본 연구의 목적은 전문도서관인 공무원교육원 도서관의 공동수서정책을 위해 이용자의 요구를 인용문헌분석을 통해 파악하고자 하였다. 이을 위해 3개 공무원교육원의 주이용자인 장기교육생의 인용문헌을 자료의 유형분석, 자료의 최신성 분석, 인용문헌수 분석, 외국문헌 이용현황과 핵심자료를 파악하고자 하여 공무원교육원 도서관의 공동수서정책에 반영하고자 하였다. 그 결과 형태별로는 연구보고서의 인용율이 가장 높았으며, 평균인용건수를 분석한 결과, 교육수료보고서의 1인당 평균인용건수는 29.42권으로 조사되었다. 발행시기별로 분석한 결과, 출판 후2${\sim}$5년 내의 자료를 40.6%로 가장 많이 인용하는 것으로 조사되었으며, 언어별 분석 결과, 국내서로 기술된 문헌의 인용율은 90.1%로 조사되었다. 핵심자료를 파악한 결과 단행본의 최대 피인용문헌빈도(3회 이상)는 155권 이었으며, 학술지는 112종, 통계자료는 34권이었다.

It is important to manage access control for secure ubiquitous applications. In this paper, we present an access-control system for executing policy file which includes access control rules. We implemented Context-aware Access Control Manager(CACM) based on Java Context-Awareness Framework(JCAF) which provides infrastructure and API for creating context-aware applications. CACM controls accesses to method call based on the access control rules in the policy file. We also implemented a support tool to help programmers modify incorrect access control rules using static analysis information, and a simulator for simulating ubiquitous applications. We describe simulation results for several ubiquitous applications.

Nowadays, the competitiveness of a company depends on the ability of all organizational members to share and utilize the organizational knowledge accumulated by the organization. As if to prove this, the world is now focusing on ChetGPT service using generative AI technology based on LLM (Large Language Model). However, it is still difficult to apply the ChetGPT service to work because there are many hallucinogenic problems. To solve this problem, sLLM (Lightweight Large Language Model) technology is being proposed as an alternative. In order to construct sLLM, corporate data is essential. Corporate data is the organization's ERP data and the company's office document knowledge data preserved by the organization. ERP Data can be used by directly connecting to sLLM, but office documents are stored in file format and must be converted to data format to be used by connecting to sLLM. In addition, there are too many technical limitations to utilize office documents stored in file format as organizational knowledge information. This study proposes a method of storing office documents in DB format rather than file format, allowing companies to utilize already accumulated office documents as an organizational knowledge system, and providing office documents in data form to the company's SLLM. We aim to contribute to improving corporate competitiveness by combining AI technology.

소셜미디어를 통한 여론분석과 브랜드 모니터링에 대한 요구가 증가하면서, 빅데이터로부터 감성을 분석하는 기술에 대한 필요가 늘고 있다. 이를 위해, 본 논문에서는 단순 긍/부정 감성이 아닌 20종류의 세분화된 감성을 분석하기 위한 감성어휘 구축 알고리즘을 제시한다. 감성어휘 구축을 위해서는 준지도학습을 사용하였으며, 도메인에 특화되지 않은 일반 감성어휘를 구축하도록 학습되었다. 학습된 감성어휘를 인물, 스마트기기, 정책 등 다양한 도메인의 트위터 데이터에 적용하여 세부감성을 분석한 결과, 알고리즘의 특성상 재현율이 낮다는 한계를 가지고 있었으나, 대부분의 감성에 대해 높은 정확도를 지닌 감성어휘를 구축할 수 있었고, 감성을 직간접적으로 나타내는 표현들을 학습할 수 있었다.

음성 인식 기술은 상당 기간 연구 개발이 계속적으로 되었는데 최근에 이르러 스마트 폰이 급속히 확산되면서 그 필요성, 즉, 고품질의 상용 서비스에 대한 욕구가 널리 확산되고 있다. 이런 환경에서도 사실 한국어는 상대적으로 소홀히 다뤄 질 수 있는 가능성이 매우 높다. 이러한 소외는 기술적인 문제로만 남겨지는 것이 아니라 언어라는 측면에서 문화와 직결된다. 이에 한국어 음성 인식 연구는 꼭 필요한 것이고 많은 부분 국가가 정책적으로 지원을 하는 것이 마땅하나 현 상황은 많이 미흡하나 아마도 곧 그 필요성이 대두 될 것이라 예상하며 그를 준비하는 연구로 특화된 분야, 즉, 표준어와 방언들 그리고 감정 표현 언어에 관한 연구를 한다.

기술집약적인 경제성장의 중요성이 강조되고 있는 가운데 이공계 진학과 과학기술직종선택의 감소는 성장잠재력에 가장 근본적인 위협이 된다. 이를 유지하려는 여러 가지 정책이 교육학적이나 사회학적 근거에서 제시되고 있으나 이를 분석하는 이론적 경험적 틀이 상대적으로 부족한 상태이다. 직업선택모델은 사회학적인 접근법이 활발하게 진행되었으나, 경제적 동인에 대극 분석이 부족하다. 본 논문에서는 2000년 미국 센서스 데이터에 나타난 가장 국제화된 미국의 과학기술직 사례를 통해 인적자본 모델을 기준으로 하여 기술직에 대한 기존의 연구와 비교한다. 이민의 직업선택모델의 관점에서 원주민의 경우와 비교하며, 동시에 타 직업군과 비교한다. 직업선택에서 미래소득에 대한 예측이 대체로 정확하나 실제의 선택이 다르다는 기존 논문들의 주장은 성간 차이의 문제를 제외하고는 현격하지 않다. 민족적 차이의 효과도 인적자본효과에 비해서는 크지 않다. 과학기술직은 고급 화이트칼라 직종에 비해 결혼과 교육 언어 경험면에서 저급한 직종의 특성을 보인다. 여성의 과학기술직 기피는 남성프리미엄이 높아서는 아니지만 합리적인 차별 때문으로 볼 수 있다.

"우리나라의 대표적인 정보통신사업인 하이텔이 프랑스의 '텔레텔(TELETEL)'을 본뜬 것이라는 점은 이미 널리 알려진 사실이다. 프랑스는 참으로 자존심이 강한 나라이다. 우루과이라운드에서 미국의 자존심을 구겨놓은 유일한 나라는 바로 프랑스였고, 언어와 문화면에서 펴는 정책을 보더라도 200년의 짧은 역사를 가진 미국이 컴플렉스를 느끼는 것도 어찌보면 당연한지도 모르는 일이다. 정보통신 분야에서도 프랑스는 1970년대 후반부터 미국이나 일본과는 별개의 기술을 사용하는 프로젝트를 추진하어 왔다. 따라 여기에서 통신을 통한 비디오텍스 사업의 교과서격인 프랑스의 텔레텔서비스의 최근 동향을 살펴봄으로써 우리의 향후 멀티미디어 비디오텍스산업의 발전방향을 가늠해 본다."

This paper describes the results of a usage analysis on the scientific and technical journals in order to optimize the collection development at KISTI. By comparing usage data for the journals from 1997/2002, this study identifies the short-term changes in journal use, which were shown on the subject field, language, publication country, SCI journal and electronic journal. The changing of journal use has important implications for collection development strategy in sci-tech libraries.

Today, demand for job training of married immigrants is increasing. This research aims to propose developmental Edu-Tech based on the demand for education contents and the characteristics of multicultural family. Based on analysis such as FGI(focus group interview) and expert interview, this paper presents a four methods for development of EduTech for multicultural people, such as language skills, the recommendation technology of customized training contents, contents design based on gamification and user experience design. This research contributes to the direction of the method to use EduTech as a tool for gaps in education and welfare state.

The study is to investigate research trends and knowledge structures in the Smart Farm field. To achieve the research purpose, keywords and the relationship among keywords were analyzed targeting 104 Korean academic journals related to the Smart Farm in KCI(Korea Citation Index), and topics were analyzed using the LDA Topic Modeling technique. As a result of the analysis, the main keywords in the Korean Smart Farm-related research field were 'environment', 'system', 'use', 'technology', 'cultivation', etc. The results of Degree, Betweenness, and Eigenvector Centrality were presented. There were 7 topics, such as 'Introduction analysis of Smart Farm', 'Eco-friendly Smart Farm and economic efficiency of Smart Farm', 'Smart Farm platform design', 'Smart Farm production optimization', 'Smart Farm ecosystem', 'Smart Farm system implementation', and 'Government policy for Smart Farm' in the results of Topic Modeling. This study will be expected to serve as basic data for policy development necessary to advance Korean Smart Farm research in the future by examining research trends related to Korean Smart Farm.
