Cascade Realization of Conservative Logic Circuits (Conservative 논리회로의 종속실현)

  • In this paper, the principles of cascade realization o( conservative logic circuits are explored and the problem of realizing arbitrary 3-3 logic circuit with mini mal number of logic elements is handled, The five primitive classes 5, 15, 21, 24 and 29 are selected to realize all of the 31 equivalent c]asses by cascading only two of them. The crossovers of lines are permitted in this realization 3nd the upper bound of crossovers is three. The results are summarized and listed in a table.

  • 1. 1963년 8월 6일부터 8월 22일까지 제주도의 (제주시, 중문, 한림, 서귀포, 고산, 성산포, 관음사, 한라산산정) 각지역에 걸쳐 위생에 관계되는 파리류, 즉, Sarcophagidae(쉬파리), Muscidae(집파리), Anthomyidae(깜정파리), Fannidae (애기집파리), Scatophagidae(똥파리) 3000 여개체를 채집하여 정리한 결과 다음과같은 한국미기록 8종이 밝혀졌다. 1. Sarcophaga erecta HO, 1934. 2. Pyrellia cadaverina LINNE, 1761 3. Orthelia latipalis ZIMIN, 1951 4. Morellia simplicissima ZIMIN ,1951 5. Lispe orientalis WIEDEMANN 1830. 6. Muscina angustifrons(LOU, 1858). 7. Ophyra chalcogaster (WIEDEMANN, 1850). 8.Graphomyia rufitibia STEIN, 1918. 2. 이상으로 한국산 Sarcophagidae는 31 종 , Muscidae 는 15종, Anthomyidae는 6 종이 된다.

First Record of a Deep-dwelling Goby, Obliquogobius yamadai (Perciformes: Gobiidae) from Korea (제주도 남부 외해에서 출현한 망둑어과(농어목) 한국미기록종, Obliquogobius yamadai)

  • A deep-dwelling goby, Obliquogobius yamadai, was described as the first record from Korea based on three specimens (30.3~47.0 mm SL) collected from the southern sea off Jeju Island. The species is characterized by having I, 9 second dorsal fin rays, scaled lateral side of nape, smaller head with large eye, and asymmetrical caudal fin dorsoventrally as well as about nine yellowish bars on body side. A new Korean name, "Gip-eun-ba-da-no-ran-ddi-mang-dug", is proposed for the species.

  • To develop a natural food preservatives from medicinal herbs (62 species), antimicrobial test was performed with hot water and ethanol extracts against Escherchia coli, Listeria monocytogens and Candida albicans by paper disk method. And its result as a first screening test, 7 kinds of medicinal herbs were selected, and more precise analysis was conducted at last 3 kinds of medicinal herbs was finally selected. Therminalia chebula Retz and Rhus javanica has a broad antimicrobial spectrums and has a low MIC values. In growth inhibition test, they showed a very strong antimicrobial activity aganist Listeria monocytogens. If there has a elaborate approaches in its characteristics and properties, some good result must followed in making a powerful natural antimicrobial preservatives.

Effect of Shading Treatment on the Growth of Spinach(Spinacia oleracea) Affected by Different Growing Periods in Summer Greenhouse. (여름철 온실의 재배시기별 시금치 생육에 대한 차광효과)

  • This experiments were carried out to investigate the growth responses of spinach to temperature controlling by shading treatments at different times during the summer, and the effects of environmental parameters on the growth and yield were evaluated. The fourth cultivation was showed maximum temperature at air temperature of 33.1$^{\circ}C$ and soil temperature of 28.6$^{\circ}C$, followed by third, second, fifth and first cultivation. Among the tested temperature decreasing by shading, shading with silver - coated PE film strips was the most effective in lowering greenhouse air temperatures by showing 1.1$^{\circ}C$ decrease as compared to the outside air temperature and 3.1$^{\circ}C$ decrease as compared to the air temperatures inside the non-shaded PE house and 2.3$^{\circ}C$ decrease as compared to the air temperaturese shading with black- coated PE film strips, the soil temperature was showing 2$^{\circ}C$ decrease in both shading treatments than non-shaded PE and outdoor. In first cultivation, difficult cultivated as compared to others period owing to bolting of spinach. This first period was cultivated used two domestic cultivars and six imported cultivars, significantly better growth and higher yield of spinach were recorded in glory, manchuparuk and sunlighr cultivars. The effectiveness of shading on spinach, as expressed by the crop yield increase, was the highest in the planting from July 1 to August 24.

  • 사일리지용 옥수수 만파재배시 잡초방제를 위해서 알라유제 + 씨마네수화제외 4종의 제초제를 공시하여 6처리 난괴법 3반복으로 시험을 수행한 결과 얻어진 성적을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 제초제 처리후 옥수수 출현은 처리간 차이 없이 양호하여 공시한 제초제 모두 옥수수에 약해를 미치지 않았다. 2. 제초제 처리별 잡초방제는 기존처리구인 알라유제 + 씨마네수화제 처리구보다는 파라코액제, 글라신액제, 글루포시네이트암모늄액제 및 설포세이트액제를 추가한 처리구에서 방제율 92-94%로 우수하였다.(중략)

  • A propeller has been considered as one of the most critical elements in propelling ships. However, only a little research on the marine propeller has been carried out. Furthermore, fractures of the propeller have been frequently caused by fatigue, but only tensile strength, yield strength and elongation are discussed in Register of Shipping. For the above reasons, we have evaluated strength properties of A1BC3 and HBsC1, both which have been used for the marine propeller by using air jet chisel and then, presented a method of improving the strength.

Investigation of Fungicide Response of Streptomyces spp. Isolated from Rhizosphere in Zoysiagrass (한국 잔디 근권에서 분리된 Streptomyces spp.의 살균제에 대한 반응조사)

  • Streptomyces spp. isolated from turfgrass rhizosphere and tested for their response to large-patch control fungicides. The tested fungicides were actually used in golf course or turfgrass cultivation to prevent large-patch disease. Tolerance to 3 triazole group of the strains was the highest to the PR fungicide, and following the SR fungicide, whereas the isolated strains were no tolerance to HR fungicide. Tolerances to three kind of Strobilurin group were similar for the all of the tested Streptomyces spp.. Growth and sporulation of the all strain was normal in CB and AP fungicide treatments. However no spore formulated in double concentration. Strains, tolerance to acetanilide fungicides, appeared that KT fungicide tolerance was higher than MK fungicide. The selected strains showed strong tolerance against AT fungicide but have no tolerance to ATR fungicides. In conclusion, the bacterial strains showed tolerance against 1 carbamate, 1 organophosphate and 1 cyanopyrrole group, while have no tolerance against two mixture formulations (1 Quinone + Strobilurin and 1 Imidazole + Triazole).

Toxicity Evaluation of Tar Colors by Water Fleas and Luminescent Bacteria (물벼룩과 형광성 박테리아를 이용한 타르색소의 독성평가)

  • In Korea, we assign the chemical substances of 535 types as toxic substance. Only 10% of the 535 toxic substances are being managed by the Ministry of Environment related with water quality standard. Tar color is also one of chemical substances, but we have the lacks for the information of tar colors about the environmental effects of aquatic ecosystem. This study performed the test of bioassay using Water Fleas and Luminescent Bacteria. The tar has 7 types of colors allowed as the edible color and we evaluate the toxicities of 5 tar colors out of 7 colors and we would like to provide the informations for further study as we perform the toxicity test for the samples of 5 tar colors. We did the toxicity test of using Water Fleas From the results, we obtained the magnitudes of toxicity in order of Red No.2, Yellow No.5, Red No.3, Yellow No.4, Blue No.1. As the result based on Microtox Acute Toxicity Test using Luminescent Bacteria with the standard of 15min-EC50, we obtained in order of Yellow No.5, Food Red No.3, Red No.2, Yellow No.4, Blue No.1. We could expect the tar colors may have different effects on the aquatic ecosystem, respectively and it may influence to the aquatic ecosystem and the human, because of bioconcentration by food chain when toxicity of the tar colors overflow in the aquatic ecosystem.
