Information Quality Satisfaction of Web Site User (웹 사이트 사용자의 정보품질 만족에 관한 연구)

  • This study involves the test of constructs for measuring the web site user expectation, perceived performance regarding IQ, expectation congruency, and satisfaction about influence overall satisfaction. The findings can be summarized as follows. First, Web-IQ expectation appeared to have a positive effect on Web-IQ perceived performance by expectation congruency and a positive effect on perceived performance by assimilation effect. Second, Web-IQ expectation did bot appear to have a negative effect on Web-IQ expectation congruency. Although that was rejected, it differs from established researches. Some prior Web-IQ expectations that approach to congruency after one's post Web-IQ expectation. Third, Web-IQ perceived performance appeared to have a positive effect on Web-IQ expectation congruency. Fourth, result that analyze about effect that congruency gets to Web-IQ satisfaction although Web-IQ expectation appeared to have a positive effect on overall satisfaction.

Plans for Cadastral Information Quality Improvement (지적정보 품질 수준의 향상 방안)

  • This study was conducted to identify how cadastral information quality is managed at which level by reviewing the current cadastral information creation and quality management methods. In addition, relevant issues were deducted and, based on the results, plans for cadastral information quality improvement were suggested. The study results are as follows. As a result of reviewing the cadastral information quality management and its level and deducting the relevant issues, it was found that current cadastral information quality management is confined to positional accuracy, instead of comprehensive quality management embracing graphic and attribute information. In addition, it appeared that the quality measurement elements for spatial information quality management recommended by the International Standard Organization (ISO 19113) are not reflected enough. In this study, a plan of quality management at an international level, plan for introducing a quality test process, and plan for organizing an independent quality test organization were suggested as improvement plans for this corresponding issues.

  • This study is to propose the characteristics that a desirable quality, especially usability, evaluation method of hospital information systems(HIS) should possess. This study reviews the literature recently published in the academic journals which are in the Science Citation Index or registered by the Korean Research Foundation. Especially, the International Journal of Medical Informatics was the valuable source, providing almost 20 literature. The results reveal the need to develop a domain-specific usability evaluation method that reflects the uniqueness of hospital industry. The results show user-centeredness and context-orientedness are the indispensible characteristics of a HIS quality evaluation method too.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 가상강좌의 만족을 설명할 수 있는 정보시스템 적 고려와 수업 적 변수가 동시에 고려된 연구모형을 제안하고 이에 대한 실증적 검증을 하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 수강생이 지각하는 가상강좌의 품질은 크게 정보기술에 대한 품질과 수강과목에 대한 품질로 나될 수 있다. 수강과목에 대한 품질은 다시 수업 내용에 대한 컨텐츠의 품질과 온라인 및 오프라인에서 제공되는 인적인 서비스 즉, 해당 교수나 조교수의 서비스 품질로 구분될 수 있고, 정보기술에 대한 품질은 정보기술로서의 가상강좌 사용에 관련된 두 가지 믿음인 사용용이성과 유용성에 의해 측정될 수 있다. 한편 가상강좌에서 제공되는 서비스는 정보기술 사용에 대한 자신감과 학업에 대한 자신감과 밀접한 연관을 갖고 있기 때문에 수강생이 지각하는 가상강좌의 품질은 컴퓨터 자기효능 감 및 학업 적 자기효능 감이 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 즉, 컴퓨터 자기효능 감이 사용용이성 및 유용성에 영향을 주며, 학업 적 자기효능 감은 수업만족에 영향을 미칠 수 있다.

A Framework for Quality Dimensions Measurement of Context Information (상황정보의 품질요소 측정 프레임워크)

  • This study proposed a framework to clarify a viewpoint of quality problems, and to consider reliance, of context information in ubiquitous computing environments. The framework is structured as a sequence of steps in measuring the quality of context information. The first step in measuring the qualify of context information is to determine users of the context information. This is important because the type of users or applications determines the type of context information and thus the methods of measuring the qualify dimensions and the thresholds for evaluating the quality of context information. The other steps include methods for measuring each quality dimensions to allow quantitative evaluation of quality, establishing acceptable quality targets. We selected accuracy, completeness, up-to-dateness, access security, and representation as quality dimensions and proposed their measurement methods and concrete procedures. We enabled objective evaluation of quality level through proposal of methods suitable to quality measurement of context information.

The Effect of Distance Lecture Quality on Self-Efficacy and Learner Satisfaction

  • Due to the prolonged COVID-19, distance lectures are expected to continue for a considerable period of time. Research on factors affecting distance lecture quality and learner satisfaction is essential. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between distance lecture quality (system quality, information quality, service quality, interaction quality), self-efficacy, and learner satisfaction, and to suggest theoretical and practical implications for the effective operation of distance lectures. A survey was conducted for university students taking distance lectures, and 197 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 21.0. As a result; First, distance lecture quality (system quality, information quality, service quality, interaction quality) was found to have a positive effect on self-efficacy. Second, distance lecture quality (system quality, information quality, service quality, interaction quality) was found to have a positive effect on learner satisfaction. Third, self-efficacy was found to have a positive effect on learner satisfaction. Based on the analysis results, the implications and limitations of this study are presented.

  • Recently, The importance of a quality control for implementing 3D geospatial database has being emphasized to build a 21st century knowledge society and an ubiquitous land. The improvement of 3D geospatial database quality control through establishing an integrated quality control makes data suppliers update data efficiently and users get high quality data. The purpose of this study was to derive the improvement plan of 3D geospatial database quality control through the analyses of the existing 3D geospatial database quality control and case studies. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, we defined the concept of 3D geospatial database quality control. Secondly, we set the boundary, factors and process of 3D geospatial database quality control through classifying it in detail. Lastly, we drew improvement contents such as the quality control checklist by implementation process according to the improvement plan of 3D geospatial database implementation.

  • 도서관 서비스 품질을 향상하기 위해서는 이용자의 요구를 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하며 이를 위해 서비스 품질에 대한 속성을 분석하여야 한다. 그러나 많은 선행연구에서 서비스 품질 속성과 만족도와의 관계를 선형관계로 접근함으로써 서비스 품질 속성을 구분하지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 서비스 품질에 대한 이원적 인식방법을 제시한 KANO의 3요인 이론을 적용하여 서비스 품질 속성과 만족도와의 관계를 비선형관계로 접근하여 서비스 품질 속성을 분석함으로써 이용자 관점에서 도서관 서비스 품질을 이해하고 구체적인 개선안을 제시할 수 있는 방법론을 제언하고자 한다.

  • 기업이 비용절감과 경쟁우위 등을 목적으로 정보시스템에 대한 투자를 확대함에 따라 정보시스템 성과는 경영자뿐만 아니라 연구자에게도 중요한 관심사항이다. 기존 연구는 정보시스템 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 정보시스템의 자원이나, 능력, 품질 등 개별적인 관점에서 접근하였다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 정보시스템 자원과 조직자원이 정보시스템 능력에 영향을 미치고, 정보시스템 능력이 높아지면 정보시스템 품질과 업무프로세스 성과가 향상되어 기업성과도 높아질 것이라는 통합 연구모형을 제시하고 이를 실증적으로 검증하였다.
