The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of virtual reality distraction on pain and anxiety in children during local anesthesia. Local anesthesia was administered to 3 groups: a control group without distraction, a group watching TV, and a group using a virtual reality device. The pulse rate and oxygen saturation rate were measured before and at the time of local anesthesia to assess the patients' pain and anxiety, and the Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale was completed after local anesthesia. The group using the virtual reality device had a significantly lower heart rate change and lower Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale score than those in the control group and the group watching TV (p < 0.05). The greatest difference in heart rate change and Wong-Baker Faces Pain Rating Scale score, between the control and virtual reality distraction groups, was seen in 5 - 7-year-olds and a Frankl's behavior rating scale grade of 3. The virtual reality device alleviated pain and reduced anxiety in children during local anesthesia.

본 연구는 조선조로부터 오늘에 이르는 혼례의 변천을 문헌을 통해 고찰하여, 그 특징을논의하고, 이를 토대로 바람직한 전통혼례의 창조적인 방안을 모색하고자 하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 혼례에 관한 선행연구와 문헌자료들을 고찰하고 내용을 분석하는 방법을 취하였다. 특히 조선조는 우리의 전통혼례규범이 점차 형성되던 시기이므로 전통혼례의 창조적인 계승방안을 위한 본 연구 논문의 목적을 달성하기 위해 그 시기 이후로부터의 변천과정을 살펴보기로 범위를 제하하였다. 전통혼례의 창조적.계승방안으로는 첫째, 전통혼례의 의미 와 절차에 대한 올바른 인식이 요구되며, 그를 위한 지속적인 교육이기대된다. 둘째는 혼례시 물질주의와 배금주의 사상의 팽배로 인한 허례허식과 지나친 상업주의와의 결합에 의한 반사회적물이성적 의례가 되지 않도록 해야할 것이다. 세째는, 전통혼례에 대한 민족적 자긍심 을 갖도록 해야할 것이라는 점이다.

중소형조선업은 선박의 역사와 궤를 같이 하는 조선산업의 뿌리이다. 이러한 중소조선업은 산업혁명을 기점으로 증기기관이 출현하고 뒤이어 제강, 용접기술 등의 기술이 발전함에 따라 선박의 규모가 점차로 대형화하고, 또한 자본주의의 성장과 국제무역이 증가함에 따라 신조 선박건조가 세계 단일의 시장으로 형성되면서 대형조선업과 나누어지게 되어 이전과는 다른 별개의 의미를 가지게 되었다. 오늘날 중소조선업이라 함은 일의적으로 정의할 수는 없으나 내수시장을 중심으로 국민의 생명과 재산, 생업과 삶의 질 등과 직결되는 선박을 건조하는 산업으로 대변할 수 있다. 한편, 막강한 자본력을 배경으로 한 대형선박과 대형조선소의 출현은 중소조선 기술인력의 대기업 이동과 함께 중소조선업은 설비낙후와 기술 경쟁력 상실로 쇠퇴일로를 걷게 되었다.(중략)

The concept of 'utopia' in Korea was formed in the early 20th century. 'There isn't in this world but good world' could be found using science and it was an ideal place for science to realize in the 1900s of Korea. Utopia was emphasized as an ideal world of fantasy in the 1920s. It was an ideological world wherein socialism was realized by a purposeful science. Utopia, conversely, was the history of scientific socialism defined as past example of communism that could not be implemented but was fancied. There were works suggesting that it was a dark dystopia such as Society after 800,000 years written by H.G. Wells or Artificial Worker by Young-hee Pak, but there were implied at the will of utopia.

우리의 전래 민속주는 중국 둥과 같이 곡류 위주의 양조방식으로 발달하여 고대에는 그 기술이 일본 등에 전수될 정도로 선도하였으나, 조선말을 전후한 역사적인 시련기 속에서 별다른 개발을 보지 못한 가운데 서구적인 문명의 영향을 받아들이게 되면서 민속고유주의 개발 내지 재현보다는 서구적인 양조방식 혹은 외래주류의 모방 및 개발에 역점이 주어지고, 원료면에서 식량자원의 제한에 따라 많은 제약을 받아오면서부터 그 쇠퇴일로를 거듭하였다. 따라서 우리의 전통 민속주류의 올바른 복원과 현실화를 위한 체계적인 연구가 우선 중요한 과제로 대두되고 있다.(중략)

The purpose of this study is to highlight nationalistic characteristics of private school's military gymnastic education in early modern Korea. so deal with the process of Military Gymnastics between 1895, when modern public school in Korea was first established, and 1910, when Korea was deprived of its sovereignty by japan. The following conclusions have been drawn from the study. The main idea of military style-gymnastics came from the consciousness of crisis caused by threat of the Japanese aggression. At that time, Korean realized the importance of physical education by this crisis consciousness. And Korean people was interested in physical education that they could not think of in traditional education. This Gymnastic class was much more like military training and has a patriotic character.

Confucian ideologies formed a unique spatial order in the spatial composition of seowon architecture. Confucian scholars viewed ancient China as the ideal society, so they tried to apply the "Myochim" theory, the architectural system of the time, to the Joseon society. However, it was not easy to apply ancient architectural ideas in Joseon in the 16th century. Therefore, various opinions were presented by scholars to establish the relationship between Joseon alone. Unlike the Ki-ho school application of this theory, the construction of Seowon was done according to ancient principles from a practical standpoint, there were fewer experiments for actual application in Yeong-nam school. This was a pragmatic attitude that presupposes a clear difference between the ancient Chinese system and the reality of Joseon in the 17th century.

연구목적: 이 연구는 한국의 전통적 문화에 기초한 한국적 간호이론 개발을 위하여 고전문헌과 관련문헌으로부터 한국인의 세계관을 도출함을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 한국인의 세계관 도출을 위하여 문헌분석방법을 적용하였다. 연구자료는 조선왕조 500년과 현대까지 한국인의 사상체계에 가장 큰 영향을 끼친 성리학의 근간을 이루는 태극도설과 역경을 중심으로 한 고전문헌과 관련 해설서들로 하였다. 연구결과: 한국인의 세계관의 원리로서 변화의 원리, 통일성의 원리, 인본주의 원리를 도출하였다. 그들 각각의 하위개념으로 1) 변화의 원리에는 생산성, 주기성, 중용, 2) 통일성의 원리에는 유기적 체계, 동시성, 전일주의, 조화, 그리고 3) 인본주의 원리에는 경(敬), 충(忠), 서(恕), 효(孝)을 도출하였다. 결론: 서양의 간호개념이 아닌 한국인의 세계관의 원리와 하위개념을 기초로 한국인의 고유한 건강과 간호개념을 도출함으로서 한국적 간호이론개발에 기여할 수 있다.

본 연구는 미청구공사의 테마감리 지정으로 인해 해당 기업의 보수주의 성향이 증가하였는지 검증한다. 미청구공사에 대한 테마감리 대상지정 배경은 공사 진행률 과대산정 및 평가의 적정성 문제로 회계적 의혹의 적정성에서부터 출발하였다. 미청구공사 금액 계산 시 밀접하게 연관되는 공사진행률은 경영자의 재량적 판단이 반영될 수 있다. 만약 경영자가 이익을 상향할 목적으로 진행률을 부풀린다면 미청구공사가 과다하게 인식되는 문제가 발생한다. 이러한 문제점은 2013년 일부 건설업계의 어닝쇼크를 비롯하여 수주산업에서의 회계부실 문제가 사회적으로 큰 이슈가 되었다. 특히 조선업과 건설업의 잇달은 부실과 함께 미청구공사와 관련된 회계 불투명성이 크게 드러나는 등 회계자료에 대한 불신이 증가되었다. 이로 인해 미청구공사 과대계상 이슈는 금융감독원의 테마감리 대상으로 지정되었다. 본 연구의 실증분석 방법은 2012년부터 2017년까지 Basu(1997)의 보수주의 측정 모형을 이용하여 미청구공사 금액을 반영하기 전과 후를 비교하여 동 기업의 보수주의 회계처리에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 중요분석 결과로는 테마감리 지정 이후에 미청구공사에 대한 보수적 회계처리가 유의하게 증가되었다. 이를 통해 테마감리 지정 목적인 미청구공사금액의 과대계상 금지와 공시 강화라는 측면에서 그 실효성을 확인하였다.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of interactive metronome (IM) training on attention among children on the autistic spectrum. Methods: This is a single case study, using ABA design, of one child with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who had attentional difficulties. A total of 20 sessions were conducted: 3 baseline sessions (A), 14 intervention sessions (B), and 3 follow-up baseline sessions (A'). During the intervention period (B), IM training was performed. Inattention and attention activities were measured as the dependent variables in all three phases (A, B, and A'). Results: Compared to baseline, the subject's inattention decreased in the IM training mediation period, and the performance of activities requiring attention also improved. The intervention effect was maintained even during the follow-up baseline period. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that IM training positively influences attention among children with ASD with attention deficit symptoms. Further, it provides the clinical basis of IM training as an intervention for children with ASD.
