최근 온라인 학습의 비중이 증가함에 따라 온라인 학습 서비스의 일부인 온라인 상담 부분도 비례하여 증가하고 있으며, 많은 상담량으로 인해 상담 서비스의 품질이 저하되고 답변의 속도, 효율성도 감소하는 문제가 발생한다. 국내 교육기관에서는 서비스 개선과 사용자 맞춤형서비스를 제공하기 위해 다양한 연구를 진행하고 있으며 민원을 처리하는 챗봇 등 자동 답변 서비스 도입을 추진하고 있다. 챗봇 및 자동 답변 서비스는 서비스 제공자 입장에서 저예산으로 단순한 질문에 대하여 신속하고 효율적인 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며 서비스 이용자는 즉각적인 답변과 유사한 답변 예시를 확인함으로 질문을 빠르게 해결할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 국가 공공기관에서 제공하는 학습 서비스는 단순하고 반복적인 문의가 많고 정형적인 질의응답이 주로 등록이 되고 있다. 자동 답변 서비스는 이런 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 대안이 된다. 서비스 이용자가 등록한 문의를 기반으로 학습한 답변 서비스는 담당자의 반복된 업무처리 경감과 사용자의 답변감소, 일관된 답변처리로 서비스 품질개선에 큰 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 사용자의 질문에 효율적인 답변 및 민원 처리 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 방법을 제시하며, 관리자의 업무능력 향상과 효율성을 위해 기간별 키워드 빈도수를 계산하여 Word cloud를 생성하여 제공함으로써 사용자들에게 일정 기간 내 빈도수가 높은 키워드 관련 공지 및 안내를 할 수 있도록 한다.

Recently, the rapid economic growth has caused urban problems due to the increase of urban population and the rapid expansion as a result of exodus phenomenon in rural territories. In order to solve the problems, we need to perform rational and effective plans for national land development. Generally, we need speedy and accurate topographical information of the object area to go ahead with balanced national land development. Acquisition method for topographical data include utilization of existing geographic information such as national base maps and related thematic maps and grasping of accurate present condition of object area using aerial photographies or satellite images. When the object area is small, existing methods for acquiring topographical information reveals imitations in accuracy, speed and economic aspect. Therefore, development of a new method is in order. As a result of this study, we recogized that Photo Balloon System to be manufactured and digital ortho-map to be generated could be used to obtain a topographical information for small areas.

In this paper, we designed the open service platform based on integrated type of individual customized service and intelligent information technology with individual's complex attributes and requests. First, the data collection phase is proceed quickly and accurately to repeat extraction, transformation and loading. The generated data from extraction-transformation-loading process module is stored in the distributed data system. The data analysis phase is generated a variety of patterns that used the analysis algorithm in the field. The data processing phase is used distributed parallel processing to improve performance. The data providing should operate independently on device-specific management platform. It provides a type of the Open API.

The Context-Awareness technology which can provide the appropriate information to the human after estimating a lot of information exceeds the time and space in the ubiquitous environment is being developed now. GIS (Geographic Information System) and LBS (Location Based Services) based context awareness is one of these kinds of technology. The context awareness based transfer guide service which can provide useful information, according to the different information which was got from different sensors which were set in different places, to the pedestrian who is using the transfer center will be introduced in this paper. About the result of the service prototype which was tested in test-bed, the context awareness information such as the inside location and density calculation's accuracy is 90%, and the response time of the service is in 10 seconds, and also, the reliability will be higher if more advanced based infra will be used, so it is consider that it can be used to provide service enough.

Today, we are confronted with huge amount of data which contain complex documents, images and multimedia contents. Therefore a new method is needed to analyze and manage the mathematical expressions and extract new Information from them. It is more and more important to manage the document files including mathematical expressions which are generated by general-purpose word processors. Three major word processors are shared over 90% of domestic market. These are HWP, TeX and MS word. Due to the progress of Internet and digital library, it is necessary to develop a system to manage the document file containing mathematical expressions over the Web.

현재의 사용자 컴퓨팅 환경은 점점 방대해지고 복잡해지고 있으며, 이동 중에 업무를 신속하게 처리해야하는 경우가 많아지면서, 이동 컴퓨팅환경에 대한 편리성과 신뢰성의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 사용자는 언제 어디서나 필요한 서비스를 제공받을 수 있어야 한다. 이 논문에서는 서비스와 자원탐색을 자동으로 해주는 SLP(Service Location Protocol), 필요한 코드와 데이터를 원격으로 보내 처리하는 모바일에이전트(Mobile Agents) 기술의 문제점을 해결하고 상호 연동하여 보완한다. 이 기술의 보편화를 저해하는 보안에 대한 문제점을 분석하여 이것을 해결할 하나의 모델을 제시함으로써 편리하고 안정적인 응용을 보이고자 한다.

전자광학장비중 야시장비는 다른 정보 장비들이 주로 탐지를 위주로 하는 것에 비해 물체의 실제 모양을 영상으로 관측하게 함으로써 가장 확실한 정보를 제공하여 신속한 대응 조치를 강구할 수 있도록 한다. 즉, 정확한 표적 식별과 적시성이 유지되어 정밀 타격이 가능하며 아울러 효과 분석까지 용이하여 추가 대책을 강구할 수 있다. 특히 최근의 야시장비는 레이저 또는 레이다 장비들과는 달리 전자파를 방출하지 않는 수동형 센서로 대부분 개발되므로 적에게 노출될 위험이 매우 적다

Erlang/OTP(Erlang Open Telecom Platform)의 Mnesia는 실시간 고장 허용 분산 MMDBMS이다. Mnesia는 메모리상에서의 질의 처리와 자동화된 데이타 분산 처리로 신속한 트랜잭션 처 리 가 가능하지 만 표준화된 DB 인터페이스와 SQL을 지원하지 않기 때문에 활용상에서의 한계를 갖고 있다. 본 논문에서는 SQL을 지원하는 java와 Mnesia의 연동에 대해 연구한다. 이를 위해 SQL컴파일러와 Mnesia인터페이스를 제공하는java라이브러리를 개발하였다. SQL를 이용한java와 Mnesia의 연동에 대 한 성능 분석 결과 성능의 우수성과 사용의 편리성을 모두 갖추게 되었다.

PKI에 필수적인 요소인 인증서 검증에 있어 인증서 검증서버인 ETRI/VA는 인증서의 상태 검증의 적시성을 제공하고 인증경로 생성 및 검증에 대한 클라이언트의 부담을 줄이며. PKI 상호연동을 지원하고 도메인간의 인중서 정책을 중앙집중 관리한다. 본 논문은 ETRI/VA에서의 신속하고 효율적인 인증경로 생성 방법을 제안하였다. 인중기관 인증서로 이루어진 인증경로를 미리 생성하고 저장하여 사용함으로써 검증 요청시 빠르게 인증경로를 생성할 수 있고. 요청에 의해 생성된 인증경로를 저장하여 이후 동일한 검증대상 인증서의 검증시 기 저장된 인증경로를 재사용하게 함으로써 효율적으로 인증경로를 생성한다.

'닭·오리·계란 이력제'가 지난 1월 1일 시행됐다. 닭·오리·계란 이력제는 생산단계부터 소비자 판매에 이르는 각 단계별 정보를 기록·관리해 국민 건강에 위해를 줄 수 있는 문제 발생시 방역의 효율성을 높여 신속한 이력추적과 회수를 가능하게 한다. 또한 소비자에게는 농장에서 식탁에 이르는 정보를 제공, 가금산물에 대한 소비자의 신뢰를 높이는데 기여하는 제도이다. 장승진 축산물품질평가원장으로부터 닭·오리·계란 이력제 준수사항, 효과 등을 자세히 들어봤다.
