐만 아니라 출입항 선박의 수가 증가하여 항로와 항내 조종구역이 상대적으로 좁아지는 효과가 빠르게 진행되고 있다. 선박의 항내조종 안전을 위한 연구가 필요한 바 선박조종의 현장경험을 정리한 비교지침을 가지는 것이 합리적이다. 항행중인 전후 선박간의 합리적인 안전거리, 부두 설계기준 초과선박의 접안시 운동량의 안전범위와 감소방안, 적정예선과 예선의 효과적인 사용방안, 부두앞 조종박지에서 선회권의 축소방안, 극저속에서의 조종성 확보방안, 안전한 자연감속의 범위와 급감속 방안, 비상시의 안전대책을 정리하고 다른 현장조선의 실무에 비교지침이 되고자 함이 본 연구의 목적이다.

A Study on the Improvement of Pitch Autopilot Flight Control Law (세로축 자동조종 비행제어법칙 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The supersonic advanced trainer based on digital flight-by-wire flight control system uses aircraft flight information such as altitude, calibrated airspeed and angle of attack to calculate flight control law, and this information is measured by IMFP(Integrated Multi-Function Probe) equipment. The information has triplex structure using three IMFP sensors. Final value of informations is selected by mid-value selection logic to have more flight data reliability. As the result of supersonic flight test, pitch oscillation is occurred due to IMFP noise when altitude hold autopilot mode is engaged. This tendency may affect stability and handling quality of an aircraft during autopilot mode. This paper addresses autopilot control law design to remove pitch oscillation and these control laws are verified by non-real time simulation and flight test. Also, pitch response characteristics of pitch attitude hold autopilot mode is improved by upgrading the control law structure and feedback gain tuning during bank turn.

Development of the Maintenance Process Based on Graphic Simulation for the Parts of the Equipment at the outside of the MSM′s Workspace in a Hot Cell (그래픽 전산모사를 이용한 핫셀 사각지역 내 장치부품 유지보수공정 개발)

  • In this study, the maintenance process by the servo manipulator has been developed for the parts of the equipment, which we unable to reach out by the Master-Slave Manipulator(MSM) in a hot cell. To do this, a virtual mock-up is implemented using the iか prototyping technology. Using this mock-up, the workspace of the manipulators in the hot cell and the operator's view through the wall-mounted lead glass have been analyzed. In addition, the path planning of the servo manipulator using the collision detection function of the virtual mock-up has been established. From these, the maintenance process for the parts of the equipment, which are located at the outside of the MSM's workspace using the servo manipulator has been proposed and verified through the graphic simulation. It is revealed that the proposed remote maintenance process of the equipment can effectively be used in the real hot cell operation. It is also believed that the implemented virtual mock-up of the hot cell can effectively be applied in analyzing the various hot cell operation and enhancing the reliability and safety in a hot cell remote handling for the spent fuel management.

  • From a point of view of suggesting the method to avoid ship's collision, the speed of ships has to be considered sufficiently according to encounter angle of ships. But the new safe-guard ring of ship's collision avoidance support model in the close quarters is established assuming that the ratio of own ship' speed to a target ship's speed is less than about 1.7. Therefore in this paper, as doing a study concerned with the establishment of safe-guard ring reflected the encounter angle and the speed of ships, we will propose the new model of ship collision avoidance for safe maneuver of ship's collision avoidance.

  • Due to the development of drones, drone missions are performed in various fields, and BVLOS (Beyond Visual Line Of Sight) flight is performed in a wide area. Most drones operate through radio frequency (RF) communication and can only fly in a limited radius of about 1-2 km. To overcome this, in this paper, we propose a multi-communication protocol-based drone control system to control drones performing missions in BVLOS using RF and LTE (Long Term Evolution). The proposed system consists of a control unit and a drone unit. The control unit transmits one control signal generated from the remote controller through RF and LTE. The drone unit classifies the control signal transmitted through RF and LTE according to the priority of the communication protocol and delivers it to the FC (Flight Controller). Through the proposed control system, it is possible to overcome the RF communication distance limit and prevent the communication disconnection situation.
