Product Design and Manufacture on Safety Hook and X-jog for application in Hoist and Crane (호이스트 및 크레인에 적용 가능한 안전후크와 X-jog 제품 설계 및 제작)

  • In this study, we performed a study on prevention of the escape hoist heavy objects on the basis of the case of a disaster occurring during crane operations. A safety hook of the automatic fastening and coupling method by the conventional coupling method, the weight of the outside consisting of a combination of a safety ring structure was designed and manufactured. The main mechanism three-dimensional detail design and structural analysis confirmed the structure and stability of small strain than the allowable stress of the Safety Hook with X-jog through. Safety factor was confirmed to represent the average 1.5 to 1.2 higher than the safety factor to be considered in the general design structure. Therefore, Safety Hook and X-jog in the present study is to be operated upon structural stability is a structure attached to the hoist and crane are considered sufficient.

  • 전보에서 발표한 바와 같이, 대상 라이너지 제조공장의 습부 운전조건이 지극히 악화되어 있으며 초지 시스템이 지종교체 등의 충격에 전혀 완충작용을 못하는 이유로 는 용수를 포함한 지료의 전하특성을 조절해주지 못하기 때문인 것으로 판단되었다. 특 히 양이온성 고분자로서 유일하게 사용하고 있는 보류향상제가 적절히 작용하지 못하 기 때문에 보류도가 저하되고, 제품내에 보류되지 못한 다량의 미세분이 백수 중에 존 재함으로서 결과적으로 지료의 전기적 특성을 더욱 악화시키는 악순환이 되풀이 되는 것으로 판단되었다. 이와 같이 강하게 음으로 하전된 지료의 전기적 특성을 조절하기 위해서는 양이온성 고분자의 사용량을 증가시키거나 고분자의 전하밀도 또는 분자량을 변화시켜 보는 것이 일반적인 습부첨가제 사용방법이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 대상 습부공정의 조업조건을 호전시키기 위해서는 적절한 보류향상시스 템의 적용이 가장 시급한 현안이라고 판단되어 선규 보류제의 현장적용시험을 수행한 결과, 백수의 COD와 미세분이 격감하고 탈수성이 향상되어 습부공정의 운전조건이 호 전됨을 관측할 수 있었다. 그러나 2달 이상에 걸친 보류제 현장적용시험 기간 중에 생 산된 라이너지의 제반 물성들은 별다른 변화를 관측할 수 없었다. 이는 적용된 보류제 의 상당 부분이 계내의 미세분과 작용하여 소모되기 때문으로 판단되었다. 본 연구에서는 보류제의 투입 이전에 보류제와는 상대적으로 저분자량과 고 전 하밀도를 가진 고분자 전해질 4종을 사용하여 라이너지 지료의 전하를 중화시키고자 하였으며, 이러한 공정으로 생산된 라이너지의 물성변화를 관측하였다. 물성으로는 파 열강도, 압축강도, 습윤인장강도 및 염료 고착능력 등을 살펴보았다.시아노에틸화한 PYA가 안정된 분자구조를 유지하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 시아노에틸화한 PYA용액의 점탄성 평가를 위하여 storage modulus와 loss modulus 를 분석하였다. 일반적 유변특성 평가 결과 PYA용액은 shear-thinning, pseudoplastic 한 특성을 나타내어 표면사이즈 공정에서의 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 사용하는 통계기법 중의 하나인 주성분회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주성분 분석은 여러 개의 반응변수에 대하여 얻어진 다변량 자료의 다차원적인 변 수들을 축소, 요약하는 차원의 단순화와 더불어 서로 상관되어있는 반응변수들 상호간 의 복잡한 구조를 분석하는 기법이다. 본 발표에서는 공정 자료를 활용하여 인공신경망 과 주성분분석을 통해 공정 트러블의 발생에 영향 하는 인자들을 보다 현실적으로 추 정하고, 그 대책을 모색함으로써 이를 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 소개하고자 한다.금 빛 용사 둥과 같은 표면처리를 할 경우임의 소재 표면에 도금 및 용 사에 용이한 재료를 오버레이용접시킨 후 표면처리를 함으로써 보다 고품질의 표면층을 얻기위한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 국내, 외의 오버레이 용접기술의 적용현황 및 대표적인 적용사례, 오버레이 용접기술 및 용접재료의 개발현황 둥을 중심으로 살펴봄으로서 아직 국내에서는 널리 알려지지 않은 본 기 술의 활용을 넓이고자 한다. within minimum time from beginning of the shutdown.및 12.36%, $101{\sim}200$일의 경우 12.78% 및 12.44%, 201일 이상의 경우 13.17% 및 11.30%로 201일 이상의 유기의 경우에만 대조구와 삭

  • 원료의 저급화와 공정의 폐쇄화가 급속히 진행되고 있는 현재의 국내 제지산업 현황을 고려할 때 고품질의 제품을 저렴하게 생산하기 위해서는 화학첨가제의 효과적 활용기술 확립과 이를 통한 초지공정 wet end의 성공적 제어기술이 요청된다. 특히 환경보전과 환 경관련 규제에 부응하기 위하여 초지공정의 무방류화가 점차 가속화되고 있는 현 시점에 서 wet end의 효율적 관리를 위해서는 그 동안 개방형 wet end에서 적용되던 개념의 공 정관리의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 기술 개발이 필요하다. 공정의 폐쇄화에 따른 습부화학적 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 백수의 재활용에 따른 지료 화학적 특성을 평가하고 고분자전해질의 거동을 분석해야 한다. 보류향상제 혹은 탈수촉 진제로서 첨가된 고분자전해질은 그 기능을 수행하기 위해서는 섬유에 흡착이 이루어져 야 하므로 백수로 제조된 지료 내에서 고분자전해질의 흡착 특성을 파악하는 것은 습부에 서 일어나는 현상들에 대한 이해 및 효율적인 공정제어를 위한 첫 단계라 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 실험실적으로 제조된 백수를 이용하여 조성된 지료 내에서 양이온성 구 아 검의 흡착현상을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 폐쇄화의 기준으로 폐쇄화 정도(Level of C Closure ; LC)에 따라 실험을 수행하였다. 여기에서 LC란 총 사용된 물의 양에 대한 지료조성 시 사용되는 백수의 양을 백분율로 나타낸 것이다. 양이온성 구아 검의 흡착을 평가하기 위해 PhenoVsulfuric acid spectrophotometric method를 이용하여 펄프 슬 러리 상등액에 존재하는 미흡착된 양이온성 구아 검의 함량을 측정하였고. 양이온성 구아 검 이 섬유상에 흡착하였을 때 나타나는 섬유의 S-potential 변화와 펄프 상등액의 양이 온 요구량 변화를 평가하였으며 이들의 상관관계를 분석하였다.축력으로 변형시키는데 비해 도침은 단순히 압축 압력만을 종이에 가하는 것이 다르다고 볼 수 있는데, 라 이너지와 백상지가 같은 조건하에서 왜 이러한 큰 차이를 보이는 이유를 아직 알수 없다.해 동일한 공정 데이터들올 이용하여 보편적으로 사용하는 통계기법 중의 하나인 주성분회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주성분 분석은 여러 개의 반응변수에 대하여 얻어진 다변량 자료의 다차원적인 변 수들을 축소, 요약하는 차원의 단순화와 더불어 서로 상관되어있는 반응변수들 상호간 의 복잡한 구조를 분석하는 기법이다. 본 발표에서는 공정 자료를 활용하여 인공신경망 과 주성분분석을 통해 공정 트러블의 발생에 영향 하는 인자들을 보다 현실적으로 추 정하고, 그 대책을 모색함으로써 이를 최소화할 수 있는 방안을 소개하고자 한다.금 빛 용사 둥과 같은 표면처리를 할 경우임의 소재 표면에 도금 및 용 사에 용이한 재료를 오버레이용접시킨 후 표면처리를 함으로써 보다 고품질의 표면층을 얻기위한 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 따라서 국내, 외의 오버레이 용접기술의 적용현황 및 대표적인 적용사례, 오버레이 용접기술 및 용접재료의 개발현황 둥을 중심으로 살펴봄으로서 아직 국내에서는 널리 알려지지 않은 본 기 술의 활용을 넓이고자 한다. within minimum time from beginning of the shutdown.및 12.36%, $101{\sim}200$일의 경우 12.78% 및 12.44%, 201일 이상의 경우 13.17% 및 11.30%로 201일 이상의 유기의 경우에만 대조구와 삭제 구간에 유의적인(p<0.05) 차이를 나타내었다.는 담수(淡水)에서 10%o의 해수(海水)로 이주된지 14일(日) 이후에 신장(腎臟)에서 수축된 것으로 나타났다. 30%o의 해수(海水)에 적응(適應)된 틸라피아의 평균 신사구체(腎絲球體)의 면적은 담수

  • The thesis examines genealogical study of various aspects to overcome lots of problems which come by when we execute SWIFTNet TSU BPO. Practical implications regarding the innovation of electronic trade infrastructure are as follows. First, the shipping documents in the SWIFTNet TSU BPO are directly sent to an importer by an exporter after the baseline is confirmed. With this process itself, therefore, the bank cannot secure the account receivable. When initiating the SWIFTNet TSU BPO deal, it is needed to set regulations on the bank's account receivable security in the contract. Second, the SWIFTNet TSU BPO should also have an institutionally unified sharing platform with security, stability and convenience. It other words, it is needed to develop services which meet e-payment paradigm and international environments through continued analysis on market changes and flow. Third, the SWIFTNet TSU is useful in terms of promptness, reduction of risk in foreign exchange payment, cost reduction. Therefore, the SWIFT should be perfectly united and linked among the banks, importer and exporter to make the SWIFTNet TSU more convenient in countries around the world. Fourth, the SWIFT should be approached from the aspect of expansion of network and creation of a new business model through analysis on these problems with a worldwide perspective. At the same time, it is necessary to build a cooperative system to share information and promote comprehensive management for efficient operation.

The Influence of Perceived Relational Benefits on Relational Commitment and Customer Loyalty in Internet Clothing Purchase (인터넷 의류구매에서의 관계혜택지각이 관계몰입과 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • Companies can build a close relationship by providing benefits that consumers want. As long relationships between consumer and company are stressed these days, it is very important for the growth and development of companies to assess what benefits consumers perceive and how they reflect them to their buying behaviors. Thus, this study aims to examine the relational benefits that consumers perceive in internet clothing purchase and how these perceived relational benefits affects relational commitment and customer loyalty. This study surveyed 343 male and female in their 20s and 30s for empirical analysis who have ever purchased clothing through internet shopping malls. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, ANOVA analysis, Duncan test, and ${\chi}^2$-test are carried out using SPSS for Windows 12.0 for statistical analysis. The results are as follows. First, the dimensions of relational benefits perceived by consumers in internet clothing purchase are found 6 including customization, economic, psychological, social, shopping convenience, and informational. Second, consumers' perception of relational benefits significantly affect on relational commitment and loyalty, thus consumers with greater recognition of relational benefits have higher relational commitment and loyalty. Third, based on the dimensions of consumer's perceived relational benefit, consumers are categorized into 6 types: group perceiving social benefit, group perceiving economic/shopping convenience benefit, group perceiving shopping convenience benefit, group perceiving customization benefit, group perceiving informational benefit, and group perceiving psychological benefit. The group perceiving customization benefits have higher relational commitment and loyalty than the others. It is expected that this study will help internet companies establish customer relationship management strategies, which are needed to promote relationships with customers and to enhance customers' loyalty to internet shopping malls.

  • The present paper relates to an analysis into patent applications by most exemplary patent-filing countries using time series analysis for a patented technology in which washing water in a water purifier is changed to magnetization hexagon water beneficial to human body, particularly the patented technology being to a magnetization hexagon water producing technology in which a magnetizer is mounted at an inlet pipe into which washing water is introduced to a water purifier, whereby the washing water is changed into magnetization hexagon water that is beneficial to human body for hygienic maintenance and use of bidet and toilet. In view of patent application trends in magnetization hexagon water producing technology fields, it can be easily noted from the analysis that a large portion of patent applications for the magnetization hexagon water producing technology comes from Korea and Japan, while USA and European countries are decreasing the number of patent applications and applicants. Therefore, there is a constant need of continuously observing the patent-filing trends in Korea and Japan in light of protection of patent rights in businesses that utilize the magnetization hexagon water. In view of the fact that many researches on and developments of products related to magnetization hexagon water are expected in the future, relevant producers and research institutes may effectively utilize the present paper in industrialization and patent research of the magnetization hexagon water.

Investigation of wearing behaviors and consumer's needs for summer golf wear (하절용 골프웨어의 착용실태 및 소비자 요구도)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate consumer's needs for golf wear and to suggest a direction of product development and planning, based on the analysis of golfer's needs. The subjects used for the research were 150 male and female golfers who were in golf practice fields. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, t-test and Duncan test. In summary, the results of this study were as followers; Dimensions of consumer's needs for golf wear were extracted from factor analysis as following properties; fashion/design property, textile property, hygiene property, body-shaped property. The most important consumer's need for golf wear was "wearing comfort" and second one was "moisture absorbency" Respondents evaluated that wearing comfort, stretchability, tactile, size of golf wear were very important but price, pilling, shrinkage or color-fading after laundry of golf wear were relatively less important. The evaluation of consumer's needs for golf wear according to demographic information had significant difference. The female golfers were found to consider that fiber characteristics, easy-to-laundry, wrinkle resistance, stretchability, sewing quality were relatively more important, when compared with the male golfers. Also, There were significant differences on the evaluation of consumer's needs for golf wear on fiber characteristics, stretchability, brand name between age groups.

  • In this paper, we have studied the OCT(Optical Coherence Tomography) system which has been advantages of high resolution, 2-D cross-sectional images, low cost and small size configuration. The characteristics of light source determine the resolution and coherence length. The light source has a commercial SLD with a central wavelength of 1,285 ill11, 35.3 nm(FWHM). The optical delay line is necessary to make equal with the optical path length to scattered light or reflected light from a sample. In order to make equal the optical path length, the stage that is attached to a reference mirror is controled by a step motor. And the interferometer is configured with the Michelson interferometer by using a single mode fiber, and the scanner can be focused on the sample by using a reference ann Also, the 2-dimension cross-sectional images were measured with scanning the transverse direction of the sample by using a step motor. After detecting the internal signal of lateral direction, a scanner is moved to obtain the cross-sectional image of 2-dimension by using step motor. A photodiode, which has high detection sensitivity and excellent noise characteristics has been used. The detected small signal has a noise and interference. After filtering and amplifying the signal, the output signal is demodulated the waveform And then, a cross-sectional image is seen through converting this signal into a digitalized signal by using an AID converter. The resolution of the sample is about 30${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, which corresponds to the theoretical resolution. Also, the cross-sectional images of onion cells were measured in real time scheme.

  • This study examines the communication status and strategies of geological resource related companies in Korea through the comparison with American companies. Through this analysis, this study is to draw the domestic companies' characteristics and problems on communication, and even to suggest how to execute the communication about geo-technologies at national level. The results indicate that geo-technologies related compaies in Korea don't use a lot of advertising communication as means of providing informations about corporate itself, corporate activities, and it's product, etc. And the companies using advertising communication tend to execute more organization advertising focusing on corporate image than product advertising. The advertising utilized by geological resource related companies is usually targeted at consumers, they don't use advertising endorser actively. And all the companies analyzed in this study have their own website and run it. This study provides some recommendations on communication strategies and executions for various geo-technologies related organizations.   • In 2005, Giorgetto Giugiaro unveiled the Ferrari GG50 at the 50th anniversary celebration of his design career. Beginning his career at the age of 17, he is a master designer who has achieved design revolution by uniting creativity, design methodology, and technology. He has been awarded a number of international prizes for his exquisite achievements and reputation for car design. Carrozzeria of ITAL DESIGN, founded by Giugiaro, is a company whose ideas combine cutting-edge technology and high quality craftsmanship. Beginning in car design, ITAL DESIGN achieved a positive reputation internationally and, since 1999, has expanded even more rapidly under its new name, ITAL DESIGN-GIUGIARO. The owner of 12 affiliates worldwide, all service systems are buyer-oriented, ensuring the highest level of technical consulting.
