An election is a major event in a country that elects the people's representatives. Currently, Korea's electoral system has a structure that limits the exclusion of the minority's opinion. Also, it has strengthened the monopoly of major political parties. Despite the harsh conditions, Green Party Korea has proposed an alternative to prevent even the minority from being excluded by practicing direct democracy and expanding proportional representation through the institutionalization of the democratic process within the party. Election campaigns should thus reflect this orientation of Green Party Korea. The local elections and the national elections reflect Korea's political and social status and show the course over two minority parties beyond such limits. Moreover, they provide evidence of the activities of Green Party Korea. The paper analyzes how the election archives of the party hold the values of democracy, how minor parties jump to another because of the unfavorable election system, and how the archives of Green Party Korea reflect its values on the political history of Korea.

This study tries to analyze what the most significant factors are in Brazil, where the Korean investing firms have to overcome and adapt to various difficulties, especially in terms of political environment. This main purpose of this research is to test empirically some relations of between the managing strategy of Korean firms and the environment factors of politics in Brazil while this is conducted in two stages. First, the research model is designed by reviewing relevant theories, previous studies, and the current investment conditions in local Brazil. Second, the survey of Korean firms engaged in investment activities in there is done by collecting questionnaires from them. with this survey, the strategic method of multiple regression is used to testing some hypotheses. At the result of Analysis, It is proved there haven been negative affecting political factors of law/regulation system and administrative operation service, and Korean firms have implementing the responding management strategies with reasonable adaptation to risks and human network reinforcement.

This main purpose of the research is to test empirically some relations between the managing strategy of Korean enterprises and the circumstance factors of politics in Russia while this is conducted in two stages. First, the research model is designed by reviewing relevant theories, previous studies, and the current investment conditions in local Russia. Second, the survey of Korean enterprises engaged in investment activities in there is done by collecting questionnaires from them with this survey. And the statistic method of structural equation modeling is used to testing some hypotheses. Explaining the analyzing tools, SPSS 12.0 for windows is being used for Correlation, Reliability, Validity and Multi regression and Finally the Path analysis is implemented by AMOS 7.0 for windows.

Functional Magnetic Resonance Angiography (fMRA) was a technoscientific innovation that allows scientists to directly view the changes made in the blood vessels of a brain. fMRA was first developed at Neuroscience Research Institute (NRI) in Korea. fMRA mainly utilizes 7 Tesla MRI technology, and NRI is equipped with the instrument. First article on fMRA was published in 2008, and two more papers in 2010 and 2012 consecutively had been published on the newly developed technique. However, fMRA is a competitive technology with existing fMRI. Both techniques capture microvascular changes in a brain, and by doing it, both techniques visualize the cognitive and affective changes. fMRI technology was introduced by Seiji Ogawa in the early 1990's and has been widely used since then. In contrast, fMRA was a newer technology and rather unknown. Developers of fMRA in NRI used series of signifiant-politics in order to make it better known to scientific community as well as public. By resetting the boundaries of existing concept of fMRI, they tried to lower the threshold of a new concept/technique. This case study shows how technoscientists use semiotic strategies governing new technology.

This essay examines the relationship between counterterrorism within the Lake Chad Basin Commission hereinafter referred to as LCBC and its effects on leaders' tenure in office. The countries of the LCBC, an intergovernmental institution promoting regional integration in the sub-region, established the Multinational Joint Task Force (MNJTF) primarily to maintain peace and security. In April 2012 the mandate of this structure was reinvigorated and broadened to manage the ongoing menace perpetrated by the Islamist terrorist group, Boko Haram in the sub-region. The political consequences, however, has not been identical for leaders of the member states of the LCBC participating in this counterterrorism operation. This essay primarily relies on secondary data derived from available public data sets in explaining this phenomenon. The phenomenon of leaders in Nigeria, Cameroon, Niger and Chad between 2010 and 2018 is used to examine the relationship between counterterrorism in the Lake Chad Basin Commission and its effects on political survival. Results suggest that leaders of highly democratic countries are more likely to lose office and held accountable for either perceived inaction or failure in the counterterrorism operation than their counterparts in autocratic states.

스타의 대중에 대한 인기가 브랜드의 이미지 제고와 상업적 영향을 끄는 마케팅 전략을 스타 마케팅이라고 한다. 오늘날의 스타는 방송, 연예활동뿐만 아니라 스포츠, 정치활동, 사회기여활동 등 다양한 분야에서 활약하며 스타의 이미지는 그 활약상에 영향을 받는다. 스타의 이미지는 브랜드 및 기업의 이미지로 직결되므로 그에 대한 사전분석은 마케팅에서 중요한 요소이다. 그래서 일반적으로 스타들이 활약하는 도메인을 분류하여서 그 스타에 대해서 검색을 하였을 때 어떤 분야에서 활약하고 기여를 하는지 그 기여도를 도메인에 따라 랭킹을 매기는 방법을 제안한다. 뉴스기사에서 텍스트 마이닝 기술을 이용하여 스타의 이름과 활동 도메인들에 대해서 관련단어를 빈도에 따라 추출한다. 그리고 관련된 단어들을 이용하여 스타에 대한 뉴스 중 각 도메인과 관련된 기사들을 카운트하며 도메인에 대해서 긍정 혹은 부정적인 보도내용일 경우에는 극성을 부여하여 그 가중치를 달리한다. 빈도 및 극성을 고려한 점수화에 의해 스타가 기여하는 분야에 대한 순위를 매긴다.
