As the market-based spectrum policy is introduced, an interest in the economic value of the frequency is increasing. Research and practical applications concerning the methodology for the estimation of the economic value of the frequency and its determinants are actively engaged, which are used for setting a reserve price and bid price of spectrum auction and a spectrum clearance cost. In this study, by the analysis of the spectrum valuation methodology, we derive the changes in the factors affecting the valuation and propose to apply improved. In the model frequency value is consist of technical value, commercial value and strategic value, we find the dynamics of fluctuation factors and suggest how to apply them to spectrum policy.

This study is to suggest the theoretical and policy implications by analysing the moderating effects of trust for senior in the causal relationships among the research variables. For this study, 273 of the local public servants were sampled and surveyed. The results of this study showed that local public servants' performance oriented values affect job attitude through their acceptance for performance management system. And this study showed that trust in the leader moderates the relationships among individual orientation, performance orientation and job attitude. This study suggested some theoretical and practical implications on the base of the results.

우식활성이 높은 어린이와 청소년 전체를 수용할 수 있는 치면열구전색(치아홈메우기) 사업의 확대 재생산을 위한 방안으로 건강보험 급여에 포함하는 정책이 2009년 12월부터 실시됨에 따라 본 연구는 급여화 기준 설정, 상대가치지수 개발 및 수가산정, 소요 재정추계 등, 급여화 운용을 위한 제반사항을 연구, 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 치면열구전색술의 적응증, 실시연령, 대상치아등에 대해 문헌고찰과 함께 상기 항목에 대한 정책적인 면에서의 검토를 시행하였으며, 치과의사를 대상으로 전국규모의 설문조사를 실시하여 치면열구전색술의 상대가치지수(RBRVS)와 연계한 의사업무량을 산출하고, 행위 기술서를 작성하였으며, 직접 및 간접비용의 세부내역 산출하였다. 도출된 상대가치지수를 바탕으로 예상수가를 산정하였으며 이를 근거로 대상 연령 및 대상치아, 의료 이용율 대비 재정추계 시행하였다. 이와함께 치면열구전색술의 급여화 순조로운 정착을 위한 외국사례 연구, 보험적용추진을 위해 치면열구전색의 유지율 및 비용효과, 예방적 레진수복과의 차등화문제, 재료적 고찰, 대국민 및 시술기관 대상 홍보 사항 등 급여화에 관련된 제반 사항을 검토, 제안하였다.

The aim of this study is to examine the development of social economy and institutional isomorphism in Chungnam Province. Although 'social economy enterprises' in Chungnam Province achieved rapid quantitative growth, public-led policy and institutional framework has intensified institutional isomorphism. Institutional isomorphism is a phenomenon in which all type of organization and activities become similar in an institutional environment. This isomorphism hinders the social value orientation and innovation of social economic enterprises. As a result of the case analysis, institutional isomorphization was intensified if regional ecosystem(that can maintain and strengthen social value orientation) was not established. The creation of social value is at a level that satisfies the institution and the social value orientation is also weakened.

본 연구는 포털 사업자와 콘텐츠제공사업자간 상생(相生) 즉 승승정책(win-win policy)이 무엇인지에 대해 탐색하였다. 업계 전문가들과의 인터뷰와 설문조사를 통하여 바람직한 상생방안이 무엇인지에 대해 정책적인 시사점을 제시하였으며, 이들 정책의 일부는 정부 차원에서 추진이 되고 있는 사안도 있으나 국내 디지털콘텐츠 산업의 발전과 유통활성화에 보다 적극적인 정책입안과 예산의 배정, 계획의 실행이 중요함을 다시 한번 강조하고자 하였다.

Investors should understand and actively consider factors like location, future value, policies, pricing, market trends, and their income, as these elements can shift with changing local, social, economic, and policy environments. This study seeks to clarify the impact of investment factors on the performance and reinvestment intentions of Sejong City investors by surveying those who have invested in real estate. This study employs a structural equation model with confirmatory factor analysis, focusing on four aspects: value, economic and policy, psychological, and financial. We find that the investment value factor has the largest impact on investment performance, indicating that investors prioritize the investment value of real estate in Sejong City. In addition, factors increasing asset value and expected satisfaction were significant, indicating that real estate investment in Sejong City yields high returns and investor satisfaction. with a positive outlook for future reinvestment.

본 논문의 목적은 교통계획 및 투자 사업의 평가에 있어 대기오염 요소를 고려하기 위해 필수적인 기초자료인 대기오염에 의한 경제적 가치를 추정함에 있다. 이를 위하여 가상적인 주택선호자료를 바탕으로 대기오염 개선에 대한 가구의 지불용의액을 추정하고 이를 바탕으로 대기오염 피해의 화폐적 가치를 추정한다 특히, 국내에서는 적용된 바 없지만 마아케팅 및 교통수요 분석 부문에 있어 시간가치, 교통수단의 안락감 등 비계량적 요소의 경제적 가치 측정에 많이 사용되는 SP(Stated Preference)기법을 사용해서 대기오염 피해에 대한 화폐가치를 추정한다. 연구결과 가구의 점유형태에 따라 대기오염에 대한 경제적 가치가 유의적인 차이가 존재하며 도로교통에 의한 대기오염 1%의 경제적 가치는 240만원/가구.년으로 분석되었다. 대기오염물질별 경제적 가치를 살펴보면 $O_3$ 0.01ppm의 경제적 가치는 55.40만원/가구.년, N$O_2$ 0.01ppm 18.33만원/가구.년으로 추정되었다. 본 연구를 통해 교통투자사업의 평가에 있어 환경적 요소를 고려할 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하였으며, 교통분야 뿐만 아니라 환경관련 정책의 수립 분석에 중요한 기초 결과가 제시되었다. 본 결과가 교통분야에 더욱 유용하게 사용되기 위해서는 교통투자사업 또는 교통관리에 따른 교통량의 변화와 대기오염물질 배출량의 관계에 대한 연구가 추가적으로 필요하다고 판단되며 이 연구가 이루어지면 본 연구가 제시한 결과치는 교통투자사업의 편익/비용 분석에 중요하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구의 한계로서는 조사지역이 전국에서 환경오염이 심한 서울지역에서 조사가 한정되었다는 점이며 이에 대한 앞으로의 연구가 필요하다.

This study analyzes Korean childcare policy from a caring democracy perspective by using the normative policy analysis method. In the midst of emergent new social risks engendered by low fertility and aging population, feminist scholars proposed a transformative paradigm shift from economic growth to caring oriented development on a macro scale but researches on how this grand principle can be reflected into each policy have hardly been discussed. Thus, this study intends to contribute to such policy-driven discussion by analysing childcare policy on the basis of three normative values of freedom, equality and justice re-interpreted by caring democracy theory. Following are key findings. First, childcare policy does not guarantee public value and social solidarity due to the limitations of free choice from the perspective of freedom. Secondly, gender and class stratification has been worsened in a multiple and more complicated way by adding generational and racial dimensions to the existing gender inequality and vicious circulation of private care is observed from equality perspective. Thirdly, structural inequality aggravated injustice previously accumulated in the past rather than providing flat ground by adjustment.
