From a point of view of suggesting the method to avoid ship's collision, the speed of ships has to be considered sufficiently according to encounter angle of ships. But the new safe-guard ring of ship's collision avoidance support model in the close quarters is established assuming that the ratio of own ship' speed to a target ship's speed is less than about 1.7. Therefore in this paper, as doing a study concerned with the establishment of safe-guard ring reflected the encounter angle and the speed of ships, we will propose the new model of ship collision avoidance for safe maneuver of ship's collision avoidance.

Recently, one of the research topics is wireless Ad-Hoc network minimizing power consumption because of limited power. We propose optimal power allocation scheme of each transmit node and derive performance analysis of system that recently designed Double opportunistic relay system which fixed branch receiver to use more than efficient power consumption. Optimal power location scheme is shown that outage probability has always better performance than equal power allocation. Furthermore, we are known that outage probability is minimized by increasing average transmit relays to obtain the diversity gain when average channel power gain is less.

위성통신에서는 위성에 실린 고가의 중계기를 가능하면 많은 지구국이 공용하는 편이 효율적이 된다. 그 때문에 중계기에 할당된 주파수 대역을 나누어 각 지구국에 할당해야 한다. 또 자동차와 휴대전화 등의 이동통신에서도 기지국과 이동기를 연결하는 무선회선에서는 다수의 가입자가 제한된 무선을 이용할 수 있는 것과 같은 방법을 사용할 필요가 있다.

최근 국가 정보화 프로젝트의 일부분으로 전자도서관시스템이 개발되고 있으며 각 대학과 기업은 나름대로 전자도서관 구축에 힘쓰고 있다. 이 글에서는 최근 전자도서관 구축에 이용되는 요소기술들을 살펴본다. 특히 다양한 전자도서관 기반 기술들 가운데 현재 도서관 분야에서 적용이 가능한 기술들을 중심으로 언급할 것이다. 그리고 현재 국내에서 개발되어 운영되거나 판매되고 있는 제품들을 소개하고자 한다. 다만 여기에서는 제한된 여건상 모든 제품들을 소개하지 못하고 대표적인 제품들만을 소개하기로 한다.

정부는 그동안 부정당업체가 언제까지 입찰 제한을 받는지 명시적으로 규정하고 있지 않아 처분 대상자의 법적 안정성을 심각하게 해친다는 문제점을 보완하기 위해 부정당업자 입찰 참가자격 제한제도에 제척기간을 도입하는 등 국가를 당사자로 하는 계약에 관한 법률을 개정했다. 또한 부정당업자 제재처분에 대한 정보를 공개키로 했으며, 법령 시행령 시행규칙 등에 나뉘어 있던 제재요건 내용을 합쳐 국가계약법에 각 제재 사유를 직접 명시했다.

다중사용자 다중안테나 시스템은 높은 성능 이득을 가지기 때문에 현재 활발히 연구가 진행되고 있다. 그러나 다중사용자 시스템은 필연적으로 간섭이 발생하게 된다. 송신단이 각 수신단의 채널 정보를 완전히 알면 기존의 간섭제거 기법으로 완벽히 간섭을 제거할 수 있지만 제한된 피드백 환경에서는 그럴 수 없다. 제한된 피드백 환경에서는 채널을 양자화 해야 되는데 양자화 기법으로는 벡터 양자화와 스칼라 양자화 기법이 있다. 일반적으로는 벡터 양자화가 스칼라 양자화 보다 성능이 더 좋다고 알려져 있다. 본 논문에서는 벡터 양자화와 스칼라 양자화의 성능을 비교하고 그 차이가 어느 정도 되는 지 실험결과를 통해서 알아보겠다.

This thesis presents a new VHDL intermediate format CDDG(Control Dominated Data Graph) and a minimal constrained scheduling algorithm for an optimal control dominated ASIC design. CDDG is a control flow graph which represents conditional branches and loops efficiently. Also it represents data dependency and such constraints as hardware resource and timing. In the proposed scheduling algorithm, the constraints using the inclusion and overlap relation among subgraphs. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm has been proven by the experiment with the benchmark examples.

인터넷이 일반인들에게 널리 활용되면서 웹 사이트의 수가 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있으며, 각각의 웹 사이트에 저장된 정보의 양도 급속히 증가하고 있다. 따라서, 웹 사이트에서 자신이 보유한 정보를 방문자들이 쉽게 검색할 수 있도록 자체 검색 서비스를 제공해야 하는 필요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 이를 위해, 각 웹 사이트의 정보를 중앙 데이타베이스에 저장하고. 검색 범위를 자신의 사이트에서 제공한 데이타에 제한하여 검색하는 사이트 제한 검색이 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 오디세우스 정보검색용 객체관계형 DBMS 를 사용하여 사이트 제한 검색을 효율적으로 구현하는 두 가지 방법을 제안한다. 다음으로, 본 논문에서 제안한 사이트 제한 검색의 구현 방법은 대용량 데이타베이스에서 사이트 제한 검색을 수행하더라도 검색 속도가 전혀 저하되지 않음을 실험을 통해 입증한다.

다등급 보안 자료기지 관리체계는 하위 등급의 자료에 대한 쓰기 연산 및 상위 등급의 자료에 대한 읽기 연산을 불허하여, 상위 등급의 자료가 하위 등급의 거래에 노출되는 것을 방지한다. 하지만, 전통적인 다등급 보안 자료기지 관리체계는 서로 상이한 등급간 거래의 공모로 생성될 수 있는 비밀 경로는 차단할 수 없다. 이러한 비밀 경로의 생성을 막기 위한 여러 연구가 다중 버전의 환경 및 제한된 버전의 환경 하에서 수행되어 왔다. 하지만 다중 버전에 기반한 기법은 상위 등급의 거래가 지나치게 오래된 버전의 자료를 읽을 뿐 아니라 버전 관리를 위하여 추가적인 부담이 요구된다는 단점이 있고, 제한된 버전에 기반한 기법은 항상 상위 등급 거래의 지연 및 철회를 강요한다는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 제한된 버전 하에서 직렬화 가능성 그래프 검사 기법을 사용하여, 각 보안 등급간의 형평성을 높일 수 있는 비밀경로 생성 방지 기법을 제안한다.
