Although many local governments are supporting the environment-friendly regional agriculture(hereafter EFRA), the EFRA is not wildly extended since the marketing and consumption of the environment-friendly agricultural products are still limited. This study aims at finding out the new development source of Korean agriculture and strategies for establishing regional agriculture. For these purposes, Sunchon-si cases of EFAP development are introduced and the functions and roles of bodies in charge of regional agriculture are looked over. In order to establish the EFRA, production, processing and consumption needs to be intimately linked all together. As preconditions for developing the EFRA, four points should be satisfied. Firstly, production organizations need to be built and stabilized for developing the EFRA and consumers' organizations and partnership are to be formed. Secondly, the government should support for building consumers' organization. Thirdly, social consensus for developing the EFRA needs to be formed. And finally with the appropriate local and central governmental support the partnership among producers, consumers, and government should be formed.

This paper analyzes effect of the spinning vehicle on the GPS signal. In rapid spinning vehicles such as missiles and space rockets, carrier phase and frequency depend on the roll rate of the vehicle. It induces phase and frequency modulation caused by the roll rate. The modulated phase and frequency increase dynamic stress error of the tracking loop. Even though higher order tracking loop can remove dynamic stress error, the dynamic stress error can not be remove in this case. In order to analyze the effect of the spinning vehicle on the GPS signal, the experiments are carried out. The experiment results show the modulation of the carrier frequency and phase caused by the roll rate of the spinning vehicle.

전력 산업은 대규모 투자가 필수적인 산업이라 자연 독점으로 남아 있게 되는 경우가 다반사이다. 그래서 사용 요금은 시장의 규칙에 의해서가 아니라 규제자에 의해 많은 부수적인 방법을 통해 회수하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 모선 간 전력량을 고려한 전력망 사용요금 산정법을 제안하고자 한다. Equivalent Bilateral Exchange(EBE)와 Relative Electrical Path Width(REPW)를 각각 정의한 후 EBE와 REPW를 이용하여 전력 이동량을 계산하고 모선 간 전력 이동량을 바탕으로 DC 조류 계산을 이용하여 전력망 사용량을 할당하는 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법을 검증하기 위해 2기 4모선을 테스트 시스템으로 선정해 기존의 방법과 비교를 해 보았다.

본 논문에서는 유도 무기와 같이 고속으로 운동하는 항체에서 GPS 신호 탐색 시간을 줄이기 위하여 INS와 다중 상관기를 이용한 신호 획득 기법을 제안한다. 신호의 코드위상을 여러 개의 상관기에서 동시에 탐색하도륵 다중 상관기를 구성하여 코드위상 검색에 소요되는 시간을 단축시키며 INS로부터의 속도와 위치를 이용하여 도플러 주파수를 추정하고 이것을 도플러 검색 초기 값으로 사용하여 검색시간을 줄인다. 제안한 기법을 검증하기 위하여 GPS와 IMU 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과 INS와 다중 상관기를 이용하였을 때 TTFF가 매우 크게 단축되는 것을 알 수 있다.

Bolts and nuts are widely used to fasten each mechanical part together in the machines and structures as vital elements. The primary role of bolts and nuts is keeping its axial force against the large external force and vibration. In this study, a lock nut using a spring was developed to maintain axial force. When the lock nut was made, crack occurred in the process of manufacturing the lock nut. Thus, optimized structure of lock nut was found by using the design of experiments. Lastly, the prototype of the optimized lock nut was created, and then the optimization result was verified by comparing results of the initial model and optimized model.

교육은 학습자의 타고난 재능을 최대한 계발시키는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해서는 개개인에 최적화된 학습시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 수준별, 개인별 수학학습을 도와 자기주도적 학습능력을 키울 수 있는 시스템을 web상에서 개발하여 구현하고자 한다. 기존의 Web에서 제공되는 수학학습을 살펴보면 텍스트 위주의 설명, 단순한 문제를 제공하고 정, 오답의 결과만을 제시해 주는 형태가 많다. 그러나 본 시스템은 학생들의 흥미와 학습동기를 유발시키기 위해 동영상과 음성 등의 멀티미디어 자료를 이용하여 학습내용을 전개하도록 구성하였다. 또한 평가문항은 진단평가를 통해 수준을 분석받고 수준별 평가 문항으로 다운로드 받을 수 있도록 설계하였다. 이 시스템은 다양한 멀티미디어 자료의 제공으로 학습자의 학습동기와 흥미를 유발시키고 수준별 학습을 가능하게 하여 학습 성취감을 증가시킬 수 있다. 그리고 학습자는 이 시스템을 통해 스스로 학습을 선택하고 진행하게 되어 자기주도적 학습능력을 신장시키게 된다.

본 연구에서는 Active Learning의 학습과정을 변형하여 학습노력을 줄이고 성능향상을 이루는 방법에 대해서 기술한다. Active Learning을 사용하는 이유는 학습 코퍼스의 량을 줄이면서도 우수한 성능을 얻기 위해서이다. 우리는 학습량을 줄이기 위해서 다양성과 대표성이 높은 학습 데이터를 추가한다. 높은 다양성을 얻기 위해서 기 학습된 코퍼스와 가장 관련이 없는 데이터를 추가하고 높은 대표성을 얻기 위해 예제 군집화를 통해 대표적인 예제를 추가할 수 있도록 하였다. 제안된 방법의 효용성을 검사하기 위해서 고정키어구 추출 문제에 적용하였다. 실험결과를 보면 지도학습을 이용한 실험결과보다 우수하였으며, 학습량을 83%정도 줄일 수 있었다.

본 논문에서는 문서 내에서 동시에 출현하는 단어 쌍을 자질 추출 단위로 하는 문서 범주화 시스템에 대하여 기술한다. 자질 추출 단위를 단어 쌍으로 정의한 것은 문서에서 빈번하게 동시에 출현하는 단어들은 서로 연관관계가 높으며, 단어 하나보다는 연관관계가 높은 단어들의 쌍이 특정 범주의 문서에서만 나타날 확률이 높아지므로 문서 분류 능력을 높이는데 좋은 요인으로 작용할 수 있을 것이라는 가정 때문이다. 그리고 문서 요약 분야에서 제안된 Log-likelihood Ratio를 기반으로 하는 Topic Signature Term Extraction 방법을 사용하여 자질 추출을 하고, Naive Bayes 분류기를 이용하여 문서를 분류한다. 본 연구는 Reuters-21578 문서 집합을 이용한 성능평가에서 좋은 결과를 보였으며, 이는 앞으로의 연구에도 기여할 수 있을 것이라 기대한다.

Since the muiltipath signal arrives at the GPS receiver later than the line-of-sight signal, the multipath signal makes the shape of the correlation function asymmetric. This paper proposes a multipath mitigation method through asymmetry estimation of the correlation function, in which multiple correlators are utilized. The asymmetry is estimated from correlation values of correlators which have different chip spacings. Based on the estimated asymmetry, the correlation function is modified in order to get a better code tracking performance. Even through the proposed method uses multiple correlators including the narrow correlator, the acquisition performance is not degraded since the number of search cell of the narrow correlator part can be reduced in the algorithm of the proposed method. The simulation results show that the proposed method gives better performance than the generic correlator in multipath environment.

The purpose of this study is to propose a method to evaluate task complexity using CIFs(Complexity Influencing Factors). We developed a method that CIFs can be used in the evaluation of task complexity using fuzzy linguistic approach. That is, a fuzzy linguistic multi-criteria method to assess task complexity in a specific task situation was proposed. The CIFs luting was assessed in linguistic terms, which are described by fuzzy numbers with triangular and trapezoidal membership function. A fuzzy weighted average algorithm, based on the extension principle, was employed to aggregate these fuzzy numbers. Finally, the method was validated by experimental approach. In the result, it was validated that TCIM(Tink Complexity Index Method) is an efficient method to evaluate task complexity because the correlation coefficient between task performance time and TCI(Task Complexity Index) was 0.699.
