Analysis of emergy comsumption for Hybrid Gait Orthosis (하이브리드 보행보조장치의 에너지 소모도 비교분석)

  • It is a challenging task to make the paraplegic to walk with out the assist of the caregiver. So, we have developed various type of gait orthosis for paraplegic during the five years lately. The purpose of this study ultimately is energy consumption test of serveral type gait orthosis for developing the high efficiency gait orthosis. From the experimental results, the oxygen consumption rate were 6.9$\pm$3.3ml/kg in RGO gait, 5.3$\pm$1.3ml/kg in PGO, and 6.2$\pm$3ml/kg in HGO gait. The maximum hip flexion angle were 16$^{\circ}$ in RGO , 15$^{\circ}$ in PGO, and 47.5$^{\circ}$. in HGO. As a result It was found that. Hybrid Gait Orthosis need high energy consumption more than PGO for walking, but it is small weight and strengthened muscle.

  • PGO(Powered Gait Orthosis) mounted with pneumatic muscle as an actuator is upgraded model from RGO(Replicate Gait Orthosis) for paraplegia patients to walk easy and safe. Pneumatic muscles supply powers to both hip joint during PGO gait. The objective of this research is to develop the PGO gait simulation model. Dynamic model of PGO linkage system is processed. Mathematical model of pneumatic muscle was developed and combined it with PGO linkage system. Developed simulation model will be used as a tool for evaluation of the efficiency of pneumatic muscle and for analysis the PGO system.

  • In this study, swing phase dynamic simulation of above-knee prosthesis is performed. The prosthesis consists of a single axis knee mechanism and pneumatic cylinder. The numerical modelling of the prosthesis is analyzed in two dimensions. The governing equation of thermodynamical pneumatic cylinder model is applied to construct the control of lower limb during swing phase. Knee flexion angle with respect to the orifice diameter of the pneumatic cylinder is produced. This analysis will be very useful to the design of pneumatic cylinder in prosthesis.

  • In this study, an experiments and numerical simulation of a three chamber pneumatic cylinder for an intelligent AK-knee prosthesis is performed. The cylinder has a variable orifice which can be controlled automatically through a microprocessor controller as needed while amputee gaits. In the experiment, the cylinder was driven by a cam whose trajectory of simulates the normal gait and axial forces of cylinder with different of orifice opening was measured. The numerical simulations was based on thermodynamic and fluid mechanical consideration. The experimental results and the numerical results were in good agreement.

  • This paper presents a design of seat mechanism for multi-postures controllable wheelchair. The possible seat postures are reclining, tilting, standing, which are controlled by four seat mechanisms using four linear actuators. The seat mechanisms designed in this study are reclining, tilting, forward-tilting, and elevation mechanism. Three postures except standing are controlled by corresponding mechanisms, but the standing posture is performed by combination of the reclining and the forward-tilting mechanism. Posture control system is composed of PID controllers and a planner to determine a feasible posture based on a posture transition diagram. Simulation results show that the seat mechanism and its control system are applicable to a multi-postures controllable wheelchair.

  • A finite element simulation model was developed for the performance optimization of a closed type air-cell mattress used for the ulcer prevention. An H-model with material properties of human flesh and kinematic joints were used for the calculation of the body contact pressure. The material property of rubber air-cell was evaluated by tensile test of standard specimen. We evaluated the body contact pressure distribution after laying human model on the inflated air-cell mattress. It was found that the body contact pressure was dependent on cell height. but hardly affected by the thickness of the rubber in a cell.

  • 최근 급변하게 발전하는 인터넷 기술에 따라 이를 이용한 워크플로우 시스템에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 관심은 기업 내부의 워크플로우 시스템뿐만 아니라 서로 다른 기업간 워크플로우 시스템의 상호운용성을 위한 Inter-Workflow 시스템으로 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 WfMC에서 제청한 Workflow Management Coalition의 표준 명세서 WfMC참조 모델 중 인터페이스 4에 해당하는 서로 다른 워크플로우 엔진과 상호운용 메커니즘에 대해서 논한다. 서로 다른 조직의 워크플로우 엔진간의 상호운용성을 위해 Wf-XML 메시지 전송방식을 사용하며 chained process과 nested sub-process 상호운용성 모델을 지원하는 Inter-Workflow 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 카네기멜론 대학의 SEI(Software Engineering Institute)는 개인 의료 정보의 보안을 규정한 HIPP A(Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)의 조항을 미 국방부(DoD)가 제청하면서 직면하게 된 보안 준수의 난항을 해결하기 위해서 TATRC(Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Research Center)와 공동으로 자산 식별 및 정보보호 위험평가를 위한 방법론인 OCTAVE를 개발하였다. 이후 조직의 운영 과정에서 발생하는 위험의 내성을 높이기 위한 질적 위험평가 기준이 개발되었으며 이를 통해 조직의 중요한 자산 및 잠재적 위협과 취약점을 식별하는 위험평가 방법으로 발전하였고, 2005년에는 100명이하의 소규모 조직에 적합한 OCTAVE-S가 발표되었다. 오늘날 급변하고 있는 IT 환경에서 기존의 OCTAVE 보다 간소화되고 최적화된 위험평가 프로세스를 제공하기 위해서 2007년에 OCTAVE Allegro 프레임워크가 개발되었다. 본고에서는 기존의 OCTAVE 방법론의 주요 특정을 살펴보고, 정보자산 중심의 OCTAVE Allegro 위험 평가 방법론을 소개한다.
