본 연구는 1997년 세계문화유산으로 지정된 수원화성의 야간경관조명연출에 따른 조명실태와 효과를 조사 분석하였다. 평가대상은 화성의 경관조명시설이 설치된 33개소 중 측정당시 설치가 완료된 성곽의 내 외부와 서북공심돈을 선정하였다. 평가방법은 야간에 조명현황조사 및 물리량의 측정을 실시하였다. 물리량은 피조면의 휘도, 색온도 및 색도를 측정하였으며, 이를 토대로 경관조명의 연출효과를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전체적인 조명방식은 건축물 하단부에 설치된 지주등으로 상향조명을 하거나, 외곽 투광기를 이용한 전반조명이 병용되고 있었다. 조명연출실태는 성벽의 경우 연속된 성곽의 이미지를 강조하고, 빛의 콘트라스트를 이용하여 건축시설물을 강조함으로써 리듬감을 연출하였다. 색온도의 경우 성곽의 차가운 이미지를 보완하기 위하여 따뜻한 색온도의 광원을 사용하여 전체적 이미지를 안정적이고 부드럽게 표현하였다. 색도의 경우 전체적으로 황색의 색도가 나타났는데, 우리나라 전통건축에서 강조되어야 할 단청이나 부재를 위해서는 광원의 색채선정에 신중한 고려가 요구된다.

In this paper, the writer studies the lighting technology and types used in urban night lighting performance. With the continuous change and innovation of life style in today's society, the multiple functions of the city continue to develop. At present, urban night lighting is not limited to lighting the landscape in the daytime by lighting tools. It uses new digital lighting technology to deduce innovative and constantly changes digital nightscape. In this way, through the integration of urban nighttime lighting and modern digital art, the city's brand image can be improved and its economic development will also be affected. The indoor and outdoor lighting industry has become the bigger and more systemized using the semiconductor LED with each control R(Red), G(Green), B(Blue). The communication standard DMX512(ANSI E1.11) protocol of it can control and perform max. 512 lightings, especially 170 lightings in 24 bit true color. As the performance of below 100 lightings is distinguished small-size, this paper proposes a bigger capacity lighting performance above 1,000 using connection to 1 master to 32 slaves. Also, this paper proposes the synchronization method in order to accomplish a designed performance. In proposed method, the master sends the synchronization signal to slaves every 400ms. Slaves receive this signal and use to initialize the timer becoming the basis of DMX512 output. The example of the developed products using proposed method and the operation is introduced.

도시에서의 빛의 연출은 도시의 축을 부각시키고, 가로의 아이덴티티를 연출함으로서 도시의 인지도를 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한 야간의 경관은 인공조명을 이용한 빛의 연출로 주간과는 다른 빛환경 경관을 연출할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 도시 가로 중에서 상업가로와 주거가로를 대상으로 주 야간의 빛환경 특성을 분석하여, 가로의 용도에 따른 주야간의 빛환경 차이를 고찰하였다. 이를 위하여 두 가로의 일정길이에 대하여 수평면조도, 스칼라 조도, 휘도 및 색온도를 측정하였으며 측정결과를 용도별, 주 야별로 비교하여 분석하였다. 측정한 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. (1)수평면조도의 측정 결과, 주간의 주거가로에 비하여 상업가로가 28.8[%] 높게 나타났으며 야간의 경우 87.2[%] 높게 나타났다. (2) 스칼라조도의 측정결과, 스칼라조도의 특성상 전반적으로 균일한 분포를 보이며, 수평면 조도와 마찬가지로 주간에 비하여 야간에 84[%] 높은 값이 측정되었다. (3) 휘도의 측정 결과, 주간 배경에 대한 대상의 휘도비는 상업과 주거가로가 1:2이하로 나타나 조화로운 가로경관을 연출하며, 야간배경에 대한 대상의 휘도비는 상업가로는 1:17로 활기 있는 경관을 연출하고 주거가로는 1:5로 가로경관 이미지에 적당한 강조효과가 나타났다. (4) 색온도의 측정 결과, 주간의 배경은 맑은 하늘의 색온도를 나타냈으며 대상은 상쾌하고 활동적인 이미지의 색온도를 나타내었다. 또한 야간의 경우 상업가로와 주거가로 모두 나트륨 등의 영향을 받아 전반적으로 따뜻한 느낌의 색온도가 연출되었다.

The light is the language. Directors have to describe the scene component effectively his intention to configure the scene as an appropriately. After this act of the character, the layout of the props and scene lights will enter to the scene components. Those things help to audiences can understand narrative of work and emotion that producer want to send. Expressing their emotions especially using the lights by adjusting the colors and contrast makes audience to concentrate on work and understand naturally. This lighting technique clearly appears on early year theaters stage of England and Rembrandt's paintings. Properly dividing and controlling the lights dramatically increases the beauty of the work elements to express a variety of emotions such as worries and fear. Therefore, it can be evolve depending on director's intent of using lights on his work. Lights can increase involvement of human emotion through basic features that cognition of object, visualization of space-time and by artistic method in the product. This study will examine the role and how to use lighting to express the proper sentiment based on the narrative of the work. Making research named "Lighting Research of 3D animated film which applying light features to express emotion" previous study and have to combine emotional vocabulary and emotion-based theory for classifying the emotional language that can be applied on 3D animation. And choosing most emotional scene from 3D animation for analyze how they used lighting to expressing emotions. Directors trying to show up about the light role through light method that matched perfectly with an emotional language. Expecting this research work of directing 3D animations light for expressing emotional feelings will be continue successfully.

경관조명은 야간관광자원 활성화를 통한 대외 경쟁력을 강화하고, 도시경쟁력을 향상시키며, 관광객들에게 도시 브랜드를 전달할 수 있는 수단으로 중요시되고 있다. 본 연구는 경관조명의 활성화에 따른 유지관리 비용을 절감할 수 있는 방안을 검토하기 위하여 국제 조명위원회(CIE)에서 제시하고 있는 조도 및 휘도 기준을 조사하였으며, 한강상 교량과 일산호수공원의 일부 지역에 대한 경관조명 설치현황 및 전력요금 사용실태를 조사하였다. 또한 '조명연출방법'과 '조명자재 선정에 의한 방법'에 따라 유지관리 비용 절감 현황을 검토하였으며, 각 회로를 세분화 하여 시간대별 제어가 가능하도록 하고, 조명연출에 적합한 조명 자재를 선정하여 적용함으로써 유지관리 비용이 절감됨을 알 수 있었다.
