A Study on the SVC System Stabilization Using a Neural Network (신경회로망을 이용한 SVC 계통의 안정화에 관한 연구)

  • This paper deals with a systematic approach to neural network controller design for static VAR compensator (SVC) using a learning algorithm of error back propagation that accepts error and change of error as inputs, the momentum learning technique is used for reduction of learning time, to improve system stability. A SVC, one of the Flexible AC Transmission System(FACTS), constructed by a fixed capacitor(FC) and a thyristor controlled reactor(TCR), is designed and implemented to improve the damping of a synchronous generator, as well as controlling the system voltage.TO verify the robustness of the proposed method, we considered the dynamic response of generator rotor angle deviation, angular velocity deviation and generator terminal voltage by applying a power fluctuation and rotor angle fluctuation in initial point when heavy load and normal load. Thus, we prove the usefulness of proposed method to improve the stability of single machine-infinite bus with SVC system.

  • For fast response of the dc output voltage in P\hi1'v1 converter, it is desirable that the relation of power balance of the i input and output terminals is introduced to the system modeling. In this case, controller desi밍1 is not easy since the m model is nonlinear. In this paper, a nonlinear control them${\gamma}$ using input-output feedback linearization is used to solve t the nonlinear problem of the system. By nonlinear control. the voltage transient response can be faster, and it is also p possible to control the output voltage to be constant with smaller output filter capacitance for load disturbance.

  • In this paper, the response characteristics of CAN-based feedback control system are analyzed when message time delays through the network are considered. The message time delays are composed of computation time delay and communication time delay. The application layer of CAN communication is modeled mathematically to analyze two time delays, and the communication time delay is redefined under several assumption conditions. The CAN-based feedback control system is proposed as a target system that is the machining system with the three axes. The response characteristics of time delays in the proposed system are analyzed through computer simulations, and can be improved by the compensation using the PID tuning method to satisfy the design specifications of the system.

  • 본 논문에서는 고도유지 제어기를 포함한 자율이동체의 수직 채널 안정화 루프를 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 일반적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 고전적인 수직채널 댐핑루프와 달리 고도정보와 함께 속도정보를 이용하여 궤적의 고도변화가 큰 이동체에 대하여 빠른 응답특성을 갖도록 한다. 루엔-버거(Luenberger) 관측기 구조를 이용함으로써 속도정보를 활용한 수직채널 안정화루프의 체계적 설계가 가능함을 보인다. 제안된 설계 방법에 대하여 모의실험을 통해 제안한 기법의 성능 및 유용성을 확인한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 연료전지를 이용한 가정용 발전 시스템의 계통 연계를 위한 새로운 단상 인버터 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 방식에 의해 역률 1에 가까운 전원 품질로 독립 운전과 계통연계 운전이 가능하고 자동 모드 전환시 최소의 과도상태를 갖는다. 또한 제안한 인버터 제어기는 연산이 적고 구조가 간단하여 저가격의 고정소수점 DSP로 구현이 가능할 뿐 아니라 정상상태 오차가 거의 없고 양호한 과도상태 응답특성을 얻을 수 있다. 제안한 계통연계형 인버터의 제어기에 관하여 기술하고 모의실험 및 실험에 의하여 그 타당성을 입증한다.

초고속 터보 분자펌프의 자기부상 회전 특성 해석

  • 반도체 및 디스플레이 공정등에서 고진공 및 급 배기 환경을 제공하기 위하여 사용되는 터보분자펌프 (Turbomolecular Pump, TMP)는 다층의 회전깃을 갖는 로터를 회전시켜 분자를 배출시키는 방식을 사용하는 진공펌프이다. 또한 최근에는 디스플레이 및 반도체 공정에서 높은 진공도뿐만 아니라, 높은 배기속도를 요구하는 추세에 따라, 터보 펌프와 드래그 펌프부분을 동시에 가지고 있어 상대적으로 작동 진공도 영역이 넓은 복합 분자펌프(Compound Turbomolecular Pump, CMP)의 활용도가 넓어지고 있다. 이러한 분자펌프가 장시간의 고속회전에 적합하고, 베어링에서의 오염을 없앨 수 있는 비접촉 방식인 자기부상 방식이 주로 적용된다. 자기베어링 시스템은 하드웨어와 소프트웨어로 나누어질 수 있는데, 하드웨어는 회전하게 되는 블레이드 로터 및 자기베어링 로터, 모터 로터 등이 포함된 축과 고정되어 있는 자기베어링 코어와 코일, 변위센서 등의 펌프 하우징 부분, 또한 이를 제어하기 위한 전력 증폭 시스템 등의 기전적인 요소들이 이루어져 있다. 소프트웨어라 할 수 있는 제어시스템에 있어서 자기 베어링이 불안정한 특성을 갖는 개루프계를 갖고 있으므로 안정화를 위한 능동제어 시스템이 필수적이며 진동제어 등의 기능을 갖도록 적용된다. 따라서 이러한 복합분자펌프의 성능은 이러한 시스템을 구성하는 개별 요소의 성능과 이를 통합한 제어시스템의 성능이 결정한다고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 개발중인 2,500 l/s급의 자기부상형 고진공 복합분자펌프의 시작품에 대하여 고속회전의 안정성에 대한 연구를 수행한 내용을 보고하고 있다. 디지털 제어시스템을 적용한 시작품의 최대 26,000 rpm까지의 고속회전시의 회전 응답 및 진동 특성을 측정 분석하였으며, 로터의 고유진동수 및 진동 모우드를 분석하였다. 또한 연속 작동시의 발열특성과 각 부분의 온도와 회전 안정성과의 관계를 평가하였다.

  • Diode rectifier which can't be controlled output voltage and phase control converter as AC/DC converter have low power factor and harmonics of lower order in the line current. In this paper, three phase PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) AC/DC boost converter is studied to solve these problems. The characteristics of a proposed converter are to control the phase of current without current sensor as a very simple control algorithm using circuit parameters only and to apply sinusoidal PWM method with fixed switching frequency due to a difficult design of input filter and switching device. We simulate for the proposed algorithm that high power factor is achieved and DC link voltage has fast dynamic response without ripple in rectifying and regenerating operation. As a result of experiment with circuit parameter(inductor, capacitor) decided in simulation, the proposed converter had high power factor and reduction of low order harmonics as against diode rectifier.

통신위성 전력제어 및 분배장치 설계 및 해석

  • This research presents the design and analysis of PCDU(Power Control & Distribution Unit) of communication satellite. The PCDU of a spacecraft must provide adequate power to each subsystem and payload during mission life, and it also needs high reliability and performance in space environment. A control circuit of the PCDU include bus sensing and filter circuits, error signal amplification circuit, error compensation circuit of SAS(Shunt Assembly Switch) and BPC(Battery Power Converter). The phase margin and DC gain for the designed circuits are analyzed through the frequency response characteristics of the compensated control circuit. And also the transfer function of the battery power converter circuit are discussed at the battery CCCM(Charge Continuous Conduction Mode) and battery C/DCCM(Continuous/Discontinuous Conduction Mode).

  • In modern times, with advances in semiconductor technology such as electronic devices, the need to improve the quality of onboard equipment with advanced electronic parts in automobiles, drones, airplanes, projectiles, and various fields, and reduce the impact of various disturbances on onboard equipment is becoming more important. Vibration control through hardware must be determined to prevent damage and improve quality to equipment operating in various environments such as automobiles, drones, airplanes, and projectiles. This study focuses on the study of vibration damping systems to protect mounted equipment from various disturbances and improve stability. Dynamic characteristics analysis, including compressive stiffness, damping rate, and frequency response, and vibration characteristics in the frequency domain of rubber dampers were identified through FEM analysis to identify the characteristics of rubber dampers. Through these findings, we would like to present the criteria for selecting a suitable rubber damper under various disturbance conditions.

  • This paper describes sensorless speed control of brushless DC motors by using direct torque control. Direct torque control offers fast torque response, robust specification of parameter changes, and lower hardware and processing costs compared to vector-controlled drives. In this paper, the current error compensation method is applied to the sensorless speed control of a brushless DC motor. Through this control technique, the controlled stator voltage is applied to the brushless DC motor such that the error between the stator currents in the mathematical model and the actual motor can be forced to decay to zero as time proceeds, and therefore, the motor speed approaches the setting value. This paper discusses the composition of the controller, which can carry out robust speed control without any proportional-integral (PI) controllers. The simulation results show that the control system has good dynamic speed and load responses at wide ranges of speed.
