This paper examines works of F. Hayek and M. Friedman on monetary and financial policies. This paper highlights their differences, and asks what yielded them. It also shows there exists a gap between young Hayek and old Hayek, which cannot be explained in terms of his view on monetary theories. It further shows that Friedman's argument for '100% reserve bank' was not based on his monetary theories. Differences between Hayek and Friedman despite their common political belief, Hayek's transition, gaps between theories and policy views found in Hayek and Friedman-this paper argues that these facts can be best explained by Kuhn's paradigm theory. This paper concludes that truthfulness of a thesis on the public sector's role in the monetary system is subject to relativism.

Since the present training system of Korean teacher librarians is not adequate to strengthen their expertise, the training system should be changed. The purpose of this study is to suggest an improvement of the system, which prescribes their curriculums. To do this, first of all, the requirements for being given a national teacher certification are explored. Secondly, three major previous studies are reviewed. As a result, three subjects have been added to the present curriculum which consists presently of eight subjects. The added subjects are library and information education, information literacy and collaboration and collection development.

The Purpose of this paper is to compare workfare system in UK with in Australia from the view point of social contract theory. There are two kinds of social contract theory - Hobbesian and Kantian theory. In view of these two types, this paper makes a comparative study of New Deal in UK and Mutual Obligation in Australia. The results of analysis can be summarized as follows. Firstly, in this respect of compulsive program formation background, Mutual Obligation and New Deal is all similar with Hobbesian social contract theory. Secondly, With regard to concern for the disadvantaged, Mutual Obligation is among Hobbesian social contract but New Deal is among Kantian social contract. Lastly, concerning orientation of compulsion, Mutual Obligation is close to Hobbesian social contract but New Deal is close to Kantian social contract.

본 논문은 해외 신재생에너지 발전전력의 구입가격에 관한 제도 및 구입가격 결정 방법론을 통해 시사점을 파악하여 활용방안을 도출한다. 신재생에너지 발전전력은 기존 전원에 비해 발전원가 수준이 높은 상황에서 보급확산을 위해 유럽을 중심으로 다양한 신재생에너지 발전전력 구매정책을 수립하여 시행하고 있다. 국내에서는 발전차액지원제도를 통해 신재생에너지 발전전력을 높은 가격에 의무구매하고 있는 상황에서 해외 주요국의 제도현황과 접근방법을 파악하여 국내 발전차액지원제도의 수립에 활토록 한다.

자본주의 경제체제에 있어서 금융시스템과 기업시스템은 경제시스템의 핵심을 구성하는 것으로서 경제의 효율성을 좌우한다. 중요한 것은 이 두 시스템은 국가의 경제적 기능과 함께 상호관련적으로 형성되고 전개되어 나간다는 점이다. 최근 세계 경제메카니즘의 변화에 따라 이들을 어떻게 재편성할 것인가 하는 것이 주요 관심대상으로 제기되어 왔다. 본고는 국가-금융-기업 시스템간의 시스템적 상호관련성에 유의하면서 거시적인 신제도 학파적 시각에서 그 관계의 틀을 고찰, 그 유형을 분류하여 보고 특히 금융시스템과 기업시스템간의 상호관계를 분석하고자 하였다. 제도론적 시각에서 볼 때 이 문제는 제도적 환경과 제도적 장치간의 체계적 관계를 규명하는 것으로서 궁극적으로 경제행위의 지배조정 메카니즘을 시장, 위계(조직), 네트워크 중 어느 방식에 중점을 둘 것인가와 관련된다. 구체적으로 볼 때 금융시스템에 있어서의 자본시장중심적 체계와 은행중심적 체계, 기업과 시장의 범위와 기업의 네트워크적 전개, 금융과 기업간 규율시스템에 있어서의 관계 둥은 모두 이러한 시각에서 일관적으로 파악될 수 있는 것이다. 따라서 이들의 상호관계를 유형화시켜보고 그 논리를 우리의 현실에 적용시켜 볼 때 국가의 기능조정을 바탕으로 시장규율하에서의 네트워크적 관계를 모색하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 생각된다.

This paper is an attempt to explain the interpretation of P. Ricoeur on the theory of power of Saint Paul. P. Ricoeur tried to reinterpret Saint Paul's thoughts on the power of a nation, the purpose being to link this theory to salvation through the social system. Ricoeur expands this interpretation of political power to the economy and culture. The basis of these ideas is the 'imago Dei' namely the image of God. I would like to consider the image of God as the key to salvation through social system, politics, economy, and culture.
