    • This study examines undergraduate nursing students' user satisfaction and affective experience of collaborative information behavior in a group-based learning through survey method to see the relationship between these factors. For this purpose, the affective experiences (positive and negative aspects) of collaborative information search were examined using the PANAS scale through the same questionnaire. Correlation between students' experiences of collaborative information search and affective aspects were examined, and statistical significance using the t-test were also conducted to measure the relationship among students' demographic factors, experiences of collaborative information search and affective aspects. The results revealed that there was a significant correlation between experiences of collaborative information search and affective aspects. Also, there were significant relationships among students' demographic factors, experiences of collaborative information search and affective aspects. In particular, there were signigicant differences in students' overall satisfaction of collaboration and positive aspects between male and female students who experienced collaborative information search. This study found out the possibilities for a follow-up study for affective aspects in collaborative information behavior.

    • According to some previous studies, it has been suggested that affect has influence on consumers' behaviors. It has been also argued that affect has stronger influence on behavior related to tour and leisure. However, only a few studies have dealt with relationship between affect and tour considering the important correlation. This research examines on the influence of various affects on tourists' attitude and repurchase intention. This study assumes that affect takes three sub-categorized factors - pleasure, arousal and domination. It is a frequently used consumer behavior area called PAD. The purpose of this research is to examine affect and their causes experienced during tour on affectional travel agency service quality. To test the hypothesis, survey data obtained from 482 outbound tourists were used. Result shows that affect(PAD dimension) aroused by tour experiences(affectional travel agency service quality) significantly influence each attitude and repurchase intention. The implication of this finding is that marketers can gain maximum profit by providing positive affect. Because of the judgement that more future studies on unique characteristics of the affect of tour are needed, this study also describes some limitations and suggestion for the future study.

    • In this paper, we propose an study of the facial emotion recognition considering the dynamical variation of emotional state in facial image sequences. The proposed system consists of two main step: facial image based emotional feature extraction and emotional state classification/recognition. At first, we propose a method for extracting and analyzing the emotional feature region using a combination of Active Shape Model (ASM) and Facial Action Units (FAUs). And then, it is proposed that emotional state classification and recognition method based on Hidden Markov Model (HMM) type of dynamic Bayesian network. Also, we adopt a Harmony Search (HS) algorithm based heuristic optimization procedure in a parameter learning of HMM in order to classify the emotional state more accurately. By using all these methods, we construct the emotion recognition system based on variations of the dynamic facial image sequence and make an attempt at improvement of the recognition performance.
