Performance Enhancement of Nanogenerator Based on Surface Structure Modification of Semiconductor Nanostructures (반도체 나노구조 표면구조 제어를 통한 나노제너레이터 성능향상 기술 연구)

  • 본 논문에서는 수열합성법으로 성장된 ZnO 기반의 나노구조를 응용함으로써, 압전기반의 새로운 나노제너레이터 구조 및 성능향상에 관한 연구를 제시하고자한다. ZnO 나노구조는 원자층증착법을 적용하여 균일한 ZnO 나노박막 seed층을 성장하고, 이러한 seed층 위에 수열합성법을 통해 $90^{\circ}C$ 저온에서 ZnO 나노구조를 성장함으로써 이루어진다. 성능향상을 위해 다양한 종류 및 구조의 기판 적용을 통해 압전소자를 제작하였으며, 주기적인 스트레인의 적용을 통해 출력특성을 측정하였다. 또한 유연성 나노제너레이터의 제작을 위해 Graphene기반의 전극구조를 적용하였으며, 이를 통해 유연성 나노제너레이터 소자로부터 나노압전특성을 제어할 수 있었다. 특히 나노압전소자의 성능향상을 위해 기판의 표면미세구조를 조절하여 표면적을 넓혀줌으로써 압전소자의 출력전압특성을 향상하였으며, 이러한 메커니즘을 구조적, 성분 분석 및 광학적 특성분석을 통해 규명하였다.

  • In recent years, the importance of environmental regulations is increasing in the shipping industry, and the demands of the industry for this are rapidly increasing. Accordingly, the demand of ship owners is increasing as the shaft generator is a technology that responds to environmental regulations that can be applied to ships the fastest. The shaft generator is a device that can increase the fuel consumption rate of the main propulsion engine by installing an electric motor in the main propulsion engine and using it variably according to the load environment. It operates by the power of the motor at low speeds, and when a sudden load is required, the main propulsion engine and motor operate together, enabling efficient operation. In this paper, the diesel engine and shaft generator of a tug boat are modeled using MATLAB Simulink, and the fuel consumption rate is verified through simulation.

  • 본 EXOTHERMIC BATCH 공정은 두 개의 FLUID BED REACTOR로 구성되며 여기서 다종의 제품이 생산된다. 각 제품은 그 제품 자체의 특징 온도 패턴을 갖게 되며 허용한계를 벗어나지 않는 제품을 생산하기 위해서는 그 특징 온도 패턴대로 제어되어야 하며 실패할 경우 그 배치를 포기하여야만 한다. 초기의 배치제어시스템에서는 램프 제너레이터(RAMP GENERATOR) 기능이 있는 공기식 계기가 사용되었으며 제품을 변경하기 위해서는 각 제품마다 일일이 그 특징 패턴을 수동으로 입력시켜 주어야만 했다. 이 과정에서 한 개의 파라미터를 실수하면 사용할 수 없는 제품이 된다. 다종 제품의 화학공정에서는 품질과 생산량 향상에 의한 이득 증대에 그 목표를 두고 있으며, 이와 같은 목표를 달성하기 위한 해결책은 운전자의 개입을 감소시켜주는 제어시스템으로 개선하는 것이었다. 본 논문에서는 배치공정에 있어서의 프로그래머블 콘트롤러(PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER)의 응용에 관하여 논술하고자 한다.

A Study on Vision System Design for Automatic Inspection of Steam Generator in Nuclear Power Plants (원전 스팀 제너레이터 세관 자동검사용 비젼시스템 설계에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we propose a new approach to the development of the automatic vision system to examine and repair the steam generator tubes at remote distance. In nuclear power plants, workers are reluctant of works in steam generator because of the high radiation environment and limited working space. It is strongly recommended that the examination and maintenance works be done by an automatic system for the protection of the operator from the radiation exposure. Digital signal processors are used in implementing real time recognition and examination of steam generator tubes in the proposed vision system. Performance of the proposed digital vision system is illustrated by simulation and experiment for similar steam generator model.

Study on Generator Control for a Small X-Ray Tube (X-선 튜브의 고전압 발생장치 제어에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to develope a control system for a small X-ray tube generator and investigate control methods for the X-ray generator. The small X-ray tube was developed for electronic brachytherapy, and thus, the new control method should be investigated, if the small X-ray tube is used for the imaging system. The Axxent S700 X-ray tube and the XF060NZZ485 high voltage generator were used to compose a X-ray imaging system and control board was developed by using AT90CAN128 MCU. The two control methods were investigated after tube voltage was set to 50 kV, one was filament current control method and the other was beam current control method. The former was subdivided into two methods according to the filament heating time, the 5 and the 10 seconds respectively. In the filament current method, the beam current did not rise up to the desired value, if the filament current had not been maintained for at least 10 seconds. The onset filament currents to generate beam current were varied from 1,300 to 1,350 mA and over 5 seconds were needed in order to reach the desired tube current value after beam current was generated. However, in the tube current control method, the beam current reached to the desired value without any time delay with the filament current of 1,500 mA. In this study, we found that the beam current control method was appropriate for the use of small X-ray tube developed for brachytherapy in the X-ray imaging system.

Development of Tacho Generator for Application of Anti-aircraft Weapon System (대공무기체계 적용을 위한 타코제너레이터 개발)

  • This paper presents the development of a tacho generator that is applicable to a DC motor for anti-aircraft weapon systems. In general, devices such as tacho generators and resolvers are used as feedback devices for controlling DC motors. A tacho generator with a wide operating temperature range was developed, which has robust characteristics against shock loads and vibrations according to the operational characteristics of anti-aircraft weapon systems. The target specifications were set based on the requirements of the tacho generator currently in operation. A rotor coupled to the shaft of the motor and a stator coupled to the housing of the motor were then designed and manufactured. The inductance was 31.0 mH, the terminal resistance was 147.7 ohms, and the rotational measurement factor was satisfactory under both normal operation and operating conditions after the maximum speed for the standard of 9.500 ± 0.475 V/krpm. In addition, the environmental suitability of the applied equipment was confirmed through the rate of change in unit temperature, and it was found that the temperature characteristics were all within 0.03 %/℃.
