This study is a methodological study that explains the procedure for verifying effectiveness in developing practical guidelines for cognitive programs suitable for dementia patients. Based on the development of evidence-based new clinical practice guidelines, a preliminary recommendation for the domestic dementia patient care guidelines was developed. The practical guidelines consisted of the final four types, and the content validity score of the configuration items was 0.87 to 1 point. In the sub-categories of field applicability, appropriateness score was 3.95 to 4.34 points, applicability score was 3.57 to 4.27 points, and predicted effect score was 3.84 to 4.22 points. Through the examination of the content validity and field applicability of experts, it was confirmed that the practical guidelines developed in this study can be used as the basis for establishing an intervention plan for dementia cognitive program managers engaged in clinical practice. In future studies should further facilitate the development of evidence-based treatment guidelines to select appropriate treatment activities for dementia patients.

Background: The incidence of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is increasing and the disease is becoming an important cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. It is important to implement evidence-based guidelines by primary care physicians (PCPs) to establish qualified management of COPD patients. The aim of this survey is to investigate the pattern of COPD management among PCPs and to apply it to the development of Korean COPD guidelines. Methods: A web-based questionnaire was prepared that consisted of 25 questions on the pattern of COPD management. A total of 217 PCPs participated in the survey from June 2006 to May 2007. Results: Many PCPs (61.8%) possessed a spirometer, but the application rate was relatively low (35.8%) and more than half of the COPD patients (57%) did not receive a diagnosis based on spirometry. Administration of oral medication was preferred than the administration of inhaled medication for both stable COPD and acutely exacerbated COPD. More than 90% of the PCPs endorsed educational measures to quit smoking and vaccinate against influenza. It was noted that 56.7% of the PCPs were aware of the GOLD guidelines, but only 7.3% tended to fully implement the recommendations of the guidelines in daily practice. Conclusion: The results of the survey indicate that despite the high awareness rate of the current COPD guidelines, deficits exist among the PCPs with respect to the diagnosis and treatment of COPD. The results of this survey should be applied for the development of new COPD guidelines in order to decrease the discrepancy between the guidelines and the daily practice of the PCPs.

균형된 식사를 위한 지침으로서 청소년에게 권장할 만한 식품 섭취가짓수를 모색하기 위해, 1998년 국민건강ㆍ영양조사 자료를 이용하여 13-18세에 속하는 학생 876명이 섭취한 식품가짓수를 산출하고 비만지수, 혈액 분석치, 식생활 습관 및 영양소 섭취상태와의 상관관계 둥 통계분석을 실시하였다. 섭취한 식품가짓수(DVS)는 조미료를 제외한 모든 섭취식품의 종류 수로 계산하였고 조미료 중에서 유지류, 설탕, 된장, 고추장, 고춧가루는 포함하였다.(중략)

본 연구에서는 국학자료의 효율적 활용을 위한 국학연구기관의 검색인터페이스 설계 지침을 제공하고자 한다. 국학연구기관은 우리나라의 대표적인 4대 국학기관인 국사편찬위원회, 민족문화추진회, 서울대 규장각, 한국정신문화연구원을 대상으로 하고, 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌조사와 4개 기관의 홈페이지를 자주 이용하는 박사과정 이상의 전공자와의 일대일 면접을 통해 평가항목을 작성하였다. 이를 토대로 분석하여 문제점을 알아보고, 국학연구기관의 특성에 맞는 검색인터페이스 설계 시 고려해야 할 제반지침들을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 ‘90년과 ’91년에 수행한 면접 및 우편을 이용한 전화서비스 품질에 관한 사용자의 만족도 평가조사의 단점 및 미비점을 보완하기 위한 방법으로, 운영시스팀인 SLMOS 와 LCR을 이용하여 전화수리 및 전화가설공사가 완료된 이용자를 빠르게 파악하여, 군락표집 및 비례층화표집방법으로 피험자를 선정, 전화로 설문조사를 수행함으로써 신뢰성 및 타당성을 지닌 설문조사를 수행하였다. 이렇게 조사된 데이터를 CCITT가 MOS 측정에 대하여 권고한 지침에 의하여 분석하여, 이용자가 인내할 수 있는 최저 품질의 한계치를 구해보았다. 이러한 방법을 이용하면 전화서비스품질의 기준값 작성이 가능하리라 본다.

본 연구에서는 시소러스를 구축하기 위해 필요한 디스크립터 수집원으로써 이용자 로그데이터를 분석하여 후보 디스크립터의 외형적 특성을 분석하였다. 분석대상인 이용자 로그데이터는 국내 검색엔진가운데 야후와 라이코스를 대상으로 하였다. 분석결과, 이용자들은 대부분 검색어로써 명사와 복합명사를 사용하였으며, 조사 '의'이외에는 다른 품사로 이루어진 검색어는 거의 존재하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 검색어로써 이용자들은 고유명사(외국어 포함)를 많이 사용함으로써, 국내외 지침에서 권고하는 고유명사의 최소한 사용지침과 실제 이용자 사이의 이용행태와의 차이를 알 수 있었다. 따라서 국내외 시소러스 개발지침을 수용하면서, 이용자 중심의 시소러스를 개발하기 위해서는 전거어나 유사어 사전을 대등관계와 연동하여 개발하는 것을 고려해야 한다.

This study was conducted on 3,418 cases of cardiopulmonary arrest patients' detailed status table (2020, raw data) collected in 2020. Also, it is a retrospective narrative research that investigates and examines related laws and guidelines. The main findings are as follows. First, the implementation rate of 'bystander CPR' was 30.66% (1047 cases) and it was a remarkable result. It can be inferred the quality of the relevant laws and guidelines. Second, 'Public access defibrillation (shock)' accounted for only 0.10%(5 cases). it is considered that the relevant laws and guidelines are weighted towards 'stock and obligation.' Strategic differentiation of response by region is needed. Third, out-of-hospital cardiac arrest occurred at house was 71.97%(2,640 cases). To operate the 'special ambulance team' efficiently, it is necessary to analyze regional data more closely and develop an efficient strategy in the future.

Recently, along with the continuous increase in the supply of electric vehicles, electric vehicle fire accidents are also showing a rapidly increasing trend. Electric vehicle fires last for a long time compared to fires in internal combustion engine vehicles and have problems with the risk of secondary explosions and the generation of large amounts of smoke. In particular, electric vehicle fires in underground roads, which are semi-enclosed spaces, may amplify the problems of existing electric vehicle fires. On the other hand, there are no domestic response guidelines for electric vehicle fires occurring inside underground roads. Therefore, an awareness of fire accidents was confirmed through a survey of the general public, and electric vehicle fire characteristics and primary considerations were derived from stakeholders related to electric vehicle fires in underpasses. Through this, the guidelines for responding to electric vehicle fires on underground roads were established.

국토해양부의 국토지반정보 DB구축사업은 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과를 전산화하여 재활용할 수 있도록 DB구축, 시스템 보급, 센터 운영 등을 주요수행사업으로 '00년부터 현재까지 10년 이상 지속적으로 추진되고 있다. '07년부터 "지반조사성과전산화및활용에관한지침"이 국토해양부 훈령으로 제정 시행되면서 건설현장에서 발생하는 지반조사성과에 대한 전산화는 건설사가 직접 입력 제출하고 있다. 지침 시행과 함께 국토해양부에서는 국토지반정보 통합DB센터(한국건설기술연구원) 중심으로 지반정보 유통프로세스를 확립하고 지반정보 생산을 위한 지반정보 입력시스템, 검수 등록을 위한 검수등록시스템, 지반정보 유통을 위한 웹유통시스템으로 구성된 국토지반정보 유통시스템을 구축 운영하고 있다. 보급 활용 중인 국토지반정보 유통시스템에 대하여 지반정보 생산자 및 활용자들의 지속적인 개선요구사항들을 수렴하고 있으며, '11년도 사업을 통하여 사용자 중심의 국토지반정보 유통시스템으로 개선 및 추가개발을 추진하였다. 본 연구에서는 건설현장의 의견을 수렴하여 사용자 중심으로 개선한 국토지반정보 유통시스템의 주요 연구내용을 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 한강본류 및 지천의 수질조사와 더불어 오염총량관리지침을 이용하여 오염부하량을 산정하였다. 한강은 오염총량규제가 도입되었지만 주로 수질측정된 농도위주로 시행되고 있으며 수질 관리를 위한 모니터링도 수질농도 측정에 중점을 두고 있다. 그러나 하천수질은 사용용도에 따라 배출 되는 유출수에 따라 변화되며 지역의 특성에 따라 수질의 변화가 나타나기 때문에 수질평가는 오염농도만으로 평가하기보단 하수의 배출지역의 특성을 고려해야 한다. 본 유역의 수질조사는 한강 본류 및 지천 구분되며 국립환경과학원의 자료를 활용하여 조사하였다. 오염부하량의 경우 국립환경연구원의 '오염총량관리 계획수집지침전부 개정고시(2006-69호)'를 활용하여 지역의 배출특성에 따라 산정하였다. 수질조사 결과 한강 본류의 수질은 BOD 1.57mg/L, T-N 2.61mg/L, T-P 0.05mg/L로 나타났으며 하류지역은 BOD 4.46mg/L, T-N 7.32mg/L, T-P 0.42mg/L로 나타났다. 탄천의 경우 탄천의 경우 탄천 상류의 BOD 평균값은 25.32mg/L, T-N 20.23mg/L, T-P 1.42mg/L이며 탄천의 하류 지점의 BOD 평균값은 4.68mg/L, T-N 11.45mg/L, T-P 0.86mg/L로 나타났다. 한강수계의 오염부하량은 생활계 발생부하량이 가장 높게 산정되었으며 유달부하량의 경우 유달율로 판단하였을 때 왕숙천과 중랑천유역에서 오염도가 크게 미치는 것을 알 수 있다.
