오늘날 정보기술(IT)은 다양한 산업분야 융화되어 기존 산업의 경쟁력을 강화하고 생산성 및 품질 향상의 견인차 역할을 수행하고 있다. 특히 생산 및 물류 분야에서 IT 융합을 통한 새로운 시너지 창출을 시도하고 있는 것이 RFID 기술이라 할 수 있다. 이미 정부 주도의 시범사업이 끝났으며, 2008년 공공기간 확산사업이 성공적으로 마무리되면, 본격적으로 산업분야 확산이 기대되고 있다. 본 논문에서 자동차 산업에서의 RFID 응용 모델로서 RFID 기반 지능형 직서열 생산시스템의 설계 및 구현에 대하여 기술한다. 직서열 시스템은 완성차 생산라인의 조립시간과 순서에 맞춰 모듈과 부품을 공급하는 협업 생산시스템이다. 자동차 조달물류 프로세스 혁신을 위하여 RFID 기술을 도입함으로써 협력기업간 정보 교환을 원활하게 지원하며 실시간 추적관리 체제의 구현을 이루고자 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은실시간 재고 파악 및 생산물량 예측이 가능하며, 이기종 부품 장착에 의한 조립불량률을 현저히 줄일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

There are many problems in management of high-rise building construction performed in downtown area due to limited spaces and equipments for increasing kinds and quantities of material. By these restrictions, problems such as increase of construction cost. delay of construction period, decrease of productivity, occurrence of accident are caused. Recently, studies on JIT concept have focused on construction materials as a solution for the problems. But, studies about finishing material are insufficient yet. Accordingly, this study suggests flowing of current material management, JIT management effect, and development direction of lifting-up and procurement system with Low-emissivity double Glazing, among of main finishing materials.

Disasters and crises are spreading across the globe, and there has been an increase in the number disasters in northeast Asia, such as earthquakes in Sichuan, China, and East Japan. This study aims to propose a plan to attract facilities from the United Nations Humanitarian Response Depot (UNHRD). Although there are no prior domestic studies, the study focuses on the role of intangible benefits, values, and economic outcomes in attracting facilities. Based on an analysis of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of Korea's host environment, using the UN's annual report and Korea's overseas emergency relief data, the study will analyze the status of relevant UN organizations and derive detailed strategies. In order to attract facilities from the UNHRD, it will be necessary to build and promote a cooperative system with domestic and foreign NGO experts in humanitarian assistance and joint proposals from government departments and local governments. In the long-run, it will be necessary to work closely with the relevant UN agencies to achieve strategic progress.

현대글로비스는 현대자동차 그룹 계열 종합물류유통기업으로 첨단 정보시스템과 선진 물류기술을 활용해 국내 국제물류, 해상운송, 물류컨설팅 등의 업무를 수행하는 전문업체이다. 또한 최근에는 물류는 물론 유통, 자원개발 및 자원순환을 활용한 친환경 경영 인프라를 구축해나가고 있다. 이번에 소개되는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 현대글로비스의 핵심 사업이라 할 수 있는 해외공장 자동차 조립생산용 부품(KD: KNOCK DOWN) 공급사업을 전문으로 하는 사업장이다. 2004년 11월 현대자동차 아산공장 인근 인주지방산업단지 내에 준공된 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 임직원 50명과 협력사 인원 300명 등 총 350영의 인력을 갖추고 KD사업의 본산지로 자리매김해 나가고 있다. 실제로 이곳 센터는 발주에서 포장, 운송은 물론 현지에서의 내륙운송 및 보관 등 KD물류에 대한 종합서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이처럼 현대글로비스 아산KD센터는 자동차조립생산용 부품을 국내외 협력사로부터 조달해 전 세계로 운송 판매하고 있는 만큼 근로자의 안전보건이 기업경영의 초석이 되고 있다. 여기에 더해 세계 자동차산업의 경쟁력을 좌우하는 부품 물류산업을 선도하는 기업인만큼 이곳의 안전관리는 전국 안전인들의 남다른 관심을 받고 있다. 근로자의 안전보건을 밑바탕으로 글로벌 물류기업으로 비상하고 있는 현대글로비스 아산KD센터 찾아가봤다.

Purpose of this study is to suggest the directions for development of a transportation and procurement system for JIT management of curtain walls. First, this study looks over the concept of JIT, and grasps the characteristics of the material and the problems of logistics in the construction field through the field and literature survey. And then, it develops countermeasures for the problems and with this, it suggests the directions for development of a transportation and procurement system for JIT management.

RFID 기술의 도입과 응용은 IT 산업뿐만 아니라 전통산업으로 분류되어온 물류, 유통, 국방, 조달, 건설, 교통, 제조, 서비스 등 전 산업분야에 걸쳐 큰 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되고 있으며, 기존 산업구조와 인간의 생활방식까지도 변화시킬 수 있는 아주 중요한 산업분야로서 각광을 받고 있다. 이러한 RFID 산업의 미래를 조명해본다.
