This study tries to investigate the factors influenced on the performance by top management team's(TMT's) international entrepreneurship(IE) and firm's capabilities(marketing capability and R&D capability) of Korean Ventures. The research model and hypothesis set that TMT's IE directly affect to the performance directly affects and TMT's IE indirectly affect to the performance through the capabilities(marketing capability and R&D capability) by research prior studies. To verify research model, 115 high-technology based Korean ventures survey to be as samples by structured questionnaires and the data is tested by SEM(structural equation modeling) analysis. The results of analysis are as follow. First, there was no relationship between TMT's IE and performance. Second, the IE positively affected to firm's capabilities(marketing capability and R&D capability). Third, firm's internal capabilities positively affected to performance. These results only few TMT's IE cannot sufficiently affect to performance but IE should be propagated to marketing and R&D departments and then firm's performance can improved. This study respect to provide a meaningful implication to globalization and performance of Korean Ventures.

뇌파, 즉 뇌전도는 뇌에서 일어나는 전위의 변화를 기록하는 것이다. 이는 두개골의 두피에 전극을 부착하거나 뇌 표면 또는 뇌속에 전극을 삽입하여 기록할 수 있다. 종래에는 뇌파는 활동전위의 동기화와 통합의 결과로서, 어떤 피질 영역에서의 뉴론의 활동을 직접 반영하는 것이라고 생각되어 왔다. 그러나 EEG 활동에서 상당한 부분은 뉴론의 막전위에 기인하며, 특히 느린 시냅스 후 전위의 가중에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 그렇지만 활동전위가 EEG에 전혀 공헌하지 않는 것은 아니다. EEG는 그 파형에 따라 동기화 또는 비동기화로 나눌 수 있는데, 그 근간을 이루는 뇌 구조물은 상이하다. 그리고 피질의 활동에서 유래한 EEG는 피질하 구조물에 의해서도 영향을 받는다. 이러한 EEG를 활용한 연구는 인간 정신 과정을 이해하는데 이바지하는 바가 클 것이다.

최근 농협경제연구소에서 실시한 조사에 따르면 2013년 기준 축산농가 경영주의 고령화율은 44.3%로 3년새 4.6% 증가하였다. 고령화 정도는 65세 이상 인구가 총인구에서 차지하는 비율이 7% 이상일 때 고령화 사회라고 부르며 20% 이상이면 초고령 사회로 분류한다. 축종별 고령화 정도를 보면 산란계 농가의 고령화율이 49.2%(2013년 기준)로 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한, 후계자가 확보된 축산농가는 50.6%에 불과한 것으로 나타났다. 가업을 승계하는 젊은 양계인들이 없다면 국내 양계업의 미래도 없다고 봐야할 것이다. 낙원농장 김동규 사장은 청소년 시절부터 가업승계를 꿈꿔 왔고 양계산업의 큰 애착을 보이고 있다. 산란계농가 2세로 산업발전에 힘쓰고 있는 김 사장을 만나 농장운영 상황에 대해 들어보았다.

This study aims to develop the case management activities inventory relevant to community-based mental health settings. The comprehensive literature review was conducted to define the concepts and activities for the case management process. After the content analysis from the professional scholar and the mental health-related worker, 83 items were constructed. A survey was conducted to 265 case managers in community mental health centers. Through exploratory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis, finally 8 factors and 43 items were identified.

정상 성인의 경우, 감성 개념의 내적 차원 구조는 쾌/불쾌 차원과 각성 차원이라는 2차원 구조에 원형의 체계적인 분포를 보이는 것으로 알려져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 이와 같은 2차원 구조가 얼마나 보편적이고 일관된 양상으로 나타나고 있는지를 살펴보고자 하였다 이를 위해 연구1에서는 아동 및 청소년에게 15개의 정서 관련 어휘로 이루어진 10i개의 단어 쌍에 대한 7점 척도의 유사성 평정을 시행하였으며, 연구 2에서는 정신분열증 환자에게 통일한 절차를 시행하였다 다차원 분석 결과, 1차원(초등5년:74%, 중등2 년:72%, 정신분열증 환자: 60%)과 2차원(초등5년: 18%, 중등2년16%, 정신분열증 환자: 11%)이 도출되었다 정상 성인의 경우와 마찬가지로 1차원은 쾌/불쾌 차원, 2차원은 각성 차원으로 해석될 수 있었다. 따라서, 감성 개념의 구조에 있어서 쾌/불쾌 및 각성은 인지적 성숙의 단계나 인지, 정서적 손상에 관계 없이 매우 일관되게 나타나는 비교적 안정적인 차원 구조인 것으로 생각된다. 다만, 발달 단계나 병리적 속성에 따라 각 차원의 비중치는 다소 차이를 보이는데, 아동 및 청소년의 경우, 주로 쾌/불쾌 차원을 통해 감성을 개념화 하는 특징을 보이며, 정신분열증 환자 집단의 경우, 1,2차원 모두 상대적으로 설명량이 낮은 것으로 나타나는데, 의 경우, 비중치가 더욱 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 내적 차원 구조의 타당성 및 제한점에 관해 논의하였다.

Along with the universalization of smartphones, smartphone addiction is becoming a physical and mental social problem. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relevance of the problems caused by addiction in 300 adolescents, adults and the elderly. The results showed that the use of SNS and messenger were most related to the negative factors such as health problems, depression, antisocial, schizophrenia, lower self-esteem, and lower social expectation. In addition, games and videos were analyzed to have relatively low negative problems. Focusing on the high addiction rate, the researcher further analyzed the preference for problem solution and discussed the improvement measures for smartphone addiction reduction.

Purpose: This study tries to test mediating effects of hope and therapeutic relationship in the relation between general social functions and mental health recovery of community people with mental illness. Methods: This study was carried out in a cross-sectional research design. The participants included 217 people with mental illnesses who were enrolled at eight Mental Health Welfare Centers in the Gyeonggi Province. Data were collected from February to May, 2018. The collected data were analyzed using a regression analysis, and SPSS PROCESS macro was used to test the mediating effects. Results: This study analyzed the direct effects of general social functions on the hope, therapeutic relationship and mental health recovery. And general social functions had indirect effects on their mental health recovery via hope and therapeutic relationship. Both hope and therapeutic relationship had dual mediating effects in the influence of general social functions on mental health recovery. Conclusion: The role of hope and therapeutic relationship in the mental health recovery of community people with mental illness is important, and it is confirmed that hope is a powerful factor influencing mental health recovery.

정부가 고령화, 인구감소, 경기침체의 대안으로 새로운 일자리 창출에 관심을 집중한지 이미 오래다. 오랜 취업난과 수명 증가로 인해 창업은 이제 선택이 아닌 필수가 되었다. 정책적으로 직업으로서 창업가가 대우받는 시대가 된 것이다. 하지만, 아직도 국민 의식 저변에는 창업에 대한 불안과 두려움이 깔려있다. 이러한 인식 제고를 위해 다양한 교육과 정책들이 끊임없이 나오고 있지만, 여전히 창업에 대해서는 망설이게 되는 부분이 크다. 이러한 창업에 대한 두려움과 어려움을 극복할 수 있는 가장 확실한 방법은 경험해 보는 것인데, 직접 경험하는 것 외에도 문화적으로 다양한 창업경험을 접할 수 있다면 막연한 창업에 대한 불안감과 두려움을 조금이나마 해소할 수 있지 않을까? 문화계발효과이론을 응용하여 드라마를 중심으로 연구해 보고자 한다. 본 연구는 드라마 선호도가 사업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 것으로, 그 동안 많이 연구되어 온 기업가정신과, 사업동기, 경험을 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업가정신과 사업동기가 사업의지에 미치는 영향을 재확인하면서, 창업에 대한 직·간접 경험이 실제 창업의지에 영향을 미치는지 검증하고, 거기에 더해 매스미디어의 하나인 드라마 선호도가 기업가정신과 사업동기, 경험에 조절효가가 있는지를 검증하고자 한다. 정부의 창업지원정책이 홍수처럼 쏟아지는 지금도 개인의 창업과 폐업은 꾸준히 수치를 늘려가고 있다. 과연 기존 정부의 창업지원정책만으로 계속 현 상황을 이어가야 할지, 아니면 창업지원과 더불어 사회 전반에 걸친 문화적 지원도 뒷받침된다면 실제 창업에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 사업의지를 보다 더 확실하게 키울 수 있으리라 생각된다.

Child Psychiatric consultations on 92 patients hospitalized at the Seoul National Childrens Hospistal were analyzed retrospectively. The main referral sources were Pedictrics(77.2%), Neurosurgery(8.91%) and Orthopedics(3.96%) Consultation rate was 0.81% for the Hospital, 1.41% for Department of Pediatrics, 3.54% for Neurosurgery and 0.3% for the other department were made for the differential diagnosis raher than for the treatment or intervention. The diagnosis of referred patients were somatoform disorder(25%), organic mental disorder(18.5%), developmental disorder(14.1), conduct disorder(6.5%), anxiety disorder(6.5%).
