착상과 제상이 냉동장치의 운전특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Frost and Defrost on the Operating Characteristics of Refrigeration System)

  • This study was investigated the effect on operating characteristics of apparatus according to frosting and defrosting to develop of new defrosting equipment. The results showed as following. Frost was almost removed using the defrosting equipment with roll brush type that defrosting is possible under operating condition. Also, the temperature of compressor inlet, evaporator inlet and outlet showed higher value because of heat transfer resistance of cooling pipe frost comparing with defrosting condition. And the compressor work showed 10% lower and COP was presented 24% higher values than defrosting condition. Therefore, defrosting for cooling coil of refrigeration and low temperature storage was effected on operation and performance characteristics of equipment. This highly effects on real refrigeration apparatus which is operated in year-around.

강제 송풍 증발기에 의한 자동제상장치의 최적제상시기에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Period of Optimum Defrost of Auto Defrost Unit by the Forced Fan Evaporator)

  • This study is on a experiment which shows to defrost automatically on the optimum time regardless of defrosting method. The result shows that the more defrost layers increase in fin tubes of evaporation, the less the section of the circulating air reduce. Thickness of the frost formation increases, so a pressure difference of ventilation increase, as a result automatic defrosting system sets the time COP drops suddenly up optimum time. Automatical defrosting system can find out the initial related current of evaporator fan motor and the value of load current in the optimum time. And it sets defrosting time, evaporating temperature, and temperature in refrigerator up system requiring value. Consequence of this experiment is that energy consumption with defrost load gets effect of reduction of eleven percent per 25.4 hours compared with common defrosting.

  • In this experiment study, to acquire elementary data for explaining to generate frost layer in the fin - tube evaporator. the experiment condition is to supply air on 0.3m/s, 0.6m/s, 0.9m/s and inlet air temperature is kept constantly $20^{\circ}C$, supplied air relative humidity is 70%, 80, 90%. And brine temperature in the copper tube was kept $-15^{\circ}C$ because, generally cooling temperature range is constantly $-15^{\circ}C$ in the heat exchanger for air conditioning system. in conclusion, through this experiment, we did compare with frost layer and frost quantity in each condition and examine these data

고효율 공기열원 히트펌프시스템 실용화 연구 (Study for High Efficiency Heat Pump System Commercialization with Air Heat Source)

  • 공기열원 히트펌프시스템의 문제점, 즉 열효율, 안정성, 착상에 대한 현황을 파악하고 이를 해결하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 열효율과 안정성을 위해 기존 시스템을 보완한 8행정 냉매사이클시스템 개발과 제어시스템의 개발을 통해 히트펌프 시스템의 효율을 2배 정도 증가시키고, 안정성을 높이며, 착상 문제를 최소화할 수 있도록 하였다. 개발된 공기열원 히트펌프시스템의 COP는 평균 5정도이고, 안정적으로 운용되는 외부 온도는 $-10^{\circ}C$에서 $55^{\circ}C$까지이다. 토출되는 온수의 온도는 $50{\sim}60^{\circ}C$정도이다. 평균 제상시간은 1분 이내이다. 앞으로 개발해야 할 문제는 외부 온도 $-10^{\circ}C$ 이하지역에서 보조열원 없이 난방을 할 수 있고 친환경 냉매를 사용하며 COP가 7이상인 고효율 히트펌프시스템를 실용화하는 것이다.

자동차 전방 유리면 성에 전산 해빙해석 (Numerical Study of Defrost Phenomenon of Automobile Windshield)

  • This work was undertaken for the numerical analysis of defrosting phenomena of automobile windshield. To analyze the defrost, the flow and temperature field of cabin interior, heat transfer through the windshield glass, and phase change of the frost should be analyzed simultaneously. The flow field was obtained by solving the 3-D unsteady Navier-Stokes equation and the temperature field was computed by energy equation. The phase-change process of Stefan problem was solved by enthalpy method. For code validation, the temperature field of the driven cavity was calculated. The result of calculation shows a good agreement with the other numerical results. Then, the present code was applied to the defrosting analysis of a real automobile and, also, a good agreement with experiment was obtained.

  • The effects of different surfaces on dry and wet frosting test were experimentally investigated. The results of experiment were compared by the performance evaluation coefficient (PEC). Results showed that the air-side pressure drop of lacquer coated evaporator increased by 5% as compared to the plasma treated one. It was also found that the Plasma coated evaporator is lower than lacquer coated one in the PEC ratio.

제상 현상 연구를 위한 눈 융해 과정 해석 (An analysis of snow melting process for a study of defrosting phenomena)

  • An improved one-dimensional modeling of snow melting was obtained by considering both the effect of heat capacity and the decreasing influence of porosity. Using the improved model, the effects of initial snow temperature, initial snow density and the heat flux on the snow melting were investigated. It is found that the drainage starting time is delayed and the drainage rate becomes smaller with lower initial snow temperature. ResuIts also show that the drainage starts at the same time when an initial snow density is over a certain value. Melting efficiency increases linearly with an increasing initial snow temperature. With increasing the initial density of the snow and the amount of heat supplied, the melting efficiency increases, then converges to a constant value.

  • How did the Korean religious culture which was consisted of three different religions- Shamanism, Buddhism, Confucianism- be combined and transformed? The author focused the mixture and transformation of the procedure of sacrificial rite and the arrangement of sacrificial food in each religion. In this thesis, the author studied first, the conception in sacrificial rite, second, the procedure of sacrificial rite, third, the items of sacrificial rite food according to each period. In consequence of the research each religion had lost its uniqueness and became mixed to each other and settled down in Korean culture.

  • Comprehensive study on the system, including blower and ducts, of HVAC device of a vehicle has been carried out for improvements of noise characteristics. The parameters of design improvements are concerned with geometric informations such as the shape of ducts and presence of a windshield window. Test results show that noise level increasing the following order: HV (HD) < V (D) < BH ${\sim}$ BHV (BHD) < B (B, H, V, D denote for blower, heater unit, vent duct, defrost duct, respectively). The effects of windshield glass on the noise level in the case of defrost mode are pronounced and the effects of the geometry of ducts on the overall HVAC noise prove to be not small.

  • 자동차의 외형을 설계하는 과정에서 미적인 관점을 떠나 역학적으로 고려할 때에는 공기역학이 매우 중요하게 된다. 이 분야에서 연구하는 전문가에게는 잘 알려진 내용이 될지는 모르겠으나 자동차의 설계 및 개발에 종사하는 일반연구자에게는 공기역학에 관한 문헌 및 전문서적 또한 주 위에서 쉽게 얻을 수는 있으나 부담없이 인식되기에는 그리 쉬운 일은 아니다. 이와 관련하여 Car Stying Volume 50+1/2의 별책으로 간행된 특집호에 여러 가지 흥미있는 내용이 기술 설명 되어 있다. 이는 1985년 발행되었으며 일본자동차연구소에 재직중인 무능진리씨가 해설하였다. 이후 본 내용은 여기서 발췌함을 밝혀둔다. 자동차에 관한 공기역확은 주로 다음과 같은 성능 향상을 위하여 필요하다. (1) 주행연료비 절약 (2) 최고속도의 향상 (3) 고속주행시 조종안정성의 향상 (4) 횡풍에서 주행안전성 향상 (5) 엔진이나 제동장치 등의 냉각성능 향상 (6) 바람에 의한 소음의 감소 (7) 환기성능의 향상 (8) 제상성능의 향상 (9) 공기 조화성능의 향상 (10) 먼지 또는 오물의 부착방지 및 억제 (11) 창문 와이퍼의 작동 등이다.
