Safety and Reliability assessments of Avionics Parts must be conducted essentially in the step of disign and manufacture as it constitutes a major field of aircraft critical operation. Recently Avionics parts fabrication techniques are continuously developing by applying digital techniques. Airborne computer is being adopted on an aircraft for flight is being adopted on an aircraft for flight safety augmentation and simplification of controls including reduction of human error. Therefore inspection and evaluation procedures should be developed in order to accomodate such trends. The number of avionics parts is approximitely 72% of total TSO parts, so it is expected high added-values through manufactures of TSO parts in aircraft industries. Particuarly avionics parts must be manufacturered with our own technology to be used in Mid-class aircraft which will be developed soon. Along with this, preparation of Certification Procedures is essential for Avionics Parts.

The role of the integrated development environment is very important in software development of a development project. After many developers develop different modules, software product is completed through compile, debugging, integration, testing, and distribution. However, bugs and various issues in the development process cause problems such as quality deterioration of software product and dissatisfaction with requirements. So the need for automated testing to avoid these problems and improve quality has increased. In this study, we propose test automation modules of four perspectives to improve quality throughout the test automation in an integrated development environment. Each automation module operates through the tool chain of an integrated build framework implemented on the devops.

At the point of changing from the capacity qualification of temporary equipments for building to safety certification system, the meaning of qualification and the present state of main products are evaluated for Capacity qualification system and compare with related system in developed country. These suggest classification of temporary equipments for building construction in safety certification. Now, present state of the capacity qualification system is estimated; according to the reforming system from restating law in 2003, there are a lot of changing of application in every 3 years because of that. The ability of Making business is improved by checking again but, there are limitation to constantly keep the safety as the system to approve form about sent imitation products. Changing from the capacity qualification system to safely certification system make to include the structure of the qualification system and make a plan standard. It make least panic in the building market and set up some standards for capacity by changing building circumstance. The classification of temporary equipment for building construction in safety certification from the module of quotation form classify each duty quotation item, self-regulation safely verification item and option quotation item, these will more improve the system form and quality of temporary equipment for building than before.

As technology has developed, companies in Korea change the object which improve the quality of product to meet customer satisfaction not to produce products more. 우리나라에서 발생하는 전기선로의 사고에 대하여 한국전력공사, 한국전기안전공사 등의 기관에서 자료를 조사하고 수집하여 통계자료를 제공하는데 그 자료를 기초로 하여 제품의 불량으로 인한 사고를 조사한 결과 전체 전기선로 사고의 $30{\sim}40%$를 차지하고 있고, 제품불량의 원인으로는 개발제품의 변형, 작업자 실수, 원재료 품질불량, 개발시험 미실시, 검수시험 일부항목 시험생략, 개발시험 후 규격변경내용에 대한 성능검증 미확인 등으로 분류할 수 있으며, 중전기기 제품불량으로 인한 피해를 최소화 하기 위한 방안으로서 제품인증 업무 활성화, 전문분야별 기술교육 실시, 부품의 품질향상을 위한 연구개발, 수입품에 대하여 국산제품과 동일한 기준 적용 등의 방법을 제안하였다.

This study investigated the management environment of medium and small business by examining the role of medium and small business in national economics, the change in management condition, and the problems in quality and technique. Also we analyzed problems in the past quality control activity of our medium and small business, and examined the driving direction and intorduction method of QM. And to understand the effect of manager's concern in quality management to observe the quality system before and after introduction of QM A target for this investigation is the medium and small business which has introduced QM through ISO 9000.
