천연가스 공급설비 중 하나인 가스히터의 온도제어 특성을 파악하고 온도제어 성능을 개선하기 위해 모의실험장치를 구성하여 가스히터에 적합한 시스템 인식 및 제어기 조율관계식을 결정하였다. 또한 모의실험결과를 가스히터에 적용하여 전달함수 및 제어값을 결정하였으며 운전결과 양호한 응답특성을 얻었다. 경제성 분석을 통해 비례운전 방법이 단속운전 방법보다 약 15%의 연료절감 효과가 있음을 확인하였다.

컴퓨터 시뮬레이션과 건물의 센서를 접목한 센서연동 화재모델을 개발하였다. 화재 발생 시 건물 내 상태를 센서로 측정하며 이는 실시간으로 화재모델에 주입이 된다. 모델이 도출하는 시나리오와 센서 측정값을 비교분석하여 모델의 입력 변수를 조율하며 궁극적으로 모델이 실제 화재와 유사한 시나리오를 도출할 수 있도록 한다. 실제 규모의 화재 실험을 실시하였고, 센서연동 화재모델이 화재의 시작위치와 건물 내 출입문의 개폐 상태를 추정할 수 있음을 보였다.

민간자율규제와 정부개입의 최소화의 조율은 업계의 자율규제를 기본으로 하여 정부의 법 정책적인 보호 및 규제를 병행하여 해결하는 것이 바람직할 것이다. 특히, 소비자 보호 및 개인정보보호에 관해서는 업계의 충실한 자율규제를 촉구하고, 정부의 개입이 불가피하다면, 보다 명확하고 구체적인 조건과 범위 내에서만 허용되어야 할 것이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 전자상거래 관련 국제규범 형성의 전망을 중심으로 국내 전자상거래 규범 형성과정에 있어서 정부의 대응방안을 제시하였다.

환경관리제도를 통해 산업계 전반의 환경관리 수준을 향상시키기기 위한 노력이 필요하며 이를 위해서는 산업계가 스스로 현실에 적합한 기준을 설정 준수할 수 있도록 자율적 환경관리 틀을 마련해야 하며, 기존의 지도점검 차원이 아닌 상호 협력 차원의 접근이 필요할 것이다. 선진 유럽국가와 같이 배출허가와 관련된 사항을 산업계와 조율하고 허가절차가 탄력적으로 운영함으로써 산업별/기업별 특성을 고려한 규제구조의 유연성을 확보할 필요가 있다.

게임 진행모듈이란 개별 엔진을 유기적으로 통합하고, 각종 데이터를 효율적으로 관리하며, 기획을 충실히 반영해 콘텐츠를 개발하는 데에 필요한 모듈을 말한다. 렌더링 엔진, 애니메이션 엔진 등 개별 엔진과 기획서가 충실히 준비됐다고 하더라도 그것을 이용해 성공적인 게임 콘텐츠를 만들기 위해서는 많은 추가 작업이 필요하다. 이것을 요리에 비유하면 바로 이전까지는 요리를 만들 재료만 준비된 것이라고 볼 수 있다. 이 재료들을 알맞게 배합하고, 순서에 따라 조리를 한 다음 보기 좋게 식탁에 배치해야 하는 일이 지금부터 해야 할일이다. 이런 일을 하는 것이 게임 진행 모듈이다. 이번 호에서는 게임 진행 모듈을 엔진의 통합과 게임 객체의 관리로 나누어서 설명하겠다.

호스트나 네트워크에 여러 개의 탐지 센서가 설치된 경우, 각 탐지센서들은 고유의 탐지영 역과 타 센서들과의 중첩되는 탐지영역에 대한 각각의 탐지정도를 결합하여 각 센서의 최종 결과값으로 제시한다. 이러한 경우 여러 센서들이 동일한 판정의 결과를 제시하지 않고 판정이 모호한 결과를 갖는 경우 각 탐지센서 판정결과의 조율은 불가피하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 다중 탐지센서들의 모호한 판정 간들에 대해서 퍼지제어를 이용한 통합된 형태의 탐지 판정간을 추론하는 방법을 제안한다.

A wavelet Electrocardiogram(ECG) detector and its analog-to-digital converter(ADC) for low-power implantable cardiac pacemakers are presented in this paper. The proposed wavelet-based ECG detector consists of a wavelet decomposer with wavelet filter banks, a QRS complex detector of hypothesis testing with wavelet-demodulated ECG signals, and a noise detector with zero-crossing points. To achieve high-detection performance with low-power consumption, the multi-scaled product algorithm and soft-threshold algorithm are efficiently exploited. To further reduce the power dissipation, a low-power ADC, which is based on a Successive Approximation Register(SAR) architecture with an on/off-time controlled comparator and passive sample and hold, is also presented. Our algorithmic and architectural level approaches are implemented and fabricated in standard $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS technology. The testchip shows a good detection accuracy of 99.32% and very low-power consumption of $19.02{\mu}W$ with 3-V supply voltage.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the level of knowledge and learning needs of patients with a permanent pacemaker implantation. Methods: The participants were 86 patients with a permanent pacemaker implantation. Data were collected during April and May 2002 using a questionnaire survey on knowledge and level of learning need. The collected data were analyzed using the SAS program. Results: 1. The average knowledge score was 13.21. The knowledge level was significantly higher in participants under 50 years of age and for those with higher levels of education. The items with the highest knowledge score was 'permanent pacemaker needs regular check ups' and the lowest, 'a bath can be taken 1 month after stitches are removed'. 2. The total average score for learning needs was 60.78 and the mean item score was 3.04 as measured on a 4-point Likert scale. The item showing the highest learning need was 'electrical fields can affect the pacemaker's function and the lowest learning need was for sexual activity after permanent pacemaker implantation'. Conclusion: According to the above findings, it can be concluded that an intensive nursing education program should be developed for patients with a permanent pacemaker especially for those patients over 50 years of age and those with lower levels of education.

In the analyzed cardiac CT algorithm applied when comparing the MAR self-made metal artifact reduction in pacemaker inserted phantom degree. Result of comparing the energy value by CT showed a decrease in the CT value in the case of BKG 40 KeV in WSA maximum decreased to 663.2% in the case of 140 KeV BHA were increased a maximum of 56.2%. In addition, the maximum was decreased by approximately 145% based on a 70 KeV artifacts in CT value comparison by type WSA, BHA was to increase up to approximately 46.38%. MAR Algorithm is believed to provide a more quality cardiac CT image if the energy changes, or have the effect that by type and irrespective of reduced metal artifacts occurrence of artifacts applied to the pacemaker when tracking a heart CT scan after inserting MAR algorithm.
