Problem posing activity was mentioned and enhanced in the newly revised mathematics curriculum in 2007. It is important to know which types of problem posing activities are involved in the textbook and workbook and what the results that students perform activities in the textbook and workbook during the regular classes are. This study surveys the types of problem posing activities in the 4-1 textbook and workbook revised in 2007, analyzes contents that students perform with related to problem posing activities of the textbook and workbook, and suggests some educational implications.

In this study, we extracted geometrical learning content that is treated similarly in elementary and middle schools, and analyzed the differences between how this study is handled in elementary and middle schools. The analysis tools used in this study were developed by referring to the research results presented by Merrill. Merrill classified the study results into two dimensions: 'performance level' and 'content type', and 'teach station' and 'proposal type' by presenting the contents in the textbook. Based on this classification, this study was conducted. According to the results of the study, nine achievement criteria were extracted as learning factors that were treated similarly in elementary and middle schools. The extracted learning elements were systematically analyzed through analysis tools. The results of this study are expected to provide significant implications for the improvement of mathematics learning and for the improvement of new curricula.

The special educational technology is the combination term of special education and educational technology. These days, the applications of educational technology in special education field is very increasing through the development of IT and the progress of teaching methods. The development of IT bring out the applications of assistive technology. The various development and operation strategies of the individualized educational program have promoted the advancement of teaching methods for the children with disabilities. The purpose of this paper is to inquiry and to present the applicable contents of special educational technology for the children with disabilities. The important study problems of this study are to examine the differences between educational technology and special educational technology, to categorize special educational technology in the view of application and to develop the contents of instructional design and assistive technology device. Finally it is to suggest the progress tasks for the development of the special educational technology.

Ball, Thames & Phelps(2008) introduced the idea of Mathematical Knowledge for Teaching(MKT) teacher. Specialized Content Knowledge(SCK) is one of six categories in MKT. SCK is a knowledge base, useful especially for math teachers to analyze errors, evaluate alternative ideas, give mathematical explanations and use mathematical representation. The purpose of this study is to analyze the elementary teacher's SCK. 29 six graders made word problems with respect to division fraction $9/10{\div}2/5$. These word problems were classified four sentence types based on Sinicrope, Mick & Kolb(2002) and then representative four sentence types were given to 10 teachers who have taught six graders. Data analysis was conducted through the teachers' evaluation of the answers(word problems) and revision of students' mathematical errors. This study showed how to know meanings of fraction division for effective teaching. Moreover, it suggested several implications to develop SCK for teaching and learning.

On-line community service should be considered with sociability and usability as well in website development because community in general is composed of various social factors. But, most on-line community services are developed and operated without having correct concepts and strategies concerning social factors. For that reason, community services in most web sites are not that successful. In this paper, twelve social factors are identified for developing community service evaluation system. Those factors are as follows: 1) Purpose, 2) Identity, 3) Reputation, 4) Governance, 5) Communication, 6) Groups, 7) Environment, 8) Boundaries, 9) Trust, 10) Exchange, 11) Expression, 12) History. Eight different types of community services are evaluated to see variations of 12 social factors. As a result, each types of community services has different types of value variations. The evaluation diagrams of each type will be used as a guideline for comparison and this comparative research will tell designers future development direction of their community services.

The purpose of this paper is to draw main characteristics of local climate change plans of 8 pilot cities through a serious of comparative analyses. The results of the analyses on the mitigation plans and the adaptation plans are the followings; Firstly, climate change plans have two types of distinctive frameworks. Secondly, vision, objectives, and main strategies are composed of main key words. The key words of mitigation plans are low carbon, GHG, green city, energy, and green growth. Adaptation, ecosystem, healthy, safe, disaster, water are the key words that frequently shown in adaptation plan. Thirdly, the mitigation plans tend to place emphasis on transportation and common area. The adaptation plans tend to weigh on water control and forestry. The main characteristics of both mitigation plans and adaptation plans of 8 pilot cities are summarized and policy implications are suggested.

Practical research, as well as theoretical research, about performance assessment is important for the successful application of performance assessment in school. To do this, two school teachers with professional educators studied theoretical basics of performance assessment for several months. As a result, 4 categories of issues for designing performance assessment were generated and described by teachers. Based on those issues, 5 directions for development were established, and finally, 7 types of performance assessment were developed. Developed items were disseminated to other two middle school teachers for application in school. After application during several months, interviews with them were conducted to obtain the informations and implications about the practical application of performance assessment.

Weak competitive Small Business are getting attention for their ability to enhance the brand power and marketing co-brand. Under these circumstances, in this study examined the operational status of the domestic co-branded. Also enable co-branding strategy was proposed. First, learn the various aspects of the concept of co-branding, and looked at the advantages and disadvantages of co-branding. Second, the type of co-branded partner combined, joint venture between companies Union type, a leading company driven and private companies and state agencies co-branded. Looked at the type of advantages and disadvantages of each. Thirdly, we presented the current status of the important co-branded domestic. Fourth, we examined the status of the Small and Medium Business Administration supports a co-branded Examined in detail by year look at the status of support for this type of co-branded Industry Distribution and co-branded interrupted. Finally, the short-term aspects and long-term perspective on the domestic co-brand activation strategy based on these materials are presented. The results of this study is expected to be the foundation of domestic co-branded business in the future to explore the ways to improve the system of government support will help to raise.

The aims of this study were to analyze the cultural contents of 5th and 6th grade English textboooks written according to 2015 Revised National Curriculum, and to examine how much suggestions from preceding studies were reflected in the English textbooks. This study also aims to seek directions for desirable culture education in Elementary English textbooks. For this purpose, the culture content in 5th and 6th grade English textbooks were analyzed according to the types, materials, and background. The results show that the current English textbooks still has an imbalance by culture type, material, and background. Futhermore, the suggestions from previous studies were not fully reflected to new English textbooks. Therefore, cultural contents in textbooks should include more varied and balanced culture types, materials, and background in order for effective cultural education. Based on the findings, several suggestions are made for future research.

세계적으로 지구온난화를 동반한 기후변화로 인해 자연재난이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 재해의 발생 유형 중 집중호우와 태풍으로 인한 수문학적 재해가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 이와 같이 홍수로 인해 발생하는 피해는 강우의 특성과 지역적 특성에 따라 피해의 규모와 범위가 달라진다. 따라서 이러한 이질적인 홍수피해로부터 재산과 인명을 보호하기 위해서는 위해성(Hazard), 노출성(Exposure), 취약성(Vulnerability)을 고려하여 지역 특성에 맞는 홍수방어계획을 수립해야한다. 본 연구에서는 전국 228개 행정구역을 대상으로 과거에 실제로 발생하였던 홍수피해 사례 조사를 통해 지역별 홍수피해 특성을 파악하여 지역 특성을 고려한 홍수피해 강우기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해서 재해연보 보고서에 기재되어 있는 과거 홍수피해 기간과 홍수피해액을 수집하였고, 홍수피해 기간동안의 강우량과 뉴스 기사를 수집하여 뉴스 기사에서 언급되었던 홍수피해 현상 정보를 수집하였다. 수집된 홍수피해 정보를 통해 지역별 노출성과 취약성이 반영된 현상기반 강우등급을 제시하였으며, 이와 함께 지역별 강우특성을 나타내며 위해성을 내포하고 있는 확률강우량과의 합성을 통해 위해성, 노출성, 취약성을 고려한 지역별 홍수피해 강우기준을 제시하였다. 대부분 홍수피해에 관한 정보를 재해연보 보고서를 활용하여 수집하지만 홍수피해 현상에 대한 정보를 포함하고 있지 않기 때문에 지역별로 홍수피해로부터 발생하는 홍수피해 유형에 대해 파악하기에는 한계가 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 과거 홍수피해가 발생했던 기간에 대해 뉴스 기사를 수집하여 홍수피해 현상 정보를 수집하였고, 수집된 홍수피해 현상 정보를 텍스트 마이닝(Text Mining) 기법을 적용하여 홍수피해 현상 키워드 빈도분석을 통해 어떠한 홍수피해 유형에 취약한지 파악하였다.
