본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 생존과 발전을 위한 단계로 방문빈도, 방문 지속성의 전략이라고 할 수 있는 쇼핑몰 밀착도를 결정하는 요인들과 플로우에 영향을 주는 요인, 전형성에 영향을 주는 요인, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 인터넷 쇼핑몰 속성 태도와 인터넷 쇼핑몰 전형성의 관계, 소비자 행동 측면의 플로우 경험과 전형성의 영향정도 등을 조사한다. 이를 기반으로 인터넷 유형을 분류하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 특성 및 콘테츠 특성에 대한 전형성 정도를 세분화할 수 있다. 또한 밀착도와 충성도의 관계를 파악함으로 인해 쇼핑몰의 방문빈도 및 방문지속성의 유지가 기업의 장기적인 발전에 어느 정도 기여를 할 수 있는지에 대해서 파악할 수 있다. 본 연구결과 인터넷 쇼핑몰 특성은 전형성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 콘텐츠 특성은 플로우에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이를 통해 현재 오프라인을 기반으로 한 쇼핑몰인 경우 이 전에 오프라인에서 유지해 오던 상품제시, 보장, 명성 등이 온라인까지 확장되었다는 의미이며, 이러한 현상은 현재 오프라인 소매점에서 온라인 소매점으로 확장할 경우 이들 특성들이 전이(transfer)된다는 사실을 쇼핑몰 관리자들은 인지해야 한다. 또한 콘텐츠 특성은 오프라인 쇼핑몰보다는 순수 온라인 쇼핑몰이 플로우에 영향을 더 많이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 순수 온라인만을 주목적으로 창업하려는 쇼핑몰 관리자들은 콘텐츠 특성인 인터페이스 기능 강화, 톡특한 디자인 및 Lay-Out 등에 투자를 해야 한다. 위의 결과를 통해 플로우 및 전형성이 밀착도인 방문빈도 및 방문지속성에 영향을 미치며 이러한 밀착도는 소비자 충성도에 제고에 영향을 미칠 것이다.

The char oxidation characteristics of ashless coal with a relatively low ash content and high heating value were experimentally investigated at several temperatures (from $900^{\circ}C$ to $1300^{\circ}C$), in various oxygen concentrations (from 10% to 30%) under atmospheric pressure in a drop tube furnace. The char reaction rate was calculated from the exhaust gas concentrations (CO, $CO_2$) measured by FT-IR, and the particle temperature was measured by the two-color method. In addition, the activation energy and pre-exponential factor of ashless coal char were also calculated based on the Arrhenius equation. The results show that higher temperature and oxygen concentration result in a higher reaction rate of ashless coal, and the activation energy of ashless coal char is similar to that of bituminous coal.

A numerical analysis of the pulse-jet cleaning characteristics in a porous ceramic candle filter system was performed. To obtain the detailed velocity and pressure distribution during the cleaning process in a porous filter system, the axi-symmetric compressible Navier-Stokes equations including energy conservation equation were solved by using the FLUENT code which adopts FVM (Finite Volume Method). The effects of pulse cleaning nozzle diameter, nozzle tip position, permeability of a porous ceramic candle filter, diffuser throat diameter, and cleaning pressure on the cleaning flow characteristics were investigated extensively.

This study was conducted to examine the changes of sensory and instrumental characteristics focusing on flavor and texture of cooked rice with Akibare(Japonica type) and Milyang 23(hybrid of Japonica and Indies) under two different storage temperatures. The changes of sensory characteristics were not significant throughout the storage of 70 days at $5^{\circ}C$, but were significant after 30 days storage at $30^{\circ}C$. The stepwise regression showed that stickiness, gloosiness and off-flavor of rice effected on overall preference in old rice stored at $30^{\circ}C$. As making storage temperature be tiger and period be longer, hardness, springiness, gumminess and chewiness were increased further but cohesiveness and adhesiveness were decreased in the texture changes of cooked rice measured by Instron.

The major purpose of this study is to investigate the relationships between change management characteristics and implementation performance of ERP. In addition, this research examines the moderating effects of organization characteristics as contextual variables on the relationship between change management characteristics and implementation performance. For these purposes, a research model is developed based on the relevant literature reviews of ERP systems and change management theory. The data have been collected from the 148 enterprises which have implemented ERP systems at least one year ago. The respondents were person in charge of ERP system of each corporation. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, top management concern and support, consultant support goodness, education, and communication have positive influence upon internal performance. Secondly, consultant support goodness and education are positive influence upon external performance. Lastly, organization characteristics including formalization and centralization have partial moderating effect on the relationship between change management characteristics and implementation performance of ERP. From the analyses, this research have identified change management activities according to the organization structural contexts for the successful implementation of ERP.

본 연구의 목적은 우리나라도 초 고령화시대가 도래 하고 있다. 80세의 평균수명이 100세 까지 늘어나면서 인생을 바라보는 관점이 달라지고 있다. 평생직장이 아닌 평생 직업으로 바뀌면서 정년 후 무엇을 하며 어떻게 살아갈 것인가. 경찰관 역시 후반전 인생설계를 하지 않을 수가 없다. 그러나 실상은 격무에 시달리고 퇴직 준비를 제대로 못하며 임무가 산적된 경우가 경찰관의 다반사가 현 실태이다. 그러면 이와 관련된 창업의 전 단계를 알아보자"퇴직예정 경찰관에게 심리적 특성요소들이 창업의지에 미치는 영향"과 -경력지향성의 조절효과 중심으로, 이에 부합되도록 예비창업가의 심리적 특성요인에 변수 요소를 찾아보면 사회적지향성, 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 자기 효능감, 창의성의 5가지 독립요소로 정리하고 창업의지를 종속 변수로 하여서 이들 간에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 여부를 확인하고 마찬가지로 예비창업자 경력과 창업의지와 관계를 알아보며 경력지향성에 포함되는 요소들 관리, 사업, 안정, 기술, 자율지향성은 퇴직경찰관의 심리적 특성요인과 창업의지에 조절변수 요소들로 상관관계들을 검토해보기 위해서 연구모형과 가설을 세워본다. 또한 이를 위하여 검증단계로 현직경찰관 154명에 대한 설문지를 발송하였으며 접수가 완료되면 검증을 실시하기 위해 통계분석 처리를 할 예정이다. 첫째. 예비창업자의 개인적 특성으로 구성하는 요소들은 사회적지향성, 성취욕구, 위험감수성, 자기 유능감 창의성은 창업의지와 (+)정의 관계로 창업의지에 영향이 미칠 것이다. 둘째. 예비창업자의 경력이 창업의지와 (+)정의 관계로 창업의지에 영향이 미칠 것이다. 셋째. 예비창업자 경력 지향성에는 관리지향성 사업지향성 자율지향성 기술지향성 안정지향성은 심리적 특성과 창업의지에 조절효과로 정(+)의 관계로 영향을 미칠 것이다.

본 연구는 농산물 전자상거래를 이용하는 소비자들의 신뢰와 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 소셜네트워크 특성을 분석함으로써 그동안 상대적으로 소홀했던 농산물 전자상거래 분야의 소셜네트워크 활용 방안 및 구매의도를 개선하기 위한 시사점을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 위해 농산물 전자상거래 이용 소비자들을 대상으로 소셜네트워크특성이 신뢰를 매개로 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 소셜네트워크 특성으로 도출한 교류빈도, 친밀감, 호혜성, 감정의 강도 중 친밀감, 호혜성, 감정의 강도는 신뢰에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 교류빈도는 정(+)의 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 신뢰는 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

INS를 사용하는 지상항법시스템은 GPS 등의 보조 센서와 관계없이 다양한 환경에서 장시간 운용시 항법 성능을 보장하기 위하여 재교정 과정을 거쳐야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 재교정 절차 없이 장시간의 반복적인 사용에도 신뢰할 수 있는 항법해를 제공하기 위한 동작간 교정 기법에 대한 기초 연구를 수행한다. 이를 위하여 지상항법시스템에 나타나는 다양한 운동 특성을 묘사할 수 있는 시뮬레이터를 개발하고, 각 운동 특성에서의 가관측성 해석과 INS와 GPS의 항법 출력 특성을 분석한다.

이론적으로 진원의 저어널과 슬리브를 갖는 저어널베어링은 저어널과 슬리브가 등속으로 역회전할 경우 부하능력이 발생하지 않으므로 베어링으로서의 기능이 상실된다. 따라서, 저어널과 슬리브가 거의 등속으로 역회전하는 계에 대해서는 진원의 저어널베어링을 사용할 수 없고, 다른 종류의 베어링으로 지지하여야 할것이다. 역회전하는 저어널-베어링 계의 예로서는 터어보엔진의 인터샤프트베어링을 들 수 있다. Vance(1)는 고속 터어보엔진의 경우 공기역학적인 관점에서 가스제너레이터축과 파워터빈축이 서로 역회전하는 것이 바람직한 경우도 있는데, 이때 미끄름저어널베어링은 역회전시 부하능력의 감소로 인해 적용하기 어렵다고 하였다. 실제로 현재의 모든 인터샤프트 베어링으로서는 구름베어링이 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 저어널과 슬리브가 역회전하는 프로팅링저어널베어링의 정특성을 해석하여 프로팅링저어널베어링이 역회전 저어널-베어링계를 충분히 지지할 수 있음을 이론적으로 밝히고자 한다. 윤활이론으로서는 층류상태에 대한 등온 유한장베어링이론을 사용하였다.
