This study aims at establishing the identity of teaching Korean as a Foreign Language (KFL) domain by using journal profiling and co-word analysis in comparison with the relevant and adjacent domains. Firstly, by extracting and comparing topic terms, we calculate the similarity of academic journals of the three domains, KFL, teaching Korean as a Native Language (KNL), and Korean Linguistics (KL). The result shows that the journals of KFL form a distinct cluster from the others. The profiling analysis and co-word analysis are then conducted to visualize the relationship among all the three domains in order to uncover the characteristics of KFL. The findings show that KFL is more similar to KNL than to KL. Finally, the comparison of knowledge structures of these three domains based on the co-word analysis demonstrates the uniqueness of KFL as an independent domain in relation with the other relevant domains.
This study was conducted to diagnose the issues of AI ethics in global content and to discuss what kind of discourse is needed to strengthen human identity. To this end, the study selected Netflix original content "The Social Dilemma" for analysis and adopted narrative analysis as the research method. The analysis results confirmed that "Social Dilemma" showed the structure of a traditional current affairs documentary and mainly used experts and statistical data to develop the story. It also reinforced core content claims by enumerating domestic and foreign cases such as the 2021 Myanmar massacre and the spread of fake news. In addition, the relationship between the characters clearly revealed the binary opposition between developers and media companies as well as users and advertisers. For the solution to the problem, strong regulations on businesses and the suspension of social media use were reached. However, "The Social Dilemma" merely pointed out the misuse of AI technology and had a narrative that ignored human identity and social relationships. Such results raise the need for creating contents that emphasize the importance of human sociality, relationships, and learning ability in the age of AI.
The purpose of this study is to analyze mediating effects of sense of community between Ego-identity and multicultural acceptance. Struatural analysis is performed with six - year panel survey data of elementary school 1st grade students and middle school 1st grade students from Korean child- Youth Panel survey. The subjects of six - year panel survey data are the sixth grade in the elementary school and High school seniors. The results are as follows. First of all, there are differences in Ego-identity, sense of community and multicultural acceptance between the sixth grade in the elementary school and high school seniors. Second, they are related. Third, regression analysis shows that Ego-identity and sense of community have an affect on multicultural acceptance. Fourth, partial mediating effect is suitable for whole youth and sixth grader and complect mediation effect is suitable for high school seniors. In early adolescents, Ego-identity plays a direct role in multicultural acceptance. But in late adolescents, sense of community plays a direct role in multicultural acceptance. Base on these results, for improving adolescents multicultural acceptance, It has suggested educational programs that helps to enhance Ego-identity and sense of community.

The present study investigates the relationship between social competence and economic performance in social enterprises. Social enterprises simultaneously pursue social value creation and economic value creation, two of which are not easily compatible each other. This study explores the conditions under which these two values can synergize with each other and thereby, positively affect each other's performance. In particular, I examine how two important social competences, that is, social identity and social alliance, influence economic performance of social enterprises. Using the secondary data on social enterprises from Korea Social Enterprise Promotion Agency, I run OLS regression analyses to test hypotheses. I find that investment on social value creation, only when it aligns with social identity, has a statistically significant and positive relationship with economic performance of social enterprises. Further, the study finds evidence that social alliance in and of itself does not affect economic performance of social enterprises. However, social alliance does have a positive influence on social enterprises' economic performance, only when taking into account social alliance partners' organizational attributes and a focal social enterprise's degree of readiness to absorb expected gains from social alliance altogether. The present study improves our understanding on social entrepreneurship research by suggesting how social enterprises can enhance two seemingly incompatible values in a simultaneous manner. I also discuss potentially fruitful future research agenda based on the present paper's findings.
Due to the expanding roles of corporations, the significance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has escalated, fostering continued efforts for organizations to integrate CSR into the context of recruitment. Additionally, demand for CSR authenticity is increasing. Damaged CSR authenticity can give rise to negative consequences, but research on the CSR authenticity is lacking, particularly within the realms of job search and recruitment. Consequently, this study aimed to investigate whether organizational attractiveness varies with CSR authenticity (high CSR authenticity, low CSR authenticity, and control conditions) through a scenario design. Additionally, the study examined the mediating effects of value congruence, as well as the moderating effect of moral identity in this relationship. Conducted among 300 undergraduate students, the results indicated that the organizational attractiveness was highest in the high CSR authenticity condition, followed by the control condition, and the lowest in the low CSR authenticity condition. However, the difference between the high CSR authenticity condition and the control condition was not statistically significant. PROCESS macro was employed to analyze the mediating model of value congruence. The results revealed that the mediating effect of value congruence was significant across all conditions. In sequence, examining the moderating effect and the moderated mediating effect of moral identity, it was found that these effects were significant in the high CSR authenticity condition in comparison to the other conditions. The findings of this study suggest the importance of considering CSR authenticity in the context of job search and recruitment and also, provides an insight into the mechanism through which CSR authenticity influences organizational attractiveness.

This study has been conducted with $1^{st}$ grade elementary students where the purpose was to develop students' interest in themselves and to cultivate their self-awareness as the first step toward establishing a suitable course and career for their start-up features. Students have conducted the cyber study through "Incheon e-School" and cyber reading "Booktoby" and recorded three types of outcomes - affective self-awareness, social self-awareness and intelligence self-awareness - on each side of the Pyramid, thus constructing their own self-awareness pyramids of the system. According to the results, after such activities were undertaken during the $1^{st}$ semester, their opinion toward their self-control and study ability has improved as much as about 67% compared to that of the beginning of the last semester. Regarding the effects of cyber reading, their interest, spontaneity and understanding toward reading books have also improved as much as 54% and 50%, 33% respectively along with positive answers of as much as 75% with regard to self-awareness. When it comes to the results of the SCI-II test (used to evaluate self-awareness), the total average has improved by as much as 3 points and the three components of self-awareness - affective, social, and intelligence - have improved by as much as 4points, 1point, and 5points, respectively.

This study recognizes the need for Korean university society to have to prepare for the coming of the Fourth industrial revolution era and for rapid decline in the school-age population, and presents a diagnosis of the current situation of the department of domestic library and information science. To respond to such issues, it explores the identity of the department of library and information science, and the future development direction thereof. The findings of this study reveal as of February 2020 that 36 universities offer the department of library and information science, while 18 universities abolished the department. Further, compared to 2013, 2019 saw the number of the students enrolled and full-time faculty decline by 38.5% and 13.4%, respectively. Thus, the identity and future development direction of Korea's department of library and information science were examined by dividing the issue into 5 parts. Five proposals thus were presented: First, convergence education is required at the level of academic identity. Second, at the level of law and state, the department of library and information science, it should be guaranteed that the library and information science should be promoted and that the employment should be stabilized. Third, at the level of association, the social image of the department of library and information science should be enhanced. Fourth, at the level of universities, the support for and promotion of the department of library and information science should be boosted. Fifth, at the level of the department, student-oriented education should be bolstered and the employment rate should be enhanced.

This study is a qualitative case study of secondary science teachers who are doing educational activities in YouTube. In particular, this study attempts to interpret this case based on Foucault's concept of 'Heterotopia', which means a space that allows for private freedom or deviance by reflecting various utopias without the norms and constraints from every day or real space. Five secondary science teachers who voluntarily opened a personal channel on the YouTube platform and actively uploaded their own videos related to science education participated in the study. In order to understand the experiences of five secondary science teachers, data were individually collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, and the collected data were analyzed using qualitative case study method. For valid interpretation of the study, we also referred to the video contents, teacher training materials, and teaching and learning materials produced by the participants. As a result of the study, seven themes were revealed: 'Desire for one's own unique educational activities,' 'Youtube as an extended classroom space,' 'Expanded network of relationships beyond the classroom barrier,' 'Satisfaction of desire for recognition and experience of identity as a YouTuber,' 'Tension between the educational space and the YouTube,' 'Space to be reborn as a craftsman,' and 'Finding one's own direction as a Teacher-YouTuber.' Given those findings, we found that the identity and desire of secondary science teachers, which were limited in the existing secondary schools and classrooms, was expanded in a new space called YouTube. In addition, we suggested that YouTube could be a space where science teachers can realize their own ideals and feel the joy. And simple regulating teacher's behavior in Youtube space only based on norms and standards shared in traditional educational space would rather hinder their healthy construction of identity and growth.

The aim of this paper was to develop a scale for measuring gender identity among sports participants (114 male, 193 female). Gender similarities and latent mean analysis was used to validate the gender identity measurement method. Data processing was carried out by way of frequency analysis, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis, reliability, correlation, normal distribution of questions, and latent mean analysis using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, the equivalence had revealed the configurable, metric, and scalar invariance of the scale that can be used in multi-groups in the same way. Second, women had a more open inclination than men when it came to participating in sports activities (p<.001). Third, women participating in sports activities tended to be more conservative than men (p<.001). Fourth, women who participated in sports activities showed a higher subjective tendency than men (p<.001). Fifth, there was no statistical difference in the outward tendency when participating in sports activities (p<.05). The results of this study suggest that gender identity among sports participants is not influenced by the changing times and the advancement of women in society.

The purpose of this study was to know the changing process of ethnic identity of the Korean-Chinese in South Korea. To this end, in-depth interviews with 12 Korean-Chinese Korean had been conducted in order to know how their ethnic identity was changing while they are settling in South Korea. Results had found that the changing of ethnic identity closely associated with their cultural adaptation process. There are three s changing stages of their ethnic identity. First, in the initial period of entering to South Korea, the Korean-Chinese were excited and filled with the hope for their 'homeland'. Second, while integrating into mainstream society they feel the crisis of ethnic identity. Social exclusion led them to reconsider their own Korean-Chinese identity. Third, at the present stage there are three different cognitions for their own identity--- Korean, Chinese, neither Chinese nor Korean. This study has offered a view to understand the acculturation process of the Korean-Chinese settling in South Korea. Without a doubt, their self-cognition of ethnic identity has a big impact on social integration in South Korean. Therefore, Korea mainstream society with Korean-Chinese needs to work together on building their own healthy ethnic identity.
