This study presents a plan to develop a integrated management system for data survey of cadastral surveying to efficiently manage and research cadastral survey data. As a result of analysis of the existing cadastral survey data used to evaluate efficiency of the developed integrated cadastral survey data management system, it was shown that data survey time can be reduced by approximately half.

본 논문은 재해경감을 위한 기업의 자율 활동 지원에 관한 법률의 기업재난관리표준에 따라 재해경감활동관리체계를 수립함에 있어 최초 단계인 재해경감활동 준비상태(성숙도) 조사의 효과성을 분석하고자 함이 목적이다. 일반적으로 기관의 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 결과를 바탕으로 재해경감활동의 도입 수준이 결정된다. 그러나 현재 수행되는 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 문항은 문항 간의 중요도를 고려하지 않아 결과에 대한 신뢰성 및 변별력 저하, 재해경감활동관리체계 수행 단계별 차별성이 고려되지 않은 문제점을 야기하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 공기업 'K사'의 준비상태(성숙도) 조사의 사례에 대해 기존 결과와 조사 문항의 가중치를 반영한 결과의 차이점을 분석하였다. 그 결과 문항 간 변별력 부재로 인한 결과의 신뢰성 부족과 그로 인한 준비상태(성숙도) 조사 대상자의 동일 응답 가능성을 배재할 수 없음을 알 수 있었다.

Purpose: This study analyzed job importance, job performance, and job satisfaction in 38 dietitians working at geriatric hospitals and elderly healthcare facilities in Jeju surveyed from September 15-24, 2014 with the aim of providing basic data for improving the quality of meals and nutrition management for elderly patients. Methods: Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficients using the SPSS Win program (version 12.0). Results: Regarding job importance, the average score was 4.29 (out of 5), indicating that hygiene and safety management scored the highest at 4.77 (out of 5), and nutrition management scored the lowest at3.86. In terms of job performance of subjects, the average score was 2.87 (out of 5), indicating that cooking operation management scored the highest at 4.42 (out of 5). Regarding the Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of job importance and job performance, hygiene and safety management and cooking operation management scored high for importance and performance (B quadrant) menu management, human resource management, and nutrition management scored low for importance and performance (C quadrant) and purchasing management and financial management were included inD quadrant and A quadrant, respectively. For the level of job satisfaction of subjects, the average score was 3.37 (out of 5), indicating that relationships with colleagues scored the highest at 3.72, and improving professionalism scored the lowest at 2.95. Additionally, job importance and performance of subjects were positively correlated withjob satisfaction (r = 0.395, r = 0.386, both p < 0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, scores for job importance and job performance of nutrition management were low, and job satisfaction of improving professionalism scored low. Therefore, continuous training and education programs of nutrition management should be provided to improve professionalism of dietitians at geriatric hospitals and elderly healthcare facilities.

본회는 지난 7월 15$\~$31일(17일간)에 걸쳐 회원기업 120개 사를 대상으로 사내 특허관리전담기구 설치, 담당요원의 확보, 예산 및 직무발명규정의 제정 활용 등을 중심으로 한 실태조사를 실시하였다. 본조사는 1976년도 사업계획의 하나로 기업내 공업소유권 개발 및 관리체제의 확립을 유도, 조장하기 위한 기초자료를 마련하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 조사지침 및 그 결과는 다음과 같다.

본 연구는 재난안전법 제 69조의 재난원인조사의 자산화를 통한 재난관리 업무 연속성을 위한 방안으로 표준화 등 개선이 필요하다. 현재 「재난안전법」제69조와 동법 시행령 제75조의3 및 동법 시행규칙 제19조의5에는 재난원인조사에 대한 내용이 예비조사부터 본조사 등 구체적으로 명시하고 있다. 과학적 재난관리를 위해서는 과거의 재난관리에 대한 기록이 풍부하게 존재해야 이를 바탕으로 AI 등을 활용할 수 있다. 재난관리 기록을 통하여 과거를 거울삼아 미래를 예측하고 현재의 재난관리를 효과적이고 효율적으로 할 수 있다. 재난관리 사례를 자산화하기 위해서는 가장 먼저 현재의 법과 제도의 개선이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 법과 제도의 개선에 중점을 두어 진행 하고자 한다.

In this study, employing an interview survey, the progress orientation of flood management is established, and a framework and process for sustainable flood management in a river basin's context are developed to effectively achieve its goals and objectives. The Interview survey about flood management shows that to reduce flood damage, it is necessary to subdue injudicious man-made developments, to make systematic long-term plans, and to consistently implement them. In the framework, the goal is established as minimizing flood damage and building resilience against flooding, and an implementing methodology is developed, integrating five elements: integrated flood management, flood risk management, integrated watershed management, participatory decision-making process, and adaptive management. Also, evaluating the state of flood management in river basins' context is incorporated into the framework, and the evaluation results are fed back to the goal and the methodology. To effectively implement flood management, an adaptive flood management process is developed, reflecting the results of the interview survey. In this process, the participation of the persons concerned is secured, the state of flood management are evaluated periodically, and measures appropriate to the specific sites are selected and are adaptively carried out.

본 연구는 국보, 보물로 지정된 중요목조문화재 159개소 중 궁궐목조문화재 17개소에 대하여 안전관리 실태조사를 실시하였다. 조사내용은 안전관리 인적요소, 주변환경적 요소, 시설적 요소, 관리적요소이며 이를 바탕으로 궁궐목조문화재 안전관리의 전반적인 현황을 검토하였다. 또한 화재 등의 재난 발생 시 신속한 초기 대응부터 진압활동까지 종합적인 안전관리대책 수립 및 궁궐목조문화재의 피해 최소화를 위한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 한다.

건협 서울특별시지부는 지난 4월 25일부터 1달간 부속의원 내원자 및 건강관리 공개강좌 참석자를 대상으로, 건강에 관한 설문조사를 실시했다. 이번 설문 조사는 내원자들의 건협을 찾게 된 동기, 건강에 관한 평소의 관심도, 건강관리법, 성인병에 대한 인식을 파악하여 앞으로의 건강관리 사업 및 보건계몽사업의 방향 설정의 기초자료로 활용하기 위해 실시되었다. 본 글은 이번에 실시한 설문의 내용을 분석한 것이다. 건강관리에 좋은 참고가 되길 바란다.

최근 경제 사회의 급속한 발전에 따라 개인의 활동분야가 다양해지고 개인비밀보호 인식이 커지면서 응답자들이 통계조사에 잘 협조하지 않는 경우가 늘어나고 있다. 따라서 대부분의 통계를 현장조사에 의존하여 생산하고 있는 통계청에서는 현장조사 결과물의 품질상태에 좀 더 관심을 가져야만 하게 되었다. 이러한 현장조사에 대한 풀질관리의 일환으로 현재 통계청에서는 통계별 조사대상으로부터 품질관리표본(Quality Control Sample)을 추출하고 이를 대상으로 리인터뷰를 실시함으로써 응답오차측정, 조사현장의 실터파악, 응답자 의견수렴 등에 활용하고 있다. 리인터뷰는 조사직원의 고의적인 자료조작 또는 보충교육 필요성 등 현장조사업무를 평가하거나 응답분산(simple response variation), 응답편의(response bias) 등을 산출하고, 이를 분석하는 모델을 이용하여 응답결과의 신뢰도를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 품질관리표본(QC Sample) 설계 및 추출, 리인터뷰 시나리오개발, CATI(Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing)를 이용한 리인터뷰 기법 등을 통계청 사업체조사 모니터링 사례를 중심으로 설명하고 조사직원 특성별 응답오차 측정 및 비교, 정확성 항목에 대한 차이분석 등 격과에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

유역, 수계, 지역, 국가 등과 같은 거대 시스템은 사회 및 경제 시스템, 자연 시스템, 생태 시스템 등으로 구성이 되어 있으며, 이들은 상호작용과 피드백을 하면서 복잡하게 연결되어 있다. 이러한 시스템은 기후, 구성 부시스템, 사회적 선호도, 패러다임 등의 변화에 따라 변한다. 특히, 사회적 선호도나 패러다임과 같은 가치 시스템의 변화는 수자원 이용과 관리에 영향을 미치기 때문에 다양한 방법으로 수요자의 요구를 파악해야 하며, 이를 수자원 계획과 운영에 반영해야 한다. 따라서 수요자와 전문가들의 의견을 주기적으로 조사하여 수자원 상태를 평가하고 문제점을 파악하여 향후 발전 방향을 수립할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 실시된 수자원 개발과 관리와 관련된 설문조사 결과를 수집하여 이들을 비교 분석하였다. 이 분석에서는 지속가능성을 맥락으로 하여 설문대상과 설문시기의 변화에 따른 수자원 개발과 관리와 관련된 의견들의 차이를 분석하였으며, 설문조사 결과들을 종합하여 향후 국내 수자원 관리와 개발 방향을 제시하였다.
