전문용어의 정비, 기초 데이터 구축 및 관리, 전문용어의 구축 과정의 표준화 방안, 전문용어 정비의 심의에 대해서 알아 보고자 한다. 전문용어의 정의에 대해서 간단하게 알아보고, 전문용어 정비를 위한 공정도를 소개하며, 전문용어 정비 순서와 절차에 대해서 설명하고자 한다. 기초 데이터 구축 및 관리 과정에서 어떤 방법으로 기초 데이터를 구축하게 되었으며, 어떠한 절차에 따라 DB화 및 심의를 위한 준비를 하게 되는지를 보고하고자 한다. 또한 전문용어의 정비를 하는 과정에서 발생하는 몇 가지 문제점에 대해서 알아 보고, 표준화 방안을 제시하며, 마지막으로 전문용어 정비를 위한 심의 지침을 제시하고자 한다. 심의 지침은 기존의 연구에서 제시된 권장안을 바탕으로 전문용어의 정비를 위한 기준에 맞게 만들어졌다. 이 논문에서는 전문용어의 정비를 위한 전반적인 절차와 내용 그리고 심의에 대해 기준을 제시하는데 목적을 두고자 한다.

The detailed current situation of urban renewal projects which have implemented in all over the country is sorted by regional and divisional groups, researching press reports. Problems in the progress of promoting urban renewal projects made the paper are analyzed in this research. This research examined the actual condition about urban renewal projects synthetically and then, deduced the following improvement plan. First, formulating long-term renewal plan is needed. Secondly, It should be changed into the gradual urban renewal project on a small scale according to various conditions of each local area. Finally, support of the central government in consideration of local conditions should be carried out.

본 연구는 대전시 도시 및 주거환경정비기본계획이 수립된 지 2년여가 경과하였고 목표연도(2010년)가 다다른 시점에서 도시재생 취지에 맞게 도시 및 주거환경정비예정구역을 평가 분석하고, 도시 및 주거환경정비사업의 한계를 해결하기 위해 도시재생을 위한 도시 및 주거환경정비사업으로 유형화의 필요성에서 출발한다. 이를 위해 첫째, 도시재생 관련 선행연구와 도시재생 사례 분석을 통해 도시재생의 유형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 대전시 도시 및 주거환경정비사업에 대해 분석한 후, 기존의 물리적 환경에 의해 구분되는 도시 및 주거환경정비사업의 문제점을 도출하였다. 끝으로 도시재생의 취지에 맞도록 물리적 환경뿐만 아니라 사회, 경제, 문화적 환경의 특성을 고려하는 도시 및 주거환경정비사업의 유형화 방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 항로표지 통합관리시스템 자국 운영 예산 절감 및 데이터 신뢰성 향상을 위한 문제점 분석 및 전원연계형 RTU 개발을 진행하였으며, 대산청에서 실제 적용 중인 항로표지 점검정비 절차 표준화 방안, 해양구조물 경계표시등 설치방법, 정비점검 현장 안전개선사항에 대해 검토하였다

유니코드에 있는 3가지 한글코드를 훈민정음의 과학적 원리를 기준으로 정비하기 위하여 각각을 분석해서 평가한 다음 훈민정음 창제원리를 반영한 정음형 코드 즉 한글자모 코드가 나머지 음절표현을 포괄한다는 결과에 따라서 U+1100만 남기고 나머지 공간은 반납해야 한다는 정비 방향을 제안한다.

This study aims to introduce "Street-Housing" Redevelopment Projects adopted by the revision of regulations in 2012 and promote them by surveying residents' needs. The objectives of the street-housing redevelopment projects are to maintain existing street systems and redevelop housing by small units, as an alternative to the large-scale housing redevelopment by the expropriation. Residents, however, do not seem to support the new projects since they are satisfied with their current housing, have difficulty in raising funds, and are uncertain about proceeding with the pre-arranged. Despite these barriers, residents may support the projects if project charges can be lowered by the reduction in each resident's share and the increase in supporting funds. This study proposes new practical methods for realizing the projects: choice of an appropriate site, engaging for resident's participation in projects, reduction in project charges, and removal of barriers to co-operative development. etc.

It is important to increase the probability that all developed weapon systems can be operated in a steady state at any time. In the case of Integrated Logistics Support, this probability is referred to as operational availability, and the numerical value is quantified during the development process. There are several ways to improve operational availability for successful development of weapon systems. One of the methods is to reduce total corrective maintenance time through Automatic Test Equipment(ATE). Recently, customers in the defense market have become aware of this and demand ways to improve operational availability of weapon systems. Therefore, this paper proposes ways to improve operational availability of weapon systems by changing the method of operating the ATE. The detailed method is to allow field maintenance personnel to carry out field maintenance support onsite. This is an effective way to reduce the total corrective maintenance time of weapon systems by reducing the travel time of field maintenance personnel. The proposed ATE is proved to be able to achieve superior maintenance and operational availability.

The redevelopment project implementation difficulties and irregularities of the initial funding has been delayed in Busan. These financing and corruption in order to eradicate the composition of Urban & Residence Environment Improvement Fund. The province's major tax revisions improvement fund finances of City Planning Tax is due to the reduction is difficult to secure additional finances. This study tried to promote the activation of redevelopment in Busan by using Maintenance fund improvement of the institutional constrain As the results of this study, firstly, it is need to convert Metropolitan tax to some urban planning tax in local tax, some improvement fund to general rate among the Metropolitan tax. Secondly, we suggested to support of the practical measures for the operation and maintenance funds systematically, Urban & Residence Environment Improvement Fund the installation and operating ordinance's enactment, to establish a maintenance fund should be operational plan.

최근 정부에서는 자연형 하천정비사업을 추진하고 있으나 정비방안이나 정비공법을 선정하기 위한 하천의 환경특성분석은 기술적 관점에서 주관적으로 이루어지고 있는 실정이다. 경제적이고 효율적인 하천정비를 위해서는 객관적이고 계량적인 지표를 이용한 구간별 하천환경 특성분석이 필요하다. 그러나, 적절한 구간구분기준과 하천환경특성을 분석하기 위한 합리적 판단방법이 마련돼 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하천환경지수라는 계량적 지표를 개발하여 국가하천을 대상으로 구간별 하천환경특성을 분석하였다. 하천환경지수는 하천의 형태적 특성, 생태 환경적 특성, 이 치수적 특성, 사회 문화적 특성과 관련된 여러 인자들 중에서 인자선정원칙과 자료의 구득성을 고려하여 선정된 16개 인자로 구성하였고, 하천환경지수의 적용가능성을 검토하기 위하여 합리적인 하천구간 구분기준도 제시하였다. 아울러 국가하천에 대한 GIS 정보와 선정된 하천환경지수 및 구간구분기준을 적용하여 국가하천에 대한 하천환경특성을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 구간별 하천환경 정비사업 우선순위 및 정비방안을 설정하고자 할 때 적용될 수 있을 것이다.
