"문경에는 왜 왔니? 왜 왔니?" "꽃 찾으러 왔단다~ 왔단다~" 꽃 찾으러 왔단다? 아니, 꽃 '심으러' 왔단다! 한국건강관리협회 메디체크 임 직원들이 수질정화 능력이 뛰어난 노랑꽃창포 모종을 한 아름씩 들고 경상북도 문경시 조령천을 찾았다. 늦더위가 아직 가시지 않은 여름날, 이마에 송골송골 맺힌 땀을 닦으며 모종을 심다 보니, 어느새 조령청 주변이 노랑꽃창포 모종으로 가득 채워졌다.

The purpose of the study is to examine the relation between 'Miruk-ri Bongsan Stone Landmark' found in 1997 and 'Moonkyung County Bonsan' and Choryung Bongsan. Relevant literature was analyzed and the spots were investigated as well. Data used are geography book, maps, town chronicles and the Annals of the Chosun Dynasty in the late period of the Chosun Dynasty. The major findings are as follows ; (1)'Miruk-ri Bongsan Stone Landmark' is inferred as Stone Landmark of Choryung Bongsan. (2)Choryung Bongsan was designated to protect a strategic forest lands established around the Choryung Pass for the defence of Chungju which is the door of Capital city, Hanyang, and connected to South Han River. (3)'Miruk-ri Bongsan Stone Landmark' seems to be erected at Miruk-ri because it was a spot of traffic importance, which connects among Choryung, Moonkyung County and Chungju County in notifying the importance of Bongsan to travelers.

공업소유권제도를 설립하기 위하여 안간힘을 쓰고 있는 중공은 1980년 3월에 세계지적소유권기구(WIPO)에 가맹하고 그 준비과정에서 찬반양론이 엇갈려 아직도 답보상태에 있다. 현재 중공에서는 발명의 소유권을 인정하는 이른바 특허제도는 없으나 발명장려조령 및 상표관리조령과 기술개선보수법등으로서 꾸려나가고 있다. 그 체제는 발명이나 과학기술성과는 국민의 공통재산으로서 누구나 무상사용하되 취잉기관은 우리나라의 특허청에 유사한 전리국과 국가과학기술위원회에서 담당하고 있다. 이같은 체제가 중공내 기업의 자주적이고 적극적인 신기술창조에 저해요인이 된다 하여 특허제도도입을 서두르고 있으나 여의치가 않은 것 같다. 중공이 준비하고 있는 현단계의 관련기관과 제도체제 및 그 양상은 대체로 다음과 같다.

The construction of Kyungbu canal connecting Han and Naktong rivers is needed to facilitate the carriage of goods and enhance the economic growth. The two rivers are liflked by the Choryeong tunnel with 20.5 km length and 125 m altitude. Seven locks involving of 25 m lifting height are planned to reach the tunnel from Shingok dam along the Han river. The tunnel and dams are located favorably by topographic and geologic map analysis. The water needed to fill the chamber of high lock will he supplied by construction of additional dams above Chungju-dam and/or intmduction of water-saving lock system.
