Recovery method of silicon wafer from defective products generated from manufacturing process of silicon solar cells was studied. The removal effect of the N layer and antireflection coating (ARC) of the waste solar cell were investigated at room temperature ($25^{\circ}C$) by variation of concentration of $H_3PO_4$, $NH_4HF_2$, and concentration and types of chelating agent. Removal efficiency was the best in the conditions; 10 wt% $H_3PO_4$ 2.0 wt% $NH_4HF_2$, 1.5 wt% Hydantoin. Increasing the concentration of $H_3PO_4$, the surface contamination degree was increased and the thickness of the silicon wafe became thicker than the thickness before surface treatment because of re-adsorption on the silicon wafer surface by electrostatic attraction of the fine particles changed to (+). The etching method by mixed solution of $H_3PO_4$-$NH_4HF_2$-chelating agents was expected to be great as an alternative to conventional RCA cleaning methods and as the recycle method of waste solar cells, because all processes are performed at room temperature, the process is simple, and less wastewater, the removal efficiency of the surface of the solar cell was excellent.

In this study, the physical properties of water-dispersible polyurethane resins synthesized with polyammonium phosphate and HMDI were studied by coating film samples and full-grain surfaces. Solvent resistance was found to be unchanged in all samples, and in terms of tensile strength, DPU-AP3 (1.887 kgf/㎟) containing the most ammonium polyphosphate showed the lowest physical properties. The elongation rate was measured as 54 8% in the sample containing a large amount of ammonium polyphosphate. Abrasion resistance was measured as 548 mg.loss of a sample containing a lot of ammonium polyphosphate, and it was confirmed that the physical properties of the blended resin of ammonium polyphosphate and water-dispersible polyurethane were changed.

Construction waste is recycled and used for the efficient and eco-friendly disposal of construction waste increasing due to reconstruction and redevelopment project and so on. There is recycled aggregate as a typical case. And this recycled aggregate shows strong alkalinity due to calcium hydroxide, and causes many environmental problems. Therefore, this is a study on reduction in the strong alkalinity of recycled aggregate by using sodium phosphate based ammonium in order to reduce the pH of recycled aggregate. Besides, a possibility that a pH reducing agent of recycled aggregate could be applied to a site was evaluated. As a result, it was possible to verify that pH decreased as the percentage of pH reducing agent increased. It is thought that the pH reducing agent can be applied to a site by methods such as immersion and spray using the pH reducing agent in the process of producing recycled aggregates.
Soaking treated in 20% aqueous solutions of $(NH_4)_2SO_4$, $NH_4H_2PO_4$, $(NH_4)_2HPO_4$, $Na_2B_4O_7-H_3BO_3$(60:40) and Minalith, the mixed salts for 9 hrs. the wet 3.5mm meranti (Parashorea spp.) plywoods were press-dried at 90, 120 and $150^{\circ}C$ and put to static bending test to examine the influence of redrying temperature on the strength of fire-retardant treated plywoods ill flexure. While water-soaking treatment (control) showed serious reduction in Stress at proportional limit, MOE, MOR, Work per unit volume at $150^{\circ}C$, all the fire-retardant treatments maintained bending strength even at $150^{\circ}C$ and showed rather increased values in case of some chemicals. In view of drying rate and maintenance of strength, the most pertinent platen temperature was $150^{\circ}C$ and Borax-Boric acid was the predominant fire-retardant in this study.
This research was conducted to examine the feasibility of developing fire retardant particleboard and complyboard. Particleboard were manufactured using meranti particle(Shorea spp.)made with Pallmann chipper, and complyboard meranti particle and apitong veneer (Dipterocarpus spp.). Particles were passed through 4mm (6 mesh) and retained on 1mm (25 mesh). Urea formaldehyde resin was added 10 percent on ovendry weight of particle. Face veneer for complyboard was 0.9, 1.6 and 2.3mm in thickness and spread with 36 g/(30.48 cm)$^2$ glue on one side. Veneers were soaked with 10 percent solution of five fire retardant chemicals (diammonium phosphate, ammonium sulfate, monoammonium phosphate, Pyresote and Minalith), and particles with 5, 10, 15 and 20 percent solution of five chemicals. Particleboard and complyboard were evaluated on physical and mechanical properties, and fire retardancy. The results obtained were summarized as follows. 1. Among five fire retardant chemicals treated to particleboard and complyboard, the retention of ammonium sulfate in 5 percent solution showed the lowest as 1.39 kg/(30.48 cm)$^3$ exceeding the minimum retention of 1.125 kg/(30.48 cm)$^3$ recommended by Forest Products Laboratory and Koch. 2. Particleboard and complyboard treated with diammonium phosphate showed higher modulus of rupture (MOR), modulus of elasticity (MOE), internal bond strength and screw holding power than those with the other chemicals. 3. MOR and MOE of complyboard treated with fire retardant chemicals were greater than those of fire retardant particleboard. 4. Thickness swelling of fire retardant complyboard was lower than that of fire retardant particleboard. 5. The moisture content of the boards treated with Pyresote and Minalith increased and with monoammonium phosphate reduced. 6. Fire retardant particleboard showed no ignition, and fire retardant complyboard started ignition, but time required to ignite was prolonged comparing the controlboard. Complyboard with only shell veneer treated showed ignition and lingering flame, but lingering flame time was shorter than controlboard. Complyboard with treated both core and veneer showed ignition but not lingering flame. 7. Flame length, carbonized area and weight loss were smaller than controlboard but had no significant difference among chemicals treated. 8. Temperature of unexposed surface of fire retardant particleboard was lowered with the increasing concentration of five chemicals. 9. Temperature of unexposed surface of fire retardant particleboard was lowered with the highest in Pyresote and the lowest in Minalith. 10. Temperature of unexposed surface of fire retardant complyboard was lower than that of controlboard.

Building structures are generally large in size and have a long life, and the construction of such structures requires the investment of a huge amount of money and social infrastructure. Furthermore, building structures are closely related to people's life. Recently, however, the rapid development of society has been worsening air pollution, which is in turn accelerating the degradation of building structures. Thus, the safety of building structure is emerging as a critical issue. To cope with this problem, the government enacted "The Special Act on Safety Control for Infrastructure" but we need engineers' higher concern over the maintenance and reinforcement of existing structures. Recently researches are being made actively on repair mortar using ultra rapid hardening cement for recovering the performance of structures. The present study conducted an experiment on the basic physical properties of ultra rapid hardening mortar for repairing and reinforcing building structures using magnesia cement and mono-ammonium phosphate. In the experiment, we changed the water-cement ratio and carried out replacement at different ratio of MAP/MgO(%). We used retarder to have working life, and made comparative analysis through evaluating working life and fluidity and measuring strength by age.

Phosphate based inhibitor is playing a decisive role in inhibiting the corrosion of steel rebar in chloride condition. We have used different amount of ammonium phosphate monobasic (APMB) as corrosion inhibitor in mortar with different amount of chloride ions. The compressive strength, flexural strength, open circuit potential (OCP), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), potentiodynamic polarization resistance (PPR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Raman spectroscopy were performed to access the effect of inhibitor on corrosion resistance. As the amount of inhibitor is increased, the compressive strength increased. The electrochemical results show that as the amount of inhibitor and chloride ions are increased, the total impedance and corrosion resistance of steel rebar increased attributed to the formation of the stable oxide films onto the steel rebar surface. It is suggested that APMB can work in high concentration of chloride ions present in concrete where phosphate ion helps in formation of stable and protective phosphate based oxide film.
Nephrolithiasis is the most common disorder of the urinary tract in hospitalized patients, more frequently increased in 30~50 years of age, more common in males than in females, prior right stone to left side, and than upper ureteral stone is found in cultural country, while lower ureteral stone is increased in uncultural country. Stone components are classified as calcium oxalate, calcium phosphate, magnesium ammonium phosphate, uric acid, cystine, and their mixed stone, respectively. According to the pathophysiology of urinary stones, supersaturation/crystalization of inorganic salt concentration in urine, organic matrix, inhibitor deficiency, and epitaxy theory could be based on the stone formation. Not only hypercalciuria, hyperparathyroidism, hyperoxaluria, hyperuricosuria, and cystinuria, but also renal tubular acidosis, hypervitaminosis D, and peptic ulcer, are significantly associated with nephrolithiasis. In this study upper ureteral stone component were analyzed with chemical analysis, infrared spectrum, and image analyzer from K43 patient wit erosive gastritis. As the results, mixed stone of calcium oxalate dihydrate and calcium phosphate apatite was identified, the values of clinical test in blood and urine maintained normal revels. The relapsing urinary stone from K43 have no correlation between factors for stone formation reported early, also have no evidence for risk from erosive gastritis.
This study explored how simultaneous treatment of monoammonium phosphate (MAP) and boric acid for Pinus densiflora and Populus euramericana influenced the properties such as fire resistance, preservation against Trametes versicolor and Tyromyces palustris, and compressive strength of the treated woods. For specific gravity and compressive strength, the treated woods were higher than the non-treated ones. For the analytical features observed by SEM, the cell walls of the non-treated woods were extremely destructed by T. palustris and T. versicolor while the treated ones relatively remained intact. Especially, P euramericana was more readily exposed to the attack of the rot fungi than P. densiflora.
