Even though rarely recognized as a separate approach, the institutional approach in geography is defined as an attempt to seek an explanation of the phenomena of geographical interest through focusing on the effects of institutional structure and actions. It can provide interdisciplinary links with other works and can offer complementary explanations for geographical interests. The concerns for institutions in geography can be found in early studies, the study of the state, the managerial approach, and the regulation approach. The Korean financial systems can provide good examples to apply institutional concepts into creating spatial outcomes, as it has been regarded as a useful tool to promote Korean economic development. Behind the current spatial pattern of financial systems, four different stages of institutional changes are identified in Korea. Each stage has different institutional features reflecting unique spatial implication.

본 연구의 목적은 측량성과의 체계적 품질관리, 측량성과 관리업무의 효율성 향상 및 비용절감을 위하여 측량성과의 전자납품 및 품질검사의 자동화 방안을 연구하는데 있다. 이를 위하여 측량성과의 품질관리 현황 및 작업규정을 분석하고, 측량성과의 전자납품 및 품질검사 자동화를 위한 기본방안을 제시하였다. 측량 성과품의 유형을 품질검사의 자동화 측면에 구분을 해보면, 첫째, 품질검사의 자동화가 불가능한 유형, 둘째, 포맷분석과 소프트웨어 개발을 통하여 자동화된 품질 검사가 가능한 유형, 셋째, 제도적인 보완을 통하여 자동화가 가능한 성과품 유형 등 세 가지 종류로 분류가 가능하다. 이러한 측량성과품의 품질검사업무의 자동화는 크게 단기간에 미시적으로 해야 할 사안들과 중 장기에 걸쳐 거시적으로 추진해야할 사안 등 두 가지 측면의 시각으로 접근해야 하며, 업무적인 측면, 제도적인 측면 및 정보기술적인 측면에서 종합적으로 검토되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 국내 소프트웨어 산업의 새로운 집적지로 떠오르는 강남·서초지역이 과연 산업지구적 성격을 지니고 있는지를 이론적·경험적 측면에서 살펴보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 기존연구로부터 산업지구의 성격과 발달에 관한 다섯 가지 차원-국지화, 네트워킹, 착근성·제도적 집약, 잡단학습, 혁신 시너지-을 도출하였다. 실증연구에서는 소프트웨어 업체의 입지변화와 창업의 공간적 분포를 살려보았으며, 설문조사 자료를 토대로 강남·서초지역이 타 지역에 비해 어떤 산업지구 차우너이 발달하였는지 분석하였다. 분석 결과 강남·서초 지역은 산업지구의 최소 요건인 물리적 집적에서는 상당한 발전을 보였으며, 혁신의 결과인 창업에 있어서도 여타 지역과는 차별화된 성과를 나타냈다. 설문분석 결과 강남·서초지역은 서울시내 타 지역에 비해 '국지화', '착근성과 제도적 집약', 그리고 '집단학습' 등의 측면에서는 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다. 이에 비해, '혁신 시너지'는 타 지역과 유사하였으며, '네트어킹'은 오히려 미흡한 결과를 보였다.

종합유선방송의 고기능화란 기존의 다채널만을 수용한 단순 종합유선방송뿐만 아니라 채널의 광대역화를 통한 쌍방향 통신의 개발로 이를 이용한 전화 서비스, 대화형 영상 서비스, 고속 인터넷 서비스와 같은 고도의 정보 통신 서비스까지 제공할 수 있는 새로운 자원의 정보통신 미디어로 발전된 것을 말한다. 그러나 우리 나라의 종합유선방송 사업은 많은 발전 가능성에도 불구하고 무리한 일정과 근시안적인 제도로 인해 시행 초기부터 프로그램의 제작 및 배분, 종합유선방송 사업자의 선정, 망의 설치 및 관리 둥에서 많은 문제점을 안고 있어 고기능 종합유선방송으로의 발전을 위한 제도적 대응방안이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 우리 나라의 종합유선방송의 제도의 문제점을 종합적으로 분석하고, 우리 나라에서 종합유선방송의 고기능화를 위한 제도적 대응 방안을 기술적인 측면과 정책적인 측면으로 나누어 제안하였다.

According to the change in media environment, a support plan for local broadcast has been required. In terms of legal and institutional support for the development of local broadcast, the enactment of special Act for local broadcast has become a breakthrough. In this point of view, we analyzed the performance and the limitation of the special Act. As a literature research, analyzing the literature and related-ordinances, we have sought legal and institutional support plans for the local broadcast. As a result, with the Local Broadcast Development Council being in charge of legislative right and responsibility, a plan to empower them to have legal and institutional authority should be drawn; another plan to secure independence in operating a fund and to promote the capability to produce local broadcast programs and the distribution system should be drawn; the other elaborate plan for the locality index that assesses the locality is required. Local broadcast should be on a way to secure not only public interest and concern but locality and diversity; legal and institutional plans should be sought.

정보시스템 감리와 관련된 기존 연구들은 감리와 관련된 이해관계자 집단 전체의 관점에서 포괄적으로 문제를 분석하지 못하고 한국전산원 감리인만을 대상으로 하거나, 또는 공기업 중심의 피감리인만을 대상으로 연구되어 왔다. 또한 감리 효과 향상을 위한 연구도 법적, 제도적 측면에서의 향상방안을 중심으로 수행되어 왔다. 본 연구는 감리효과성 측정과 향상 방안에 대하여 한국전산원과 민간 감리법인들의 감리인, 관공서 및 기업체의 감리의뢰인, 관공서 및 기업체소속의 피감리인, 기타 정보시스템 기술 (IT) 관련 업무에 종사 하는 전문가 등 4그룹을 대상으로 포괄적인 연구를 수행하였으며 감리 향상 방안도 법적, 제도적 측면의 향상 방안뿐만 아니라 감리인, 피감리인, 감리의뢰인 측면에서의 향상 방안을 포함하여 연구를 수행하였다.

In terms of archiving. an importance of the Web is more increasing. Since the Internet has been popularized. many archivists have made efforts to preserve informational. cultural. and evidential values of the Web. Information resources on the Web raise archival issues that are significantly different from issues of preservation for tangible materials, because they are based on unique characteristics of the Web. One of issues is about a technical aspect which is based on technical architecture of Web. Another important issue is related to legal problems including copyright, authenticity and so on. In this context. it is essential to understand technical and legal characteristics of the Web. A purpose of this article is to review technical and legal aspects of Web archiving and to find an agenda for development of Web archiving.

The purpose of this study examines interaction between region and industries through industrial networks of the regional resource-based industry. To achieve this goal, the fermented soy products industry in Sunchang is selected as a case study. This study traces the process of adjustment of firm-activity networks. And then, it scrutinizes the coevolution process between region and industry. It shows that the fermented soy products industry in Sunchang is embedded in the region and it strengthens regional development potentials for the local/regional economy.
