A Study on the Secure Plan of Security in SCADA Systems (SCADA 시스템의 안전성 확보방안에 관한 연구)

  • SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) systems are widely used for control and monitoring of critical infrastructures including electricity, gas and transportation. Any compromise in the security of SCADA systems could result in massive chaos and disaster at a national level if a malicious attacker takes the control of the system. Therefore, sound countermeasures must be provided when the SCADA systems are being developed as well as when they are being operated. Unlike general information processing system, SCADA systems have different service responses, communication protocols and network architectures and therefore a different approach should be applied to each SCADA systems that takes into consideration of each system's security characteristics and architectures. In addition, legal basis should be established to ensure the nationwide management of the systems security. This paper examines the vulnerabilites of SCADA systems and proposes action plans to protect the systems against cyber attacks.

Low Cost Small CMG Performance Test and Analysis (저가 소형 CMG 성능시험 및 분석)

  • Control Moment Gyro(CMG) is one of the most efficient momentum exchange devices for satellite attitude control and CMG is very essential device for agile satellite. In this study, the essential dynamic equation for the design of gimbal motor and wheel motor is summarized. The development process of SGCMG hardware for agile small satellite system, the description of developed hardware and its performance test results are presented. Test result shows that the developed hardware model can produce an output torque more than 1.2Nm as designed. Other test items are max. torque, gimbal bandwidth, minimum torque, torque error, gimbal rate error.

  • 본 논문은 최대 전력점을 추종하는 기존 P&O 방식의 동적 응답 특성을 향상시키기 위해 가변 스텝 사이즈를 적용한 P&O 방식 기반의 MPPT 알고리즘을 제안하였으며, 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 검증하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 듀티 제어를 통해 최대 전력점을 추종하며, 2가지 동작모드로써 가변 스텝 모드와 고속모드로 구성된다. 일사량이 일정한 경우, 가변 스텝 모드에서 듀티의 스텝 사이즈 감소를 통해 최대 전력점에서 동작점의 전압변동이 작아짐에 따라 진동이 감소하여 발전 효율이 증가한다. 일사량이 변동하는 경우, MPPT 오류를 피하기 위해 듀티와 PV 전압은 일정하게 유지하며, 일사량 변화가 끝난 시점에서 고속모드 동작을 통해 빠르게 최대 전력점으로 추종한다. 최대 전력점에 도달하면 가변 스텝 모드로 변경하여 듀티 스텝 사이즈를 감소시켜 최대 전력점을 추종한다. PV 패널, 부스트 컨버터로 구성된 PV 시스템의 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 통해 제안된 알고리즘의 타당성을 검증하였다.

  • A torque transmission system composed of several gears and couplings is flexible. In order to get an exact response of motor, the torsional vibration due to an unexpected change of motor speed must be suppressed. Therefore, it is very important that motor control suppress vibration. Various methods to control it including dual inertia system are proposed. Specially, the method of vibration suppression is that vibration can be suppressed to fee㏈ack the estimated torsion torque via the disturbance observer filter being of normal filter. The suitable Proportional controller and coefficient parameter can be designed using CDM and the torsional vibration also be suppressed, but it has a low degree of adaptability to disturbance. The PID controller can be designed easily, but makes the excessive overshoot and oscillation for system response in the early period. To resolve these problems, simple and practical PID controller with two degree of freedom is proposed recently that it ran improve performance of obeying the reference unconcerned in any disturbance by changing the proportional gain by two degree of freedom parameter. But it has also the defect that parameter a must be changed to obtain the ideal Proportional parameter. On this paper, we design the controller which automatically adjusts parameter u using fuzzy Algorithm to overcome such defects. Also, we compare the proposed method with established one and evaluate them to confirm performance of the designed controller.

  • 구조물의 진동특성을 파악하기 위한 실험적 모우드 해석법에서 기진력을 제 공하는 한 방법으로 힘 측정기가 부착된 해머를 이용한 충격시험기법이 널 리 사용되고 있다. 충격해머 시험의 유용성은 기진력의 에너지가 정현파 기 진력의 경우처럼 특정 주파수대에 산재해 있는 것이 아니라 가용 주파수 영 역내에 연속적으로 분포해 있다는 점이며 이러한 충격력은 가용 주파수 범 위내에 있는 모든 고유진동형을 여가시킬 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 충격헤머 가 가지고 있는 동적특성은 구조물을 가진시키는 선형충격량의 크기를 결정 하며, 이는 다시 충격력의 크기와 가용 주파수 범위를 결정하게 된다. 일반 적으로 가진주파수 범위는 해머의 질량에 반비례하고 충격해드의 경도에 비 례하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 해머의 질량 자체가 충격력의 크기를 좌우하기 도 하므로, 가진력의 크기를 고려하여 해머의 질량이 선택되며 충격헤드는 충격시간을 조절하기 위하여 적절히 선택된다. 충격해머에 장착된 힘측정기 의 감도는 해머질량과 충격헤드의 질량 변화에 영향을 받게 되는데, 충격 시 험시 측정되는 값은 해머에 부착되어 있는 힘측정기에 가해지는 힘인 반면 구조물에 가해지는 기진력은 충격해드와 구조물사이에 발생되는 힘이다. 이 두 힘의 비는 해머 및 충격해드의 질량효과에 따라 좌우된다. 주어진 충격시 험에서 충격해머의 질량효과를 정확히 조건에 따라 감도보정을 해 주어야 한다. 충격해머의 감도보정에 대해서는 문헌[2]에 잘 나타나 있다. 본 논문에 서는 전압감도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 질량 효과를 고려한 수학적 모 형을 제시하고 그 모형의 타당성을 실험을 통해 검정하고자 한다.방법 을 제시하였다. 이와 아울러 제어계의 환경변화에 따른 파라메타의 변화에 적응적으로 응답이 가능해야 하는 적응 소음제어 시스템에서, 음향궤환과 함 께 필히 고려해야 하는 부가적인 전달함수의 영향을 고려한 능동 소음제어 에 대해 연구하였다. 경량화 추세에 따라 지반이나 케이싱이 경량이거나 유연하여 회전축과 동적으로 연성된 경우 회전축-베어링-지반으로 이루어진 2중구조의 회전축 계 동특성을 해석할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하므로서 회전 기계류의 진동 전반에 걸친 문제점에 대한 그 원인과 현상을 명확히 분석하여 국내의 전기 계류의 보다 신뢰성있는 설계 및 제작자료를 확보하는데 기여할 수 있게 하 였다.존의 small molecular Gd-chelate에 비해 매우 큼을 알 수 있었다. MnPC는 간세포에 흡수된 후 담도계로 배출되는 간특이성 조영제임을 확인하였다. 장비 내에서 반복 시행한 평균값의 차이는 대체적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으나, 다른 장비에서 반복 시행한 장비간의 사이에는 유의한 차이가 있는 경우가 더 많았다. 따라서 , MRS 검사를 소뇌나 뇌교의 어떤 절환에 적용하기 전에 각 장비 마다 정상 기준치를 반드시 얻은 후에 이상여부를 판 정하는 것이 필수적이라고 생각된다.EX> 이상이 적절한 진단기준으로 생각되었다. $0.4{\;}\textrm{cm}^3$ 이상의 좌우 부피차를 보이는 모든 증례에서 육안적으로도 해마위축이 뚜렷이 나타났다. 결론 : MR영상을 이용한 해마의 부피측정은 해마경화증 환자의 진단에 있어 육안적인 MR 진단이 어려운 제한된 경우에만 실제적 도움을 줄 수 있는 보조적인 방법으로 생각된다

Development and Verification of a Large Scale Resonant Column Testing System (대형 공진주시험기의 개발 및 검증)

  • In this study, a resonant column testing system which is the largest in Korea has been developed to evaluate the dynamic deformation characteristics of coarse granular geomaterials, and the performance and the applicability of the testing system have been verified. The system has been developed as a typical Stokoe type device whose boundary conditions are fixed bottom and free top with additional mass, and can adopt a large specimen with 200 mm in diameter and 400 mm in height. The driving and measurement instruments are configured as high performance and precision systems, hence the automated testing system is appropriate to drive enough stress and to measure the behavior precisely for the test in practical manner. The dynamic response of the mechanical components and the applicability of the system have been evaluated using metal specimens as well as polyurethane specimens, and its precision was verified by comparing its results with those from other equipment and/or methods. To confirm the applicability of the large system for coarse geomaterials, the resonant column test results from both large and normal scale apparatus for the same material were compared and it was found that the result can be partially affected by scale. Finally, the dynamic deformation characteristics of coarse geomaterial which is used for construction of large dam was evaluated using the large system and its practicality could be confirmed.

A Vibration Rejection of Linear Feeder System with PMSM using Adaptive Notch Filter (적응형 노치 필터에 의한 PMSM을 이용한 선형 피드 시스템의 진동 억제)

  • The Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) drive systems with ball-screw, gear and timing-belt are widely used in industrial applications such as NC machine, machine tools, robots and factory automation. These systems have torsional vibration in torque transmission from servo motor to mechanical load due to the mechanical couplings. This vibration makes it difficult to achieve quick responses of speed and may result in damage to the mechanical plant. This paper presents adaptive notch filter with auto searching function of vibration frequency to reject the mechanical vibration of linear feeder system with PMSM. The proposed adaptive notch filter can suppress the torque command signal of PMSM in the resonant bandwidth for reject the mechanical torsional vibration. However, the resonant frequency can vary with conditions of mechanical load system and coupling devices, adaptive notch filter can auto search the vibration frequency and suppress the vibration signal bandwidth. Computer simulation and experimental results shows the verification of the proposed adaptive notch filter in linear feeder system with PMSM.

Active Stabilization for Surge Motion of Moored Vessel in Irregular Head Waves (불규칙 선수파랑 중 계류된 선박의 전후동요 제어)

  • This study was focused on the stabilization of surge motions of a moored vessel under irregular head seas. A two-point moored vessel shows strong non-linearity even in regular sea, owing to its inherent non-linear restoring force. A long-crested irregular wave is subjected to the vessel system, resulting in more complex nonlinear behavior of the displacement and velocities than in the case of regular waves. Sliding mode control (SMC) is implemented in the moored vessel to control both surge displacement and surge velocity. The SMC can provide a closed-loop system with performance and robustness against parameter uncertainties and disturbances; however, chattering is the main drawback for implementing SMC. The goal of minimizing the chattering and state convergence with accuracy is achieved using a quasi-sliding mode that approximates the discontinuous function via a continuous sigmoid function. Numerical simulations were conducted to validate the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm.

  • According to the development of IT industry, prevalence of AOI equipment is spreading, and also requiring the high resolution of the camera used in the equipment. The weight of the camera is increased to obtain a high resolution, and thus increases the vibration displacement is a problem occurring in the picturing, camera motion control also becomes difficult. In this study, using a finite element analysis program NX/NASTRAN, the transient response of the camera was analysed which is subjected to an impact force due to inertia. The finite element analysis result is correlated with laser interferometer measurement. When AOI equipment is restructuring, the correlated finite element analysis model can be used to verify the authenticity of the new design.

  • In the power-line communication(PLC) systems, the power line is a wired medium. However, the power line channel has the multi-path fading characteristics like the wireless channel in the wireless communication systems because it has the signal reflection and divergence by the impedance mismatching between many branch lines and loads. So the analysis of the multi-path characteristics is very important, and it has been doing by the several measurement methods for the impulse response between the transmitter and the receiver. PN sequence method has originally been used as a wideband impulse response measurement mettled for wireless channel, but it is recently being applied to not only the wireless channel but also the wired channel like the power line channel. This method is more useful and effective for the long distance communication channel like the medium voltage power distribution line with the multi-paths[1]. In this thesis, we have measured impulse response for the medium voltage power distribution line channel by the wideband measurement method using PN sequence, analytically studied the measured data and presented the results.
