Recently with the rapid development of data communication products and service industry, the system on behalf of users for multimedia services such as VoD(Video on Demand), Teleshopping are at the height of development, However, if the new style products and services do not conform to the international standard, the products will come to lose the competitive power in the market. Therefore, it is essential to have conformance testing considered the properties of related protocol for the interoperability of the products and services. As a systematic and efficient conformance testing method of new products in respect of the main protocol of DAVIC(Digital Audio Visual Council) standard, this paper presents the protocol test methodology and architecture ; a single protocol stack an the related protocol stacks testing.

사물인터넷 기술은 다양한 제품과 서비스를 통해 우리생활 곳곳에서 빠르게 현실화되고 있으며, 특히 사물인터넷을 기반으로 하는 스마트홈 시장이 급속도로 성장하고 있는 중이다. 여러 글로벌 제조사들은 이러한 흐름에 따라 스마트홈 서비스를 주축으로 소비자 중심의 다양한 스마트홈 제품들을 출시하고 있다. 그러나 현재 스마트홈은 제조사마다 독립적인 플랫폼을 개발하고 이에 연동되는 특정 디바이스 및 서비스만 제공하기 때문에 소비자 입장에서는 폐쇄적인 시스템이라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 단순히 스마트홈 디바이스의 제어뿐만 아니라 IFTTT 플랫폼과 연동하여 자동화 서비스를 지원하고, DIY 제품을 등록하여 사용자 환경에 따라 커스텀 디자인이 가능하도록 하는 스마트 홈서비스 서버를 설계하였다.

All industrial Products of today are various demand of customers and are switchovered the manufacturing system of a small quantity batch production. Its life cycle was very shortened. An enterprise is improved to satisfaction with external customers and internal customers of infinity competition time. They can exist on achieving customer satisfaction management. In this paper, a new implementation of service information system (SIS) with real time using RFID and X-Internet in Ubiquitous environments is proposed. The proposed SIS system has Web architecture based on XML and has a new X-Internet environment overcoming limitation of Client/server architecture. The service information system analyze its material data and suppress the same CLAIM creation. The implementation method of real time SIS system using RFID and X-Internet is proposed for contribution of business market reducing F-Cost.

본 논문은 고객의 관리 및 서비스의 중요성이 강조되고 기존의 마케팅 방법들이 온라인을 기반으로 한 고객 마케팅으로 바뀌는 경향에 따라 고객의 만족도를 반영한 고객지원시스템을 제안한다. 고객의 제품사용 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 고객을 수준에 따라 분류하여 수준별 학습에 따른 정보서비스를 제공함으로써 비즈니스 퍼포먼스를 향상시키는 방법을 제안하였다. 또한 전문가에 의해 검증된 지식을 각 항목의 제품평가 기준으로 설정하고 삼각퍼지 수에 의한 컨텐츠만족도 평가를 통해 고객 의사의 반영비율을 알 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안한 고객중심의 지원시스템은 고객관리 및 서비스지원부문에 활용 쥘 수 있을 것이다.

최근 IoT 기술이 홈케어, 헬스케어, 자동차, 교통, 농업, 제조업 등 다양한 분야에 적용되면서 신성장 동력의 핵심으로 IoT 서비스를 제공하거나 IoT 환경을 자체적으로 구축하여 산업현장에 도입하려는 기업이나 기관이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 IoT 환경은 인터넷을 통해 현실세계와 IoT 디바이스가 직접 연결되는 특성으로 인해서 IoT 보안의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있으며 IoT를 이용한 보안 사고 사례 및 취약점이 지속적으로 발표되면서 IoT 보안 위험 또한 계속 증가되고 있다. 이렇게 IoT 환경에는 많은 취약점과 보안 위협이 존재하기에 IoT 제품의 최초 설계/개발 단계부터 배포/설치/구성 단계, 운영/관리/폐기 단계까지 IoT 제품 및 서비스의 각 단계별로 보안 요구사항과 가이드라인을 적용하여 보안을 내재화하고 IoT 제품 및 서비스를 도입하는 사용자 입장에서 IoT 보안에 대해서 관심을 가지고 스스로 확인 할 수 있도록 보안 점검 기준이 필요하다. 본고에서는 IoT 디바이스의 특성과 보안 요구사항에 따른 보안 원칙 및 보안 가이드를 살펴보고 IoT 기술을 산업현장에 적용하고자 하는 기관/기업에 적용 가능한 IoT 디바이스의 보안 점검 기준을 제시한다.

This study examines the economic ripple effect on the domestic information security manufacturing and service sectors through input-output analysis. The production inducement coefficient of the manufacturing sector is bigger than the average of whole industry, but that of the service sector is smaller than the average. On the other hand, the service sector is superior to the manufacturing sector in the value added and employment inducement coefficients. Forward and backward linkage effects of manufacturing and service sectors are generally lower than those of the average of whole industry. The information security industry has insignificant contribution to national economy and employment growth overall. In particular, the manufacturing sector records minus contribution to employment growth, which means that a lot of effort for increasing employment must be given further on in the sector.

본 논문에서는 OSGi 프레임워크 기반의 지능적인 홈서비스 에이전트 번들에 관한 연구를 통해서 사용자를 위한 자동적인 홈서비스를 제공하는 에이전트 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 제안된 에이전트 번들은 홈 네트워크가 구비된 스마트 홈 환경에서 사용자와 홈 가전과의 지능적인 매개체로서 동작하여 사용자의 행동패턴을 예측하여 필요한 홈 서비스를 사용자가 요청하기 전에 제공하는 역할을 담당한다. 본 논문에서는 OSGi 프레임워크에서의 지능적인 홈 서비스 에이전트 번들에 대한 구조를 제시하며 에이전트 번들에 대한 세부 구성요소에 대한 설명을 한다. 또한 에이전트 번들은 사용자의 생체 데이터를 기반으로 사용자를 위한 지능적인 홈 서비스를 제공하는데 이를 위하여 사용자 생체 데이터를 세분화한 컨텍스트 모델을 제시한다. 에이전트 번들이 지능적으로 동작하기 위하여 머신러닝 기법이 사용되었다. 본 논문에서 제시된 홈 서비스라 함은 OSGi 프레임워크에 연결된 실내 가전제품들을 말하며 홈 서비스 에이전트 번들에서는 사용자의 생체 데이터를 분석하여 사용자가 제공받기를 원하는 가전제품의 서비스 상태를 제시한다. 이 출력 값을 전달받아서 가정 내 가전제품을 제어할 수 있는 가전제어 서비스 번들이 요구되는데 본 논문에서는 가전제어 서비스 번들에 대한 구조에 대하여 설명한다. 차후의 연구에서는 지능적인 홈 서비스 에이전트 번들과 이 번들의 출력 값으로 동작하는 가전제어 서비스 번들 및 부가 서비스 번들에 대한 통합 모델 을 가지는 번들 매니저에 대한 연구가 진행될 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to analyze consumers'choice behavior with regard to information and communication technology(ICT) devices and related services. This research focuses on the relationships not only within each category but also among different categories by considering multiple choice situations in a variety of categories simultaneously. The multivariate probit model with demographic variables and the alternative specific constant model with variance-covariance matrix are estimated using survey data; moreover, the multi-dimensional scaling method is utilized for the presentation of the relationship map. It is evident from the results that some devices and services have a complementary or substitute relationship each other. This study can provide useful information for the development of new products and services by understanding and predicting consumer's behavior.

The prolonged of the Post Corona, many Cosmetic company launched various online services. In this paper, consider about the quality of product recommendation using personal color detecting technology. Using the detecting tool which is most widely used by cosmetic company. we will do a lot of testing with this tool and also testing with color detecting equipment. For precise experimental results, it was conducted in a consistent experimental environment. This experiment can be a foundation that can be well used for the expansion of personalized product recommendation services according to the current image-based skin color measurement.
