사람들은 대부분의 시간을 집이나 직장에서 보내게 된다. 그러므로 집과 사무실은 삶에 있어서 가장 중요한 두 개의 공간인 것이다. 인간공학적으로 디자인된 사무실은 그곳에서 일하는 사람들의 신체적, 사회적 요구에 부합하게되어 작업능률과 만족감을 향상시키며, 스트레스를 조절하고, 건강과 안전을 위협하는 요소를 최소화한다. 특히 많은 책임과 권한을 가진 사장들에게 있어서 인간공학적으로 디자인된 환경은 필수적인 요건이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 사례조사법을 이용하여 미국 Lowa주 주도인 Des Moines에 사무실을 갖고있는 10개 보험회사 사장들을 대상으로 설문지와 관찰조사 및 실내공간 스케치를 이용하였다. 대부분의 사무실은 직접적으로 일과 관련된 디자인 부분만 강조되어 있었으며 그들의 많은 시간이 읽기와 쓰기등 시각적인 일에 쓰여지고 있음에도 불구하고 조명, 특히 국부조명은 거의 고려되어 있지 않았다. 상담이나 접견과 같은 활동을 위한 가구의 선택이나 실내공간계획이 제대로 되어 있지 않았다. 사용후 평가를 실시한 결과 대부분의 대상자들은 심리적, 생물학적 요구사항들에 대해 긍정적인 평가를 하였다. 디자이너는 좀더 사용자 위주의 공간계획을 해 나가야 할 것이며 각각 다른 사무실특성, 기능, 인간관계. 특히 종업원과의 관계, 사업종류 등을 명확히 이해해야 할 것이다.

본 논문에서 패션 디자인(fashion design)을 평가하는데 있어서 새로운 방법론적 접근 방식을 제시해 보려하였다. 즉 패션 디자이너의 디자인에 대한 철학을 이해함으로서 패션에 대한 근복적인 면에 대해 보다 나은 이해를 갖도록 하는 접근 방식을 모색하려는 것이다. 본 논문의 분석대상은 디자이너 루디 건라이(Rudi Gernreich : 1922-1985)와 그의 작품들인데, 그의 작품들에 나타나는 급진적인 성향 뒤에 숨어 있는 그의 디자인 철학을 집중적으로 분석함으로써 작품과 철학의 상관관계를 조명하려는 것이 그 주된 목적이다. 기존의 그에 대한 평가는‘파격적 패션’,‘소설 스테이트먼트(Social Statement)’,또는‘시각적 창출’등의 표현으로 극히 피상적인 것이었다. 반면에 그가 어떠한 경로로 이러한 디자인을 구상하게 되었는지 또는 그가 현대의상에 얼마만큼의 영향을 미쳤는지에 대한 연구는 극히 소수에 불과하였다. 본 논문의 초점은 건라이의 패션 디자인을 그가 중요한 가치로 믿고 있었던‘개인적 자유에 대한 추구’의 반영으로써 재 평가해 보려는 것이다. 이것의 입증을 위해서 그의 디자인들을 역사적, 사회적 그리고 미학적인 관점에서 분석하였다. 먼저 그의 디자인 철학을 도출하기 위해 그의 개인적 배경에 대한 상세한 검토를 하였고, 그의 디자인과 관련된 자료와, 현존하는 작품들과 그에 따른 참고문헌들에 대한 분석 조사 작업을 하였다. 이 작업을 통해 필자는 건라이의 작품들을 세 개의 주된 주제들, 즉,‘부분적 누디즘(Partial Nudism)’,‘유니섹스 모드(Unisexs Mode)’, 그리고‘옵 아트 패션(Op-art Fashion)’으로 구분하였다.‘부분적 누디즘(Partial Nudism)’과‘유니섹스 모드(Unisex Mode)’는 60년대 중반에서 70ssu대 초반에 출현한 유스 컬츄어(Youth Culture)에 부합하는 그이 디자인의 반영으로써 성의 혁명, 여성 인권운동과 동성애자 인권 운동과 같은 사회이슈들과 그의 디자인이 갖는 상관관계를 보여주는 것이다.‘옵-아트 패션(Op-art fashion)’은 건라이 디자인의 미학적 요소에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 그의 작품에 나타나는 인체와 옵-아트 원리의 관계를 조명해 보고, 건라이가 옵-아트와의 연계하에 그의 디자인을 어느만큼 예술적으로 승화시켰는지를 보여주고 있다. 각 주체들은 건라이 작품들의 개별적인 분석을 통해 논하였다. 본 논문은 보다 넓은 관점에서의 건라이의 디자인에 대한 재 평가로 결론을 지었다. 이러한 재평가 작업을 통해 패션 디자인계에 미친 그의 공헌의 역사적 중요성을 강조하고 현대 패션에 그의 영향이 계속 미치고 있는 이유를 설명하려 하였다.

It is important to inherit and develop the unique cultural characteristics of each country and region in the trend of globalization. The traditional lighting fixtures in China are the main artifacts that can be used to extract the cultural aesthetics and practicality of the people, and are a major relic of the people's cultural sensitivities and practicalities. The purpose of this study is to understand the background of the time and the meaning of national culture through the lighting equipment of the most revived Tang Dynasty in Chinese history. The purpose of this paper is to examine the development trend of lighting equipment in the Tang Dynasty through the recognition of the social background, religious thought, cultural characteristics, and characteristics of lighting fixtures in the Tang Dynasty. In this paper, we analyzed seven factors (function, molding, fuel, usage space, usage method, religious thought, and living environment) of the Tang dynasty lighting fixtures through multiple factor analysis method. In addition, the Tang Dynasty period lighting fixtures had four trends: "popularization of lighting, universal simplification of molding, diversification of use, and spread of Buddhist influence." This tendency has a meaning to provide a new motive for modern lighting design in the context of cultural uniqueness and perspectives.

유비쿼터스는 정보화 사회의 키워드가 되면서 새로운 정보통신 환경구축이 요구되고 있다. 국내 아파트에 있어 홈네트워크 설치가 증가하고 있으며 편리하고 다양한 기능들이 부가되고 있다. 세대내에서 조명, 난방, 가전제어와 보안 서비스의 제공은 물론 외부로부터 인터넷, 핸드폰으로 세대에 설치된 기기를 원격제어 감시하는 지능화로 발전되고 있다. 조명설비에 있어 첨단기술과 통합한 다양한 솔루션으로 세대의 일괄소등, 조광패턴제어, 무선리모콘, 유무선 원격제어가 활용되고 있으며 다양한 디자인의 조명기구와 제어시스템의 개발로 시간과 분위기에 적합한 조명을 연출하고 있다. 조명제어기술의 발전은 에너지 절감효과, 사전감지 기능으로 안전성 확보, 사용자의 편리성이 향상되어 미래 주거에 있어 쾌적하고 경제적인 조명환경 구현에 이바지하게 될 것이다.

OLED는 두 개의 전극 사이에 유기물층을 배열하고 전계를 가하여 주입된 전자와 정공이 유기물 내에서 재결합하여 형성되는 여기자가 기저상태로 떨어지면서 빛을 내는 소자이다. 최근 OSRAM, Philips, LG화학, Panasonic 등의 기업에서 매우 우수한 특성을 보이는 OLED 패널 광원을 발표하고 있어 가까운 장래에 예전에 볼 수 없던 디자인의 OLED 조명이 일반조명 시장에 나올 것으로 예상됨에 따라 표준화 활동도 활발해지고 있다. OLED 조명은 기존 조명과 형태 및 특성이 다르기 때문에 기존 조명의 규격 사항을 그대로 적용할 수 없으며, 새로운 OLED 조명 표준 제정은 필수이다. 또한 국제표준화기구의 인증 마크의 유무는 자사 제품의 우수성과 안전성을 홍보하는 수단이고 해외로 진출하기 위해서는 해외의 주요 인증 획득이 필수적인 요소이므로 올바른 OLED 조명 표준 제정과 시험 방법 정립을 통하여 OLED 조명 제품의 국내외 신뢰를 확보하는 데 노력해야 할 것이다.

The idea to improve the quality of lighting design in interior spaces has gained importance in the last years. This experimental study concentrates on the quality of lighting and the relation between lighting arrangements and perception. A individual office room having four different lighting arrangements was prepared and the differences between the perception of the participants under each lighting arrangement was evaluated. The results suggested that lighting system and arrangements affect interior perception. Wall washing enhanced the impressions of clarity and order, cove lighting enhanced the ceiling higher respectively and other and tungsten-halogenated uplighting made the same space relaxing, private and pleasant.

Track Movable Lighting System (TMLS) which is developed by New Technology Bank Co., LTD is variable lighting system which can be freely carried according to the power track comprising by including the trolley bar. This paper introduces a track design and a heuristic algorithm for intelligent lighting control of TMLS, and proposes a user interface for handling lighting control without difficulty. If New Technology Bank Co.,LTD grafts proposed control system onto TMLS, user can easily handle the lighting system movement by simply pushing the button.

The street lighting needs to provide safe and comfortable environment together with producing good atmosphere suitable for the pedestrian's various needs. Thus, the choice of the street lighting futures should be based on the needs of the them and the needs of the street rather than the precedences or appearances. This study proposes street lighting futures based on the need of the street lighting and their operation plan, and also analyzes the problems of current fixtures.

This study aims to suggest the direction in which furniture design can contribute, keeping with the trend of small quantity batch production by analyzing cases of furniture design manufacturing. This study analyzed cases of furnitures and lights made by 3D printing with 3 classifications. They are 1st, classification by correlation between 3D printing method and materials, 2nd, classification by 8 formative characteristics of 3D printing furniture design, 3rd, comparison analysis of competitiveness between existing furniture design and 3D printing furniture design by practicality, usability and durability. The competitiveness 3D printing technique arouses in furniture design industry, which is investigated in this thesis, is as follows. 1st, small quantity batch production, which caters to personal taste, is made possible. 2nd, transmission and transportation via digital are became more convenient. 3rd, it brings about a breakthrough in furniture design manufacturing. 4th, there is room for development into the 'smart furniture design' industry through collaborative use of 3D printing and internet of things. 5th, an Eco-friendly method of furniture design is consistently facilitated.
