This article reevaluates the National Museum of Korea's pivotal actions during the Korean War in the 1950s and its aftermath. It argues that the evacuation of the museum's collection to Busan and the subsequent exhibition "Masterpieces of Korean Art" in the United States in 1957 were not isolated events, but rather interconnected facets of a larger narrative shaping the museum's trajectory. With newly discovered archival evidence, this study unravels the intricate relationship between these episodes, revealing how the initial Busan evacuation evolved into a strategic U.S.-led touring exhibition. Traditionally, the Busan evacuation has been understood solely as a four-stage relocation of the museum's collections between December 1950 and May 1951. However, this overlooks the broader context, particularly the subsequent U.S. journey. Driven by the war's initial retreat of the war, the Busan evacuation served as a stepping stone for evacuation to Honolulu Museum of Art. The path of evacuation took an unexpected turn when the government redirected the collections to the Honolulu Museum of Art. Initially conceived as a storage solution, public opposition led to a remarkable transformation: the U.S. exhibition. To address public concerns, the evacuation plan was canceled. This shift transformed the planned introduction into a full-fledged traveling exhibition. Subsequently approved by the National Assembly, the U.S. Department of State spearheaded development of the exhibition, marking a distinct strategic cultural policy shift for Korea. Therefore, the Busan evacuation, initially envisioned as a temporary introduction to the U.S., ultimately metamorphosed into a multi-stage U.S. touring exhibition orchestrated by the U.S. Department of State. This reframed narrative sheds new light on the museum's crucial role in navigating a complex postwar landscape, revealing the intricate interplay between cultural preservation, public diplomacy, and strategic national interests.
This study is about the status and comparison of recreational scuba diving certification system in Southeast Asia countries. For the collection of the information, the contents of the numerous corresponding Internet sites were utilized, related documents were surveyed. And to supplement the information extensive interviews were held with the representatives of tourism department of many countries as well as staffs of diving associations, resort operators and diving instructors during various 2007 Dive Expos held in Southeast countries. In this paper, the relation between scuba certification and international standards were introduced for better understanding of the certification system. The research result shows that the scuba diving industry plays an important role in their country's tourism and the certification market of the Southeast Asia has grown to be greater than 30% of the world total market. However due to the facts that the scuba activity is originated from the western world and the controlling headquarters of the most certification agency are also located there, Southeast countries cannot take any leading roles in the scuba diving policies and systematic issues. Accordingly any modifications or improvements are expected to be very difficult. Also while Europeans and Americans have launched the programs and organizations for the quality assurance by cooperating with the international standards, but no such activity has yet appeared on the surface in Southeast Asia. According to the investigation the necessity will become bigger in near future.

This study was conducted to analysis citizen's attitude and style to the foodwaste from l0th Sept. to 30th Sept. in 1996. The research was used questionare method and analysis was used prequency analysis and cross table method by SPSS (scientific statistics). The foodwaste of householdwaste account for 24.8%, and the magnitude by the kinds of garbage were waste from pre-cocking stage, fruitshell, foodwaste remained after eating, septic foodwaste during storage. The more the housewives'age are young, foodwaste volumne were much. Most remained foodwaste after eating were soup and pot stew. The main cause of foodwaste production was overvolumne cooking. 88.8% of answers think that a menu can be useful to reduce foodwaste. The survey showed that 87.3% of answers put into the meter-rate bag after removed wetness of garbage. 84.1% of answers thought that the recycling of foodwaste needed, but the practical housewife was only 21%. For the suitable treatment of foodwaste, Survey showed that the consistent policy of goverment and continuous publicity was needed essentially, and that the public notice of TV or radio was effective. All of answers would like to participate in recycling of foodwastes whether public-posting or personal-posting. To set up vessel of posting at household, the proper purchase price and space of institution are needed, also the solution of sanitory & aesthetic problem and the collection of composting-product must be achieved smoothly.
Purpose: This study investigated customers' perception of a hygiene grade certification system for restaurants and this study also determined way to promote the application of the hygiene grade certification. Methods: A total of 315 customer responses were used for the data analysis. Statistical analyses were conducted using the SPSS program (ver. 23.0) for frequency analysis, χ2-tests, t-tests, analysis of variance, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA). Results: The composition of the respondents was 43.8% males and 56.2% females. The 73.3% lived with their families while 26.7% lived alone. Among those surveyed, 84.5% dine out at least once a week and 66.8% dine out during weekends evening. In addition, the most preferred types of restaurants were Korean restaurants (37.5%), delivery restaurants (14.6%), and Western restaurants (8.9%). Information about restaurant was most frequently obtained through Internet searches (54.0%). The average expenditure of eating-out per person was 15,483 Korean won, and the overall satisfaction averaged 3.58 out of 5 points. According to the results of IPA, the restaurant selection attributes that were priorities for improvement were the foods' taste and restroom cleanliness. In addition, 30.5% of respondents recognized the hygiene grade certification system for restaurants. The intention of dining at restaurants with a hygiene grade certification in the future was on average 4.02 out of 5 points. A total of 56.8% of respondents were willing to pay more for a restaurant with a hygiene grade certification. The average percentage of additional price was 6.02%. Conclusion: In order to apply and quickly disseminate the hygiene grade certification system all over the Korea, the study results suggest that relevant policy should be provided by the Korean government for certified restaurants along with the relevant education and promotion of the system to customers.

Strengthening the competitiveness of Korean Industrial Technology with cooperation from EU enterprises is very important. With regard to the technological cooperation Framework Program (FP) from the EU during the period, 2007 to 2013, the most active participants involved were Germany, England and France. Additional participants were Russia, China, India, and Brazil. Korean participation as a non-EU Member State in this program was low. The aim of this study was to determine effective activation strategies for FP participation by Korean enterprises and institutions. Chapter 2 reports the theoretical background. Chapter 3 presents the methodology of the study. Chapter 4 describes the $8^{th}$ FP of the EU in detail. Chapter 5 attempts to find a solution for the optimal participation of Korean firms and institutions in the 8th FP of the EU. Through this paper, a solution for $8^{th}$ FP can be found: many Korean enterprises are unaware of the FP. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to provide information about the characteristics and processes regarding the EU $8^{th}$ FP.

By the statistics of traffic safety public corporation as of Feb. 2009 year, in domestic 16,861,965 cars were registered and in this Gwangju is registered by 476,149 cars. Except Ulsan, compare to other metropolitan city, vehicles numbers are fewer. Then, as of 2009. 4. 9. by the announcement of National land and marine ministry, the operation distance of passenger cars of Gwangju metropolitan city is 40.9 km per 1 day and the most highest in the whole country. On the one hand, by the materials of traffic safety public corporation, from 2007. 1. 1 to 2007. 12. 31 for a year, traffic accidents of Korea were 211,662. By this, 6,166 people were death, 335,906 people were wounded. This mean about 17 people death and 920 people wounded per day. In Gwangju metropolitan city, last year 8,231 traffic accidents took place and 138 people were death and 13,533 people were wounded. This while government did various traffic policy to reduce traffic accidents and some degree were progressive. But still the actual circumstances is that disgrace of traffic undevelopment country can't take off. Moreover, the concern for the traffic safety of feeling of general people is very deficient. In this research, with the help of Gwangju province police station. analysed traffic accidents reality of 2009 year March and this is going to look around spring season traffic accidents prevention activities and spring season means from March to June.

This study reviews the current status of entrepreneurship education programs in elementary and secondary schools, and analyzes the following educational needs among teachers. We have made the following conclusions from the study. First, career development teachers shared a strong need for entrepreneurship education programs. Second, the programs provided by these teachers were substandard despite the strong need expressed. In particular, insufficient training period and incentives were provided to teachers involved in the programs, and the teachers exhibited low standards in job specialization and class evaluation abilities. Third, the awareness of people involved in the education scheme was most critical in the cultivation and activation of entrepreneurship educations-according to the Borich educational demand calculations comparing the required and actual entrepreneurship education standards. In summary, the general educational conditions, such as the teachers' job specialization, educational support and environment, and partakers' awareness, were lacking in entrepreneurship education programs aimed at the youth. To stimulate the programs' effectiveness, teachers must be better trained; the programs should be better advertised; and specialization should be cultivated during training. Furthermore, the government's support towards program development and diversification through appropriate policies should aim to help the education's recipients in their proactive career development during the current 4th industrial revolution.

This study subject is to provide appropriately basic information about annually increased implant treatment by their lost teeth base on increasing old people and also analyze factors influencing implant treatment decisions for patient. For about 3 month from July on the 2010, This survey was carried out at 13 dental clinic as target of 217 patients on categorized into implant treatment-group and non-treatment-group in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Implant treatment-group showed highest portion at 50(30.3%), non- Implant treatment-group showed highest portion at 20's(35.7%), And The patients of implant treatment-group are good oral condition, and they showed a positive attitude. Result of analysis by multiple logistic analysis(regression), Factors of influencing implant treatment decision are age, gender, period of education, monthly income, condition of periodontal tissue, regular checkup, counseling attitude, trust in hospital. Therefore, proactive management about the necessity of regular dental check-up is needed the education and promotion. And medical team should have efforts to Improving technique of medical consultations and Improving the trust of the hospital's for implant treatment decision. Also, The patient's subjective determine rather than it is important to preparing to facilitate decision of specific clinical basis. And The government's financial support and policy alternatives are certainly required in order to be implant treatment without cost burden.

Augmented Reality (AR) is a crucial technology in the Fourth Industrial Revolution that can revolutionize the existing Information and Communication Technology (ICT) market and powerfully create a new market However, it is hard to find the clear answer for AD/PR strategies in the rapidly changing AR market. Thus this research explores the big picture of the AR industry as it pertains to Politics, Economy, Social, and Technology through in-depth interview with seven AR experts who are leading the domestic AR market. The research also analyzes the AR market's Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Furthermore, it looks for strategies to vitalize the advertising and PR industry by analyzing the Contents, Platform, Network, and Devices of the AR ecosystem. The results of the research indicate a need for the government's strengthened policy of supporting the AR market, fostering of pace-setting killer contents, connecting services of several industries through AR platforms, strengthening the network of communication systems such as through 5G, and the commercialization and industrialization of domestic devices in order to vitalize the AR industry in its marketing and PR spheres. Therefore, this research suggests measures to revitalize the marketing and PR industries of the AR ecosystem, which has only recently gotten to its developing stage and provides an academic as well as practical foundation for future research in the field of AR.
